LE 32 Clinique Dentaire

Great experience! I recently moved and wanted to try a dental clinic closer to home and truthfully, you cannot go wrong at this dental clinic! Le 32 reception greeting is so friendly. The dentist Dr. Vanessa Del Vecchio is so kind and professional. She is very good at what she does. She explains her examinations thoroughly. Detailing every step from prevention, to diagnosis and possible treatments.

I have never been to such a lovely clinic with the ability to watch Netflix while getting your teeth worked on!
There is also a text reminder option for your appointments which is great for somsone like me who tends to forget.

Overall great experience and more specifically with my dentist Dr. Del Vecchio!
I highly recommend Le 32.

Would I recommend this dental business? No, unfortunately not.

Reasons:
-Overpriced compared to competition
-long wait times (almost an hour!)
-botched job + difficulty freezing
- Take too many x rays of the same teeth, don’t need the added cost or radiation, thank you

Absolutely appalled and hurt by the behaviour of this dental clinic (Seidler), would strongly NOT recommend if you value your dental health and mental well-being.

My Experience

-I was a loyal patient for several years despite botched work being done because Seidler promised to fix the problems only to have the clinic find every excuse for my dismissal. First the office attempts to hand me to their new dentist, next, they cancel my Indigenous dental health insurance and refuse to work with it, and then finally, a month before my appointment I receive a dismissal letter due to a ‘poor rating that was not even there when they called’. (Now, this here, this is an official review and rating)

- Received a not so nice call from Rebecca, notifying me of the dismissal and she wouldn’t even take one second to listen to me to help me understand what was happening. Disrespectful.

Dental experience

-Terrible at freezing your mouth, and I have been left with neuralgia ever since. Total nightmare.

- Can’t chew anything remotely hard, hot or cold on the side of the mouth they worked on

- dental work done at this clinic needed to be re done every 1-3 years, where the other side of my mouth completed by a previous dental clinic remained in tact for 9+ years and still going strong. The side of the mouth this clinic worked on has ruined my teeth prematurely.

-Not indigenous friendly.

- Dentist left room mid appointment while working on three simple cavities, hygienist (Simone) was working on my mouth while she was gone - only for me to feel pressure/pain and raise my hand, hygienist then reverted her work a little. Dentist came back and finished. However, I’m not sure what happened, but this left me with poorly shaped teeth, that were sharp/pressing against my tongue. Painful and very irritating, to the point I had to put dental wax and numbing cream over the tooth. For weeks.

- my problem was never acknowledged by the dentist, however one of my many visits she had one hygienist who dealt with me (didn’t catch her name), who felt my teeth and noticed how high up the cusp was and how sharp and misshapen. She even commented on how did this happen and who did this. She continued to fix my teeth (thank goodness!) but accidentally filed down the actual cusp of my teeth where the restoration was not located. She acknowledged this to me and the dentist later but the dentist denied this. No denying that smell of your enamel being removed smells, you weren’t in the room Seidler, only the hygienist and myself were.
Note: I do not blame the hygienist as she tried her best and acknowledged my problem. I’m grateful for her for listening despite my tooth being damaged prematurely. In no way is this a complaint against her.

-Had several email exchanges with Seidler, including how my mental health was suffering due to all the chronic pain in my mouth with no acknowledgment of what’s happened. That didn’t get me anywhere. All my concerns and symptoms were brushed off as if I’m too stupid to know how I feel. News flash, we went to the same university Seidler, please treat me with basic respect — especially, since I was so kind and timid with you.

-To this day I live in chronic pain, my teeth ruined prematurely when all I did was go in to treat small cavities that didn’t even hurt.

Again, would I recommend this dental office? No because it is my belief and experience that they will discard you like a dirty rag the second they don’t need you or you become an inconvenience to them.

My child was scared and had the most pain in their life. Please take your child somewhere else, I feel terrible having taken them here

I don't recommend this dental office at all. You should go there couple of times for nothing. I had an appointment for filling but they didn't tell me it's already canceled because I didn't want to do the cleaning. Messy coordination & weak service. I'm really upset to choose this office & never go another time.

Some wonderful staff but extremely overpriced and the wait times were quite painful! Having an appointment at open time of 9: 00 am, one wouldn't expect much of a delay, yet it was nearly thirty minutes before the appointment began. I pay quite a bit for my insurance who pays for 100% of customary charges, but to be billed beyond that is outrageous.

I brought my daughter for her first dental appointment. Erica went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for her. Dr. Seidler was thorough and answered all of my questions. They both made going to the dentist fun, I would def recommend!

AMAZING experience.
I hate going to the dentist, as I have VERY sensitive teeth. I bleed a lot and will squirm in pain as soon as any metal tools touch my teeth.
Christina, the hygienist was so patient with me and created a personalized treatment plan that would help me get through my cleanings without being traumatized lol.

She was amazing and so was the doctor (forgot her name).
So grateful to have found a clinic where I feel comfortable:)

Highly recommend Christina as a dental hygienist she is very thorough as well as patient. Staff at the front is very welcoming and explains everything in detail. Overall, great experience here.

Great clinic. I hate going to the dentist and I have ridiculously sensitive teeth. Le 32 makes my visits as pleasant as possible. They make accommodations for my sensitive teeth and I've always had great service there. Everyone is friendly and pleasant and appointment times are respected. I'd reccomend them.

Be careful, they quote one thing and charge another. Weird because I have been seeing them for 6 years now and everything started off good. This past year things really went down hill. They quoted a price for extractions and then after the extraction was done price was higher. They offered an acrylic partial for top teeth for $1200, I found the price high and asked if there were other options and was told there weren’t. Spoke to a few people and was told by one they recently had a full top and bottom denture made for about the same price. Did a bit of research and found a dentureologist that made the exact same partial for 1/3 the price (400$). When I went back and told them about it they agreed and said the price will always be cheaper at a denturologist, I couldn’t understand why they didn’t tell me that when they clearly saw the 1200$ price was an issue for me. Honestly you can get better service at a lot of other dentists in the area. Get ready for an absurd amount of x-rays.

I have always been terrified of the dentist, but honestly not here. Dr. Del Vecchio is great! I've been going there for a little bit now but I'll definitely be a long time patient. Have had a great experience with all the staff.

Few words to say untrained staff, that knows nothing about emphaty and basic customer service. Submit claims on your behalf without your knowledge and claim this is on you. Send angry emails accusing their customers in reply to your dissatisfaction email. I have never had any experience like this in my whole life wow, If I could give -10 I would. Spare yourself trouble and go to someone competent

Ce matin je suis allée pour un nettoyage, le prix de l’examen du dentiste de juillet a aujourd’hui $24.00 de plus, inacceptable ils ne suivent pas les prix de l’ordre des dentistes, j’ai une assurance privée je n’ai jamais eu à débourser de ma poche depuis 40 ans assurance couvre à 100% pour les nettoyages, sauf ce matin. La COVID-19 a le dos très large. Ils sont très indépendants mais il y tellement d’autres cliniques dans Vaudreuil Dorion et sûrement aussi compétentes. Je leur ai parlé ce matin mais c’est ça le prix?

Amazing customer service i've received from the dentist office. I had a couple of fillings to fix and an emergency root canal to do and it was done.i felt so much better because i experience bad sensitivity with my teeth they were able to help me out. Thank you for your amazing work, i wouldn't have perfect teeth without you LOL

Customer for 9 years, today my teenage son missed his cleaning appoint, Dentist calls me at his appointment time advising me that he has missed his appointment.since we still had time i asked if they could take my wife since we were at costa 2 min away, they advised since we a week left and my insurance may not cover it since we can only go once per year and advised they couldn't accommodate.then they advised there would be a charge of $75 for missing his appointment and what killed me as a loyal customer they asked by phone payment upfront by credit card! Not the payment charge but the asking to be paid upfront did it.i paid by phone and then asked to cancel my entire family as an account with the dentist and would gladly take by business elsewhere.prior to this i always found them very expensive and even charged $230 for a cleaning.which was bad enough but my private insurance paid so i kept going.my suggestion for those current customers or about to be new ones.well think again.lots a of great dentists in vaudreuil and new facilities to shop around for and definitely the Clinic 32 is really to avoid, i took my business elsewhere.

My dentist retired and I went to Le 32, I was seen by Dr. Del Vecchio and I was very well taken care of from start to finish, was asked if there was any discomfort which I wasn't but the fact that i was asked reassured me! Very professional and would definitely recommend!

Le processus pour une chirurgie bucale a été terrible pour nous.graves complications qu'ils n'ont pu détecter, perte de temps et argent. Certains membres du personnel sont arrogants et incapable d'admettre leurs erreurs. Ils m'ont d'ailleurs envoyé une mise en demeure à cause qu'ils n'appréciaient pas ce review! L'expérience pour un détartage régulier est OK.

Appreciate the full staff.really appreciate to be able to make appointment on weekends. It's very convenient due to my work schedule and having to make plans with my 3 small kids.

Beautiful place like all other dental clinics however just for simple dental treatment, they need lots of x-rays which eventually adds-up to bill. Ended up paying way more than a normal dental clinic.

I was amazed during my first visit to Le 32 Dentaire at the upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff, and their concern for not having their patients wait. Dr. Seidler explained things in such a way that we felt we really understood the procedure and process. So refreshing! I am so happy we found this team!

I normally hate the dentist visits i am quite nervous about it, but with Dr. Seidler i felt totally understood, calm and safe. Great clinic! Very modern and state of the art technology. Very friendly staff and the clinic is opened on weekends!

Excellent service even after a scheduling glitch or miscommunication with my appointment time. There may be an issue with their e-mail reminder system giving out the original appointment date even if the date/time was changed on their computer.
They are working on resolving the issue.
We worked to resolve the misunderstanding diplomatically and came up with a satisfactory solution.
