Le Carrousel du Parc

I had a great experience at Le Carrousel Du Parc! The people there are amazing and know all the details from products! Great demos too.prices are really good prices, and they give you promotions when you buy multiple items! (Great for new/expecting Parents!)
I will definitely but again and would recommend!

I only have good words for this lcdp.
I bought a conversion set for my crib (special order from a canadian company through lcdp) and the delivery was free (yay!). However, when i got the pieces, they didn't fit with the headboard I had. The company that made the pieces refused to cooperate to take back the pieces or to help out to make it fit, so lcdp graciously sent a furniture medic at their expense to fix the bed. They told me that if that didn't work, they would take back the bed at their expense even though the bed company refused to take it back. Thankfully, it all worked out in the end, the furniture medic fixed the bed. I found the whole process very professional and I am thankful it went so smoothly as I know many companies would not have helped at all. I will purchase again from lcdp. They clearly have their clients satisfaction at heart.

Best Baby Store Ever! They have everything! Best prices! Good service and very informative staff! They also have lots of floor samples.was looking for specific stroller to try on on the floor but no store in Montréal had a sample of that only Le carrousel Du Parc! Would definitely recommend! They sell lots of bugaboo, Uppababy and all other major brands.was highly satisfied with each and every product bought there!

Bought a crib set from them waited forever! Then once it arrived they told me that they don't deliver home. I can come and pick up in store. I paid over $1500! Seriously! Terrible! No one buy from them! Any stupid store delivers! How exactly am I supposed to pick it up? With my 2 hands? !? !? ! Still can't get over!

Fantastic prices and selection. I've purchased large and small items at the shop, and the service was always amazing. After purchase service and support was also excellent-a HUGE plus for parents of little ones!

Re mask wearing, I noticed some reviewers commented on that-but I actually had the opposite experience. I entered and the owner and his assistant were wearing masks, and I was ht one that forgot to lift my mask up from my chin (postpartum forgetfulness!), but the owner respectfully told me to please wear a mask while in the store.

Would definitely recommend.

Was planning on purchasing something but before entering I saw through the window the man working there standing by the cash register had no mask on. Not only is this illegal, its because of behaviour like this that we have the most infections in Canada. Shame on them. Turned around and will never be spending any money at this establishment.

Altought their website says that they have a repair shop for strollers, they didn’t want to repair mine because i didn’t bought it at their shop, arguing that they « woudln’t make any money » by reparing it. Really disapointing.

I was very happy to get all that knowledge of sales group and was convinced to buy all my baby needs great quality great prices, big selection.
