Moved in recently and love it! Management is efficient, friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Having an on-site concierge is ideal. Plus area is perfect with every shopping venue one could want. For me moving here was an excellent decisio.

I had a terrible experience with the rental agent here. Apparently the number on their site is his personal cellphone. Well, he was quite disgruntled when I called on a Sunday. He did not introduce himself or mention the apartment complex, just abruptly said that it was his day off and to call back tomorrow. I tried to explain that there was no posted office hours anywhere online so it was impossible to know when to actually call.

The relationship went downhill from there. He was pretty rude during every call. I eventually cancelled the appointment to see the place because I was uncomfortable meeting him. He cut me off as soon as he heard I wasn't interested. So unprofessional and impolite.

It seems like he didn't actually want to talk to me. Calling him on a Sunday was an honest mistake but I'm not sure if that's the only reason he was upset. I don't know what's going on with this place but I got all sorts of bad vibes from the rental agent. Rental agents at all of the other apartment complexes I called were polite and professional.
