Le 4300

Responsive management, large warm apartment, chock full of friendly people - I made the right choice!

Just a short note about my experience thusfar with Julie Bonomo, Julie assisted us in our final decision to lease at 4300, she is competant, and quick and knowledgeable about the building and certianly has made this transition seemless. ManyThanks and look forward to an enjoyable future at the 4300!

Last year I decided to change apartment within the 4300. I was so happy with how Adam, the leasing agent, facilitated my lease transfer. He found me exactly what I was looking for. During the transition, the management team Audrey, Catherine and Othman could not have been kinder. To this day they continue to be there for me whenever I need something. From the friendly valets to the ever present maintenance staff and friendly neighbours, you will not find a better place to live in the beautiful neighbourhood of Westmount. The location is ideal. I feel very much at home here at the 4300.

We have been living here for over a year, and have never been happier, The apartment is renovated beautifully. We find the office staff amazing. Audrey, Catherine, Othman. They are very reactive, and have never let any problem be ignored. We have a mix of all age groups and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in this area.

Congratulations to an efficient and well meaning management team. Always pleasant and helpful! We particularly appreciate the reinstatement of a previous front desk person. It has changed our level of comfort.

Just starting my experience with 4300, but I can tell you that their leasing consultant, Julie Bonoma, was the best and most professional individual I dealt with in any of the apartments that I looked at, by a long shot.
While I felt many of the others, came across as pure sales men, who lacked knowledge, and sincerity.

Julie was the exact opposite. She was calm, not pushy at all, but at the same time, extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the apartment, and was always available to me. She was patient, kind, and answered every one of my many questions.

Once the leasing process started, she was there every step of the way, until completion.

Julie is completely trustworthy.

I have lived in Westmount over 25 years and wanted a location and a dog-friendly building that would suit my situation and I was not sure what to expect. Let me just say that I have had, and continue to have, an exemplary experience. The leasing agent Julie was patient and well informed, Othman and the other office staff have continuously gone out of their way to provide whatever help I need (when we went to look at the assigned parking spot, Othman noticed it was quite far from the door and immediately arranged for a spot feet from the entrance, without my even having to ask!), the concierge staff even makes sure the front door is opened in the morning as my dog rushes out! I am always offered help, Chris and Milan the "handymen" have gone above and beyond to accommodate me.basically I could not be happier with the quality of service and the wonderful people who have been providing it. Thank you everyone at Le 4300 for welcoming me to my new home in grand style. I could not be happier.
