Staff is super friendly and nice. I would have appreciated more experience in short haircuts: if overall my kid was happy as the haircut met her expectations, I was able to see all the scissors "trenches" and the degraded cut was grossly executed. I thought it would be better after the first shampoo. Hopefully, hair grows fast. I am pretty sure that for long hair the place is awesome though but I'll go somewhere else for short haircuts next time.
