I ordered flowers for the funeral of a loved one. Many of the flowers in the arrangement were old and starting to brown on the edges. I was so disappointed to see this, especially when all other flower arrangements that people ordered from other florists used beautiful fresh flowers. Further, the flowers I ordered looked like they would come with a tripod stand (appears like that on webesite) and there was no indication or option communicated that I would need to buy a stand separately. Again, the disappointment to see the flowers delivered at the church placed on the ground and not on a stand. It was disappointing.

If you want good service, good price and be surprise by how long your flower survive than this is the place. After almost a month of the date I purchase flower I still have some flower left in the vase.

I am originally from Montreal but now I live in Vancouver. When my grandmother passed away 13 years ago, you all came through with flying colours. So many beautiful arrangements. You provided my mother and Aunt with the neccessary colours, flowers that they asked for. Absolutely beautiful. Recently my father passed away and the beautiful arrangement of sun flowers, wheat stems. WOW! Your care and personal touch show in tour creations. And for myself, I will say, you have provided me with excellent service from Vancouver. While even visiting my home town, I came in and you my visit a pleasant one. You listen to what your customers needs are and I have yet to be disappointed. I will continue to use your place of business. Reasonable prices, fresh flowers, excellent colours better than Pinkerton's! And although my French vocabulary is very rusty, you made an effort and spoke to me in English. Thank you. I will definitely recommend you!

Great place and affordable bouquets; great service ALWAYS. Found this gem since I was 17-18 and now I’m 30 and I still go for most occasions! They just seem to know what you want and make it happen in a most beautiful way with the most beautiful flowers!

Very stressful ordeal. I called weeks in advance to have them deliver flowers and a teddy bear to my work place in the afternoon. The delivery person called me at 9 am saying he was at my house and no one was there.admitetly, I had messed up the order as I was placing it online but I had called the day before in order to fix this and confirm the correct address. Anyway, he told me that the delivery crew and dispatch don't communicate between themselves. He comfirmed that he would deliver the flowers straight away to the address that I had just given him which is my work place. After a few hours, nothing had happened, so I called to make sure he was on his way, the rep told me he would deliver the goods before 2pm, which was alright I guess. 2: 30pm, still nothing so I call them one last time to find out he had left them at some address downtown that I had never mentioned ever and is nowhere near my location. After getting a bit vocal with them, the operator told me that she was going to include 2 extra roses with the teddy bear and have someone deliver them within the next 15 minutes, which were finally delivered. The operators themselves were kind and somewhat professional but the delivery team were brutish and impatient. It still doesn't excuse the fact that they messed up every step of the way and didn't even bother to call in order to confirm the delivery. All in all, it was stressful to have to try and manage something that should be so simple throughout the whole day at work. I would recommend they change their management style and communication methods because this was a real pain and dragged on way too long. Won't be reaching out to them for future deliveries. I will admit they have a nice selection of flowers/plants/stuffed animals for just about every event.

Gets very busy during the big holidays (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) but the quality of the flowers are great! A little expensive but you can tell they love their work.
