Lave Auto Spa The Wash

I visited the car wash on Monday morning right at opening and was the only car there. Three men worked on my SUV. They failed to vacuum or even open the trunk. The exterior cleaning was lacking; they seemed to use a rag instead of a proper car mitt, and they didn't apply a decent amount of soap. The car wasn't dried properly, leaving the top of the car and the side doors dirty. However, the first and second row interiors were the only areas well cleaned. It was not worth the $40 I paid. This will be my last visit there. I suggest the staff consider other employment options. I work at the company next door and will be sure to share my experience.

The service is great but in weekends u gotta wait for 40 minutes to an hour to just wash your car

They clean my car quite well, but missed some spots, but overall I am happy for the price!

Je viens de quitter le lave auto spa sur la rue St-Patrick. J’ai eu le pire lavage depuis très longtemps. Le dessus du toit a été lavé seulement sur chaque côté et pas dans le milieu (voir photo ci joint) La vitre arrière et certain endroit sur la carrosserie on voit clairement les endroits ou ça n’a pas été bien lavé. Définitivement vous n’êtes pas professionnels comme les anciens propriétaires. Pour 35$ c’est pas honnête.

These guys do a very decent job at hand washing vehicles. Pay particular attention to details.

Quick and decent exterior wash. Some damage to wheel center cap, most likely due to harsh chemical used.

Not impressed with this car wash the pricing on the sign is misleading.

For 29$ inside and outside which is too expensive, I would have expected more than a quick 10 minute clean up.
Still dirt patches here and there, on the rims and inside wasn’t fully cleaned. They also force you to add tips.
Anyway used to be a good place for 15-17$ before corona but now I’ll do it myself for that amount.

Terrible car wash.
They lost my carpet. Did nothing about it. Manager is not on site, employee would not refund my money.
Very difficult to communicate with. English or French are not their preferred languages.
Cloths they use are dirty and humid smelling. Had to leave my windows to get the bad smell out of my car.
Really dirty place.
Their cloths will never touch my car again!

I used to like this lave auto but for some reason it is my second time trying to have my car washed and for some reason it is closed every time.

Used twice now, very good service and the price is decent. About 10-15min waiting line before servicing for about 20min.

J ai laver ma voiture aujourd'hui (Honda civic), le service était pas terribles (nulle), le nettoyage intérieur était catastrophique, comme si c'était pas fait même le minimum rien, vous avez fait vite fait, on vous paye messieurs, un peu de sérieux

Don't waste your money. Its the most bad car wash in all Montreal.
I paid to wash the car inside and out, but the car is dirtier than before.they don't dry the car after washing it, and this leaves hard stains. Plus, they don't remove the mud caused by the rain. I can't describe my displeasure with my experience with this car wash. I deeply regret it. I don't advise anyone

They seem to be trying to do a good job, but when you leave the place and you look at your car in the daylight, then you realize the car is not really cleaned properly. That could be my case, though, as I happened to have a black car, which is hard to get rid of swirls.

Worst experience ever today! I have been going to that place for years and recommending it to everyone I know…today I went for a regular car wash, they finished washing the exterior and starting vacuuming and cleaning the interior couple of mins later, they told me that they finished, I looked the water was still on the car, they didn’t dry it well, I told the guy to dry it and he did it quickly leaving the car with a lot of spots. After I left I checked the interior and it is as dirty as before! They basically just washed the mats and that it. Horrible horrible experience, I could have cleaned it way better at home. Time to look for another car wash…very disappointed and shocked that they don’t care about their reputation anymore

Long lineups make for long wait times, but there's good reason for it - they do a great job

End of winter is upon us. We went for a quick car wash (interior and exterior) for 30$. It was quick and efficient. I won’t say it 100% clean, but it wasn’t bad either. They can do better job with the interior vacuum.

Love this place. Some time they rush but the result are good for 30 dollars. Have wash and super fast work. Keep up the good service guys
