Horrible, I paid $34 dollars and it wasn’t clean or vacuumed for that matter. I just threw money out the window. There was no difference, didn’t have a chance to look at the car until I was home. I literally ask myself what did the actually do?

They leave lots of streaks and don’t really care. I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s the same thing every time. There is a MUCH better car wash up the street.

Excellent service. I took the VIP service for a car that has not been washed for ages. They took the necessary time. Thorough and detail oriented cleaning. It felt like a new car, and the car was in a bad state. Excellent staff! I am coming back here. Thank you

Car wash is good. But long wait only 2 people are working. Most of the time big line up and slow service. Spend almost 2 hours to get a car wash.

Got an inside/outside cleaning for my car. Excellent service, friendly staff, detailed oriented. Excellent job! Feels like a new car even though it's really old. Will definitely be back. Found a new place to get a thorough cleaning for car.

Very quick and thorough. They have a small army that converge on your vehicle while cleaning. Well worth the money.

I mean I was expecting my car to be washed after waiting 2hrs for a car wash, had to hand wash it myself the next day. I understand the short staff but please work on washing cars correclty.

I brought a car in that hasn’t been cleaned in a few years. I mentioned that, and they took a look and said it would be 10$ extra. I said no problem (it was bad). I asked for the VIP which is a cleaning inside and out, hot wax, armour all on tires and a free tree freshener, which is 29$ for a car so the total was 39$. I used to work in a carwash years ago so I stood there watching as they started the cleaning. After rinsing off the soap they started to dry the car. I asked about the “hot” wax and they said it was the pink stuff in a spray bottle that they put over the soap before the rinse.
1- I didn’t notice them spaying it (it would take a while to spray an entire car with a bottle)
2- I don’t know how a spray bottle that is hanging off a sink is supposed to be hot?
I asked if they put the hot wax and they said yes.
Then i noticed wet spots on the car, and a hand mark from “the owner” of the carwash. The steering wheel was not wiped down, the buttons we still filthy. When I got home I noticed the tires were never armour-alled.
I pointed out the dirt that was still on the hubcap.

The car was 90% cleaned. Better then when I brought it in, but the minor details is what shows the inexperience. The owner didn’t sound experienced by the way he was talk, but he was friendly. One of the employs did his best to accommodate me when I mentioned some things to him. In his defence, they were only 3 people working, he tried to do his best, the 3rd guy was a new employee from what I could see.

If you’re going to bring your car there to get washed, make sure you watch and inspect everything befor you leave. They need a bit more experience and a better rhythm when do this work.

I still left a 10$ tip, because it was filthy. The name of the business has changed. I forgot what it was or else I would have posted it.

Prix raisonnable à mon avis. En général le nettoyage était bien. Seulement déçue du fait qu'ils n'ont pas nettoyer le sel causé par l'hiver et toutes les surfaces n'étaient pas totalement bien lavées.

The guys doing the final touches are alright. The guys washing and rinsing did a terrible job. Didn’t dip the mit in soap once while washing. They dropped the wash cloth on the floor and attempted to keep washing. I was better off washing it myself.

My wife spent 2 hours this morning to get the VIP service.
There was only three cars before on the line. Usually they get the whole service done in 20 minutes. But today, they spent 1 hour since it started and didn't clean the mat and did not vacuum the back.
Very disappointed, since we were a regular client. The manager explained today he missed few employees, but all the cars that came after mine, finished before mine.

The worst car wash ever, very very cheap on soap, i dont understand why. Very slow, expect 1h and more to wash the car very easy, owner need to fix the problem of the soap, realy disapointed

Très mal lavé. J'ai remarqué cela encore dernière fois, mais je me suis dis de leur donner encore une chance. était la dernière, je ne vais plus jamais!

Excellent service and decent cleaning of interior/exterior. The only thing is, it can get very crowded with very long wait time on nice sunny days. I had to wait almost 1 hour 30 minutes for a wash on my last visit, but I was also the last customer of the day, therefore wait time may be shorter if you show up earlier in the day.

J'avais l'habitude d'aller à cet endroit depuis une dizaine d'année à cause du service exceptionnel. J'ai appris lors de ma dernière visite que ce n'est plus le même propriétaire (et qu'ils ont augmenté les prix).
Je n'ai rien contre le fait de payer plus cher, mais je ne retournerai plus à cet endroit qui a énormément diminué en qualité. Mauvais service, pas un seul sourire. Au contraire j'ai clairement l'air de déranger lorsque je demande un reçu.
Le pire était ma voiture. C'est une voiture vieille de seulement 1 an que j'entretiens bien. Je n'ai pas d'enfant alors on s'entend que ce n'était pas le ménage le plus dur à faire.
La pièce du centre où on met les breuvages était encore toute sale, l'intérieur de mes portieres etait noir (jai une voiture blanche) et le plus désastreux, dès ma sortie du lave auto, j'avais une pellicule de poussière noire sur le derrière de ma voiture (cette portion n'avait clairement pas été lavée!).
Vraiment déçue. Ce lave auto n'est plus ce qu'il était.

When i showed them an area for improvement - The guy told me [probably the manager, he was the one taking money] “If you need to see your car washed properly, you should go to the dealership.we don’t have time to spend on your car” OK

Lost my cellphone mount holder when I left my car there, for cleaning, the owner didn't care when I called.didn't clean the car perfectly neither.just vacuum.bad experience

Great service and they did a really good job. Lots of workers made it so the job was done fast. It was under 15 minutes from driving in to driving out. Also a very reasonable price and they take credit card!
I’ll be going here from now on!

Good service with the owner.but I know car are dirty after this winter but they just clean no very much I know is busy but V. I. P service Is not very V. I. P

This car was so dirty and smelly but it quickly felt like new after these hardworking crew cleaned the car out throughout!
