Passage aujourd'hui vers 14h, la machine de change ne fonctionnait pas qui ne donnait pas de change, qui ne vous rend pas le billet non plus, pas de voyant d'indication allumé. J'ai inséré un billet de 5 dollars, j'ai appelé 3 fois, pas de réponse. Un monsieur qui est passé me disait que j'étais pas le seul qui me suis fait avoir. Prenez pas le risque, préparez vos propres changes.

Well, this comment is about a good customer service exemple. I called the owner to complain about the automatic car wash machine results on my car. I paid the “platine” car wash but my car was still dirty and when I ran my finger on the trunk after the wash, there was black dirt. I told him that & he took the time to explain. Long story short, my car has been standing for a while now and it accumulated lot of dirt so if you’re in the same situation, make sure to wash your car by hand because the jet pressure on the machine is not enough to wash your car throughly if it’s dirty like mine. He also offered me to pass by for another car wash.

Half the products don’t work. Blower, air gun, soap is poorly dispensed and brushes destroy paint. Refuse to let you use your own wash mitt even if you use their soap etc.pressure washers leak from the trigger and cause product to fall all over the place.

I paid $40 for a 5 minute wash twice and there's no contact here, it's a robbery.no one to answer the phone. Do not trust your credit card. It says $5 on the screen but it's misleading.

First time using this service. Easy to use and all the equipment works well. I just don’t like the fact that I have to use the brush for my wheels and the cars body. There’s high chances of scratching the body. I understand that management doesn’t want people to use the brush without paying hence why it’s not allowed to hand wash your car. But would it be possible to pay for the soap brush, activate it and use my own sponge to clean my car to avoid scratching it?

Un peu déçu du savon comme déjà soulevé, le balais moussant a l'air plus efficace contre la saleté que le jet pression avec savon. Sinon très bien.

Bonjour, j été ce matin pour laver mon auto, j ai payé pour une brosse à mousse qui n à pas fonctionner tout le long.même chose pour le lavage à pression.ils ont même oser me couper le service sois disant que je n ai pas payer pour la brossé à savon.belle arnaque et un service médiocre du jamais vu. à éviter.conseil d ami

Garage door wouldn't close so everything freezes on contact which makes everything much harder and longer to rince.

FREEZING in there, no ventilation system so there's a million water droplets suspended in the air at all times. I almost got frostbite in there.

All of their tools are caked with dirty ice from the open door and freezing temperatures.

Blow dry tool is as powerful as a small vacuum on reverse so completely useless unless you wanna take 3 hours to dry your car. And it's cold air on top of that.

This self serve car wash could've been a brilliant product but someone decide it would be more profitable to ruin the entire experience in order to lower costs.

Speaking of which it cost me 12$, i almost got frostbite and had to leave with a car not properly washed and ice everywhere on the body.

Close the garage doors when a client washes his car and provide some heat so that a proper job could be done.

At 60$ an hour and no labor charges you can definitely provide a better experience than this

If your car/truck is dirty or muddy dont waste your time. A car wash where you cant wash you car because its "too dirty" well alright then. Ill give my money to someone else.

Talked with someone there, even explained how i didnt mind cleaning the floor after if my truck left the bay too dirty, right at that moment a blaring siren started to let me know i had to leave. Wow. Great experience, next time you open a business you might want to serve your customers.

Le concept est bien à la base. Toutefois, il est obligatoire d'utiliser leur savon et leur brosse. Une alarme se fait entendre si vous frottez votre voiture à la main. C'est complètement ridicule. Tout pour faire davantage de profits au détriment de l'expérience client.
Vous pourriez faire payer pour le temps passé dans le garage et laisser les gens laver leur voiture comme ils le souhaitent.

En plus le prix est vraiment élevé, ça aurait coûté moins cher d'aller faire laver l'auto. Autre point négatif: il n'y a tellement pas de lumière dans les garages qu'en sortant de là, nous avons réalisé que la voiture était encore sale.

J'ajoute qu'à voir les réponses que vous offrez aux clients, le service à la clientèle n'est définitivement pas votre point fort.
Je ne pense pas que vos clients méritent de se faire traiter de la sorte publiquement.

Je n'y retournerai pas et ne recommanderai pas.

Bad customer service. I reached out to their online customer service with some inquiries and a week later I got nothing. So, I emailed them again with the same questions and instead I got a response from this mexican dude named oscar fernandes telling me to call their number. I then wrote back "what is the point of having an online customer service if you're just gonna ask us to call" and, guess what, no answer. Seriously, what is the point? ! Just remove the messaging section from your website and leave only the number, if you're just gonna put off and not respect the customer.

This 1 star is simply because of the unprofessional person who answer back to people who writes bad reviews. Thank god for these people who writhe the bad ones because I wouldn’t want to deal with a business owner who uses capital letter and tells people that they make no sense. I wanted to go there but after reading the reviews. I just don’t want to encourage this business. If something goes wrong or if I’m not satisfied well this owner would just say that I make no sense or whatever. Without client, no business would work.

Comparativement au lavr-auto à la main ils sont un peu plus chère si on veut faire le tt sans courir après le chronomètre. Pour 3$ On a 4min30. Le chrono commence dès qu'on paie pas après la sélection.
Aussi, le min par carte est de 10$, donc valider avant si vous avez de la monnaie ou si la machine à monnaie est fonctionnel.

Très bon concept. Vous lavez vous meme votre véhicule et ca peut etre tres économique si on veut un lavage vite vite pour enlever la bouette l hiver. Une petite suggestion au proprietaire qui peut etre constructive. Faire une petite vidéo par exemple pour expliquer le fonctionnement et les differentes options de lavage. Ca peut etre utile pour les nouveaux et peut meme faire découvrir le concept a certains qui sont réticents. Ca vous fera aussi gagner du temps donc des $$$ a vous et aux utilisateurs sans compter la pub.

Affordable if you know how to take advantage of the offered ways to clean your car. Otherwise it will cost more than the regular auto wash

J'ai réviser mon avis à la hausse parce que le service a été modernisé pour les modes de paiements. Il est simple de payer par carte de crédit et d'ajouter du temps de lavage en cas de besoin. Ce lave auto libre service est un must pour laver à sa guise et avoir un travail bien fait!

Avoid this place, there is a very weak water pressure, I have in the backyard of the hose is much stronger pressure. They do not even close the gates, (in other places you can press the button and automatic gate closes and even if it's -25 outside you can enjoy washing your car), they should not work in severe frosts. And in General everything looks awful all the old, shorter don't waste your time there's other places.

I pulled in to wash my dirty vehicle and they wouldn’t let me use it. When I entered the wash bay someone turned on a burglar alarm. It was quite surprising and I didn’t know what was going on. I called the number listed and I was told that I wasn’t allowed to wash my dirty vehicle at the car wash because there was mud on it.

Decent place to give your car a quick wash. They do accept card payments (with paypass) Make sure you clean the brush with water before you use it!

Not sure why coin operated 'self-serve' carwashes are so rare in Montreal. I only know of one other in the area. The machine in the wash bay I chose only accepted one of the 6 toonies I had with me. I got more change from the on-site change machine and only one of those toonies worked in the machine! Very frustrating. I ended up spending more money than necessary because of this. I also think they are using weak and/or cheap quality soap. It is very foamy and looked the part but it had a very difficult time cleaning road grime, bugs, etc. I don't remember having such poor results from the soap in Nova Scotia or in New Brunswick where this type of carwash is very common.

Je trouve ce lavage auto de grande qualité pour un billet de 10 $ la voiture ressort comme neuve.
Le personnel que l'on trouve le matin et très sympathique.
Petit point qui pourrait être à revoir et le tuyau de la brosse à mousse qui est souvent gênant. Un système à enrouleur pourrait être le bienvenu.
