LE BRONZAGE DU PLATEAU

I have visited numerous tanning salons in the past, but the experience at this particular one stood out because they did not inquire about my need for eyewear. When I requested a pair of tanning glasses for eye protection, they refused to lend me one and insisted on selling me a pair for $15. Their justification was that previous customers had allegedly stolen the glasses.

Additionally, I noticed that there were no signs in the tanning booth regarding the importance of eyewear protection, 18+ over, and a sign of the consequences of tanning on our health, which is a legal requirement in all such facilities.

This situation gives the impression that the tanning salon is prioritizing profits over the well-being of their customers. It seems they are capitalizing on customers who wish to protect their eyes while using their equipment, rather than placing value on their health.

HORRIBLE! Poor customer service. I tried calling in today to ask about the service and the lady was so rude and disrespectful. She makes you feel like you are bothering them. Don’t come here

Meilleure salon de bronzage de Montréal! Ca fais quelques fois que j’y vais et serieux j’ai jamais été déçu des produits et du service! Merci encore Sophie pour ton accueil et aussi de tes conseils! Je recommande cette place!

Bronzage propre machine propre mes le personnels so so, connais même pas ces machine. Mais une belle place pour bronzer.

Disaster. The girl at the counter just talks too much instead of concentrating on what she is doing. I asked for 7 min yesterday in a stand up knowing my skin. She charged me $14 and put me in for 14 min of tanning instead of 7. Her facial expression when I asked her why was it so long told me clearly she made a mistake, but she denied to cover her rear. I am all burned today
My advice: talk less, ficus on what you are doing, and you deserve to bear some sort of responsibility for this

Cliente depuis plusieurs années (mais pas régulière) qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise quand on m’indique que je dois repayer si je veux utiliser mes minutes restantes. Car oui, après 1 an vous perdez vos minutes non utilisé. C’est indiqué nul part et on ne me l’a jamais mentionné. Je trouve la démarche assez malhonnête de refaire payer pour sauver ses minutes.

Je suis allée 2 fois. J’ai choisi cet endroit car ils recevaient beaucoup de bons commentaires. 1 bonne * pour leur réponse rapide par messagerie. Oui c’est beau mais c’est très grand, personne et j’ai eu froid.
Le service, l’ accueil, la méthode et le résultat très moyen.
Les consignes de Rafael étaient tellement melantes … douche pas douche après 3h 5/6 hres ça dépend!?

Suggestion: un petit papier ou note affichée ou donnée aux clients. Simple et professionnel si l’employé ne sait pas trop quoi dire! On m’a carrément juste peinturé! En plus d’avoir attendue nue trop longtemps avant qu’il rentre, pas savoir quoi faire en attendant de sécher. Bref ça a fait un bon sketch à raconter aux copines ‍️ j’ai compris en allant ailleurs … Au Studio à Verdun à qui j’ai donné 5/5. Une vrai expérience esthétique!

I’m not one to write reviews in general, however my experience today prompted me to do so. This was my first time visiting the salon. I was welcomed in a very unfriendly manner by the only employee who was working at the salon at that time. To elaborate, when I had asked to learn more about the services, the guy seemed to be bothered and did not want to answer any of my questions. In addition to that he seemed under the influence of drugs. He was mumbling and rolling his eyes as he was attempting to respond to my questions. I went there to get a spray tan and he was the only employee there. He was the one who was going to do it for me. I was not asked in advance if I prefer being helped by a female or male employee, which I find very unprofessional. When I told the male employee that I do not feel comfortable in getting undressed in front of him, he acted shocked and was offended by my question as if I insulted him, when in fact I asked a very normal question. I was never given the choice of selecting between a male and female preference which is a standard for such services. I did not end up getting a spray tan and I do not think I will ever go back to that salon. I absolutely do not recommend going there.

Meilleure place à Montréal pour les cils, spray tan et bronzage je recommande à tous! L'équipe est géniale et super professionnel ️️️️️️

The front desk service person was very nice and extremely accommodating when I mixed up my promo. She also used my name a lot, which I think is good customer service. I mean, she was going to see me in my birthday suit for the spray tan after my quick bed tan, so best to get to know each other. Haha
