L'emplacement rien à redire et le service est top. Par contre entre l'hygiène, les insectes, les murs fins comme du papier (on entend le voisin au téléphone) et les chambres qui ne sont pas finie (finition 0, au plafond on voit quand le voisin du dessus allume et éteints sa lumière et l'interrupteur est couper à moitié sans parler des peintures, la salle de bain ou on entre a peine et trous par ci par la).

Cet « hôtel » a comme seul avantage d’être bien placé. Peut-être est-ce pour cela que le propriétaire ne donne aucune importance au bon entretien général de « l’hôtel ». Les chambres sont à l’abandon. Trous dans les murs, au sol, murs et tapis tachés. Les photos ne sont en aucuns cas représentatives de l’endroit.

Je ne comprends pas tous les avis négatifs. C'est bien correct pour passer une nuit. C'est propre et les lits sont confortables.

C'est un hôtel fantôme? J'ai payé ma réservation et là pour modifier les dates personne ne décroche depuis des jours et des jours? Personne ne travaille dans cet endroit et qui est capable de décrocher quand on appelle? J'imagine s'il arrive urgence pendant le séjour, pas une seule personne pour s'occuper de nous?

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and the location was great. It was in the heart of Old Montreal which meant most places were walkable. The owner was nice but the room we stayed at could use some improvement. Our mattress was slanted in a way where we'd get blood rushing to our heads if we slept normally. So we had to sleep with our heads at the footboard to prevent that. One of our pillows was almost as thin as the blanket, so I asked for another pillow but they didn't carry extras. I wish we had night stands for more surface area to put our stuff and a couple of hooks on the wall for dirty clothes & wet towels. We ended up hanging wet towels & dirty clothes on the headboard and vanity chair. The windows were stuck so we couldn't get fresh air in our room. The owner was nice though and gave us an extra fan which helped a lot. Overall, its a decent place to stay at if you're going to be out most of the time. It's just these small inconveniences that make the experience not the best.

I had a problem, I tried to get in contact with them about it and so tried the service website I booked it through. Advertised is a reply within 24 hour. I got nothing except now a message saying thank you staying with us. Which I couldn't, I had mixed up the dates, and wanted to change exactly that. On my reply that I did not stay there because nobody helped me solve my problem, they canceled the booking now. No sorry for mistreatment, nothing. I will never stay there ever. Be very careful chosing this guys for accomodation!

Other than the other reviews might show, this place is truly a hidden gem! Since last month (May 2023) it has been renovated and all the rooms and most bathrooms have been renewed. Rooms are spacious, beds are good and the daily cleaning service is perfect.
Also the location is great, right at the border of the old center of Montréal. Some rooms have a great view over the old city.
I stayed here 4 nights and it was just beautiful.

I could not go lower than 1 star unfortunately. My door was broken and could not be locked. I ended up not staying there and going to a hotel instead. The owner hasn’t responded to my messages to this day (1 month later) The place is like a big appartement with shared spaces. There was construction materials everywhere, nails on the floor, garbage bag were use to hide stuff on the walls. The room is nothing like the pictures.
Do not go there! Even tho it is the cheapest place to rent in the area it is not worth it

Je mets 1 étoile parce que je ne peux pas mettre 0. Emplacement idéal pour touristes, mais bâtiment délabré, sale et miteux. Rue bruyante et chambre non isolée du froid et de la chaleur, vous entendrez l’entièreté de la conversation téléphonique de votre voisin de chambre. Le prix ne vaut vraiment pas la qualité du service. Je pourrai parler davantage des défauts de cet « hôtel » mais je ne le considère même pas comme. A éviter!
