This place is not support first time visitors, poor service and information. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this place.

A great ski resort that we visited in the summer and is designed for tourism.
Since the gondola prices were too expensive for us, we preferred to hike up, which was definitely the right decision. We were also immediately helped to choose the right route.

Couché sur le quai on a vu les étoiles, la voie lactée et même une étoile filante. On a pêché un poisson et il était excellent. C’était magnifique. Prenez votre temps. Un verre de vin sur le quai les pieds à l’eau. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjour.

This national park must be beautiful but definitely plan on renting a car to enter the park. You cannot access the mountain by foot through the Mont Tremblant Village unless you pay for the cable car, which is 25 CAD per person. This is very misleading, as the official park website says that the park is open every day of the year, but the actual only option to access it by foot (cable car) is only open during the summer and fall season. The village is also super touristy and expensive, and the staff wasn't honest and clear about our possibilities there. We were unlucky enough to arrive to the village a day before the summer season started so we couldn't access the mountain, but after asking them about other hiking options nearby they said there was no way we could do it from the village and by foot. It was only at the end of the day during a conversation with other visitors that we learned that there were hiking options around and they discovered on their own. Of course, there aren't signs for these trails in the village either. Total disappointment and definitely rent a car and avoid the village by all means.

It was an amazing experience and very straight forward to book and enjoy. We did some dog sledding and also snow tubing which were fantastic activities for our kids. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, will definitely use the service next time.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience en traîneau à chien. Les chiens sont magnifiques, on voit que l’équipe est attentionnée avec leurs chiens et aime les animaux. Entre le parcours en traîneau, le calinage des chiens et le chocolat chaud dans la yourte, tout était absolument merveilleux!

Nous avons adoré notre expérience en traîneau à chien! On voit que les chiens sont bien traités et que l’équipe prend soin d’eux. Jordan, notre guide, est un vrai passionné. Nous avons fait le parcours en montagne qui a duré environ 1h. Après ça nous avons pu caresser les chiens et les chiots. Avant de partir nous avons eu droit à un chocolat chaud dans la yourte. C’était une très belle journée.
Seul bémol: l’activité se trouve à 40min de voiture de Mont Tremblant et le transport jusque là n’est pas compris dans le prix.

This place is perfect for a winter weekend's activities. It's far enough removed from the nearby towns to provide quiet and solitude. The property's trails are perfectly marked so even first-timers (like us) can't get lost. We did the Mt Onontio trail, which takes you up in altitude but it was very doable. And the vistas are well worth it! Also near the peak, there is a spot where small birds will eat right out of your hand! That made the experience even more special. The staff are very nice and helpful too. This was a perfect way for us to start our first visit to Tremblant.

Promenade agréable et très simple. Nous devions initialement faire la promenade sous les étoles mais nous avons été devancés et c’était finalement très correct. La guide était très intéressante et à apporté de la magie à cette promenade.

Parc Omega and Aventures Plein Air St-Hippolyte showed exceptional customer service in contrast. Go there instead.

I have sent 5 emails with no response, had 4 different team members give me conflicting information regarding my reservation, and lied to. There was constant flip flopping over a policy that sure does sound different depending on who you talk to.

I booked a reservation in the afternoon to avoid a snowstorm in the morning. My order went through and hours later I get a phone call from their team saying the reservation is actually not available. I get moved to a morning reservation, get caught in the snowstorm, speak to an unfriendly rep and receive conflicting info.

Our car stalled on a hill relatively close to the designated meeting point, and said rep puts us on hold and the call fails while we are on hold, then she calls us back 15-20 minutes later noting she confirmed someone was going to come and help us. This was false.

The rep explained a partial refund was in order, but then said because she tried to help us it was not longer an option. I get in contact with a manager who then asks me to provide more information through email, but then does not reply to the email or contact me back as noted.

These guys are on such a tight schedule, but then want to have us start our activity an hour later (and eat into another "group's" time) instead of giving us a refund AFTER having moved our reservation last second? Wow.

I love adventure activities; in booking region specific activities across Hawaii, Florida, Montreal, France, Iceland etc.etc. I have never had such a negative customer service experience as we did here.

Could not recommend more highly! We did snow tubing, dog sledding (with Alaska Adventures about 25 mins away), and sleigh ride. All was well organized and easy to understand.

Worst customer service employees. Had to cancel due to the storm and was offered 100% refund on account. A week later I receive an email saying 50% refund was sent back to my card and the other half is not refundable. Called 2 different numbers and talked to 5 agents and all of them asked me to talk to someone else even though they made a mistake. Will go to Blue Mountains instead in the future.

We did the dog sledding with Mountain Adventure dog sledding and hiked/ziplined with tyroparc. Absolutely amazing experiences with amazing staff! Wife and I had a blast. If you're up for it, you're gonna sweat for both activities. If not, the staff can accommodate to make sure you enjoy the activities regardless.

Dès l'arrivée nous avons reçu toute l'information et le matériel requis pour être confortable durant notre séjour. Les sentiers étaient dégagés ce qui a beaucoup faciliter la marche vers le refuge.

Le refuge était très propre à l'arrivée, on a pris le temps de partir un feu pour se réchauffer et en moins d'une heure on était rendu en short et sans chaussettes tellement c'était rendu confortable.

Les toilettes extérieures restent très proches pour que ce soit rapide sans pour autant gêner.

On a profiter des sentiers de marche tout le weekend et malgré qu'on savait qu'il y avait plusieurs autres visiteurs dans les autres refuges, on en a peu croisé, c'est tellement calme on se sentait seul au monde.

Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vraiment prendre une pause, c'est la meilleure activité! C'est calme, c'est en nature et c'est parfait!

Lots of fun! Booked 10-12 slot and it got quite busy around 11 with long lines. Staff were great and music kept the activity enjoyable. Overall a great experience.

We took the rock climbing course with Attitude Montagne (Michael was our instructor and guide) and it was just amazing! At first our son was a little scared but once we did a really slow decent with him, he could not wait to go up again and made it about half way. The rock face is a great high, enough of a challenge for those that want it but also an easy start so most can at least try it out. The instructor was great, no hiccups at all and the 3 hours flew by, Michael even took pictures for us. For two adults and one child it came to about $220+tax, so not an inexpensive outing but original and worth it if you can.

Great experiences - Mountain biking, hiking, zip line, and a try at a jet ski. Keep in mind the activities are not all on the resort and may require a drive to another spot

THE RAFTING experience was really bad, our instructor did not give us any warnings about how dangerous it could be to jump into the water from a rock, My daughter she's 13 and she jumped off the rocks into the river and she hit her leg on a rock that was under water and she broke her leg, she also has to have a big surgery because of what happened. The instructors did t even try to warn us and they said they would call and check on us but they never did. Overalls experience was really bad and not recommended. Our instructors name is Florence and she kept saying my daughter was overreacting and she kept on insisting that she can walk on her injured leg when she couldn't. The place also didn't have any first aid kits on the boat. We also have proof that we went into an emergency room on the same day and we have proof of x-rays and my daughter had to do a big surgery.

Endroit vraiment agréable, de belles activités disponible. Chiens bien reçus. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Very good Hotel, close to all Winter activities in a 3 mile radius, service was good at restaurant, front desk and rental equipment store inside the hotel.
Rooms very clean and everything was working. My kids loved it and we all had a good time. See You next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful two night stay in les refuges perchees! The staff were lovely and the centre is extremely organized. They had thought of everything to make our stay as seamless as possible. We had a rough drive up due to weather and the late check in was not a problem. Great facility and great snowshoeing! We can't wait to come back:)

Its ok for this covid era, I guess. But it definetly used to be much much better. I miss the good ‘ol days of this place! Hope you guys remember what 2019 was like and strive to get back to that!

The snowmobile business partner is really great - it's a little confusing on where to meet, but they were really flexible and helped us where our plans had to change. Also - the Tubing is really fun - great family activity

We took our kids (7 & 9yrs) and our dog for two nights at New Years. It was a perfect escape. It fell somewhere between cottaging and back country camping. We all loved it.

Les boudriers pour le zipline ne sont vraiment pas confortable. J'ai la chance d'être en forme et de ne pas avoir mal nulle part mais, je recommande à ceux qui on mal dans le dos de mettre une ceinture de soutien.

Je retournerai probablement pour essayer le méga tour via-ferrata

We spent three days 2 nights in the treehouse. We were in Treehouse #19 overlooking the lake, the view was beautiful. My family and I called this 'luxury camping". Everything we needed was available in the treehouse, large enough to fit 6. We also rented 2 canoes, the prices remains the same for the duration of your trip (awesome). I really appreciated the care taken to ensure that the forest and the park, including the wildlife was not disturbed. I would recommend this to anyone wanting an adventure for a few days. Be prepared to push the wheelbarrow up some hills, it will test your endurance for sure:) all in all it was wonderful!

C’est très facile de réserver et de planifier nos itinéraire en utilisant le centre d’activité du mont tremblant. J’ai pu réserver et changer mes réservations si j’en avait besoin. Les fois où j’ai eu à parler à un employer par téléphone ils était très gentil et courtois.
Je recommande ce service!

The center could not be better! Courteous, accurate, one stop shop, saved us a ton of time and effort to ask around different vendors!
the activities they suggested were also just perfect.we did both Canoe down the Rouge as well as the Mont Katrine Via Ferrata course.both were amazing.the river is a chill activity, very relaxing, and the via ferrata is just challenging enough to really feel you did something, but not enough to get you scared or stressed.

2 nuits dans les refuges 17 et 18, très proche l’un de l’autre pour 2 familles voyageant ensemble. Refuge 18 a une superbe vue sur le lac, moins que le 17. Par contre, refuge 18 est accessible via une pente assez abrupte de 10 mètres: le chariot ne s’y rendait pas. Vaut mieux marcher pour s’y rendre- +_ 30 minutes en pente avec mon garçon de 9 ans et son chariot. Une bonne session de cardio! On va y retourner!

Super fun day on the rapids! Our group had varying experience levels from never been on a raft to been rafting many times, and the half day rafting was perfect for everyone! There was a really great spot to get drinks and BBQ lunch after rafting with vegetarian options! I highly recommend this place and the amazing guides!

Le service à la clientèle laisse à désirer (je ne parle pas des jeunes étudiants ici). Une des pagaies s’est brisé lors de notre activité par accident (!), nous avons dû payé la totalité de la pagaie qui coûtait plus cher que l’activité en soi (100$). Payer la totalité d’une nouvelle pagaie pour une vielle qui avait été usé durant toute la saison c’est du vol.
Je ne recommanderais à personne de revenir faire cette activité vu le piètre service à la clientèle, en nous traitant même de voleur.
Dommage puisque c’était la deuxième fois que nous venions et nous avions invité d’autres amis.

Le centre d'activité Mont-Tremblant fonctionne très bien. Il est très fiable d'acheter des activités avec eux. Nous avons acheté le Ziptrek avec eux et tout a été parfait. Le Ziptrek est une expérience à vivre!

Team was very helpful in assisting us deciding on various activities for our group of 7 people. Booking was easy and everything worked great.

We rented 10 bikes, 5 mountain and 5 hybrid. The staff was professional, courteous, responsive, called to let us know about availability, We had two young children and the manager was very accommodating with our return time, and understanding when we were late by 10 minutes. The bikes are great, and we recommend their shop to everyone who wants to experience the beauty of the cycling trails.

Great place to help you organize your stay at Mont Tremblant - with fully-bilingual and great staff! Most activities are on a pricy side, but sure worth the memories and thrill!

Beaucoup de choix d'activités. On a beaucoup aimé les oiseaux de proies, l'escalade et la luge. Parlant de la luge, On me dit que mes garçons de 6 et 8 ans peuvent le faire seul. Comme j'suis blessé au dos, je trouve ça super de ne pas à avoir à m'asseoir dans la luge. Mon plus jeune dépasse largement la limite minimale de grandeur mais surprise rendu au télésiège, il est trop petit, ça prend un adulte! Pourquoi ne pas mettre la grandeur minimale de la luge au même niveau que celle du télésiège? Le préposé au télésiège (Pierre), avec son air marabout, me dit avec peu de classe: ça prend un adulte ou tassez-vous. PARDON? J'viens de me taper 1h30 de line up sûrement pas pour me faire r'virer par un vieux blasé. Ma blonde décide donc d'accompagner mes garçons et se fait cavalierement dire qu'elle va devoir descendreà pied, je dis au préposé que mes garçons n'ont jamais pris le télésiège et de s'assurer qu'ils s'assoient adéquatement. Il me dit: Fait 20 ans j'fais ça, y'est jamais rien arrivé! Ben arriva ce qui devait arriver, mon plus jeune n'a pas sauté assez haut, il tombe devant le télésiège. Ma blonde l'agrippe in extremis par le fond de culotte pour le glisser tout croche sur le télésiège. La barre n'est toujours par descendu et le siege est parti. Je suis HORS DE MOI car jamais il n'a songé à stopper les sièges. Si mon fils passe sous le siège, il se prend une luge en pleine tronche! Cet employé gère les gens comme du bétail dans un enclos.

Wonderful few days and it is all very well organised. I do find it expensive for what you get (not much!) - at least the canoes could be included in the price as well as wood.so 5 stars for place and treehouse and 2 stars for value for money.

The staff there are so fun and attentive. It's always great to have an amazing experience with friends. Our group tried the ultimate package which include the obstacle course, zip lines and guided climb through the cliff face.

Our family did the discovery plus excursion and had a great time! Package included rock climbing and zip lining.

Our guides were Fred and Jeff. They are awesome and made us feel safe and explained the process. They threw in a few jokes here and there for some comedic relief.

We, the parents, thought we would have a struggle on the rock climbing, but it was quite manageable! And the ziplinng was so fun!

Highly recommend those seeking a good 4 hour adventure. Well worth the money!

I booked a Treehouse for myself for a couple of days. Spent my time hiking and relaxing while listening to the sounds of the forest. Be forewarned that you have a little bit of work to do when staying in a Treehouse. You have to hike your supplies in and out on trails that are not flat. I will definitely be back again.

Dunne buggy rides was a very cool.experience going up and down rough trails with snow, ice and mud, sharp turns, a real adrenaline rush with the safety of a guide. Would certainly recommend for couples or families.

Nous sommes allés aux refuges perchés. C'est vraiment une bonne expérience. Le refuge était très propre ainsi que les sanitaires (autant les douches/WC à l'accueil que les toilettes sèches à côté du refuge). Tout était très bien préparé par l'équipe autant avant avec les instructions que sur place avec les différents items que nous devions emporter. Bref une excellente expérience dans l'ensemble.

We rented a treehouse for a long weekend and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Our treehouse was spotless clean and the wood burning stove heated it up very quickly so we were nice and toasty during the rainy days. When weather permitted we explored couple of trails around and the forest is absolutely amazing. We loved how everything is labeled with an explanation why you should/not do given task and it really showed that the place was built thoughtfully. We will definitely be coming back.

We booked the activity prior to coming, but based on Tremblant.ca, they had outdated information which did not accurately reflect the hours of operation for the actual activity. We got to the activity site at 4: 30 pm, was told they closed in 30 minutes. We told them that on Tremblant.ca it says from Dec 19-Jan 30, the hours of operation posted are 10-9 pm.

We called the Activity Centre to see what can be done, the first lady we spoke with on the phone (I did not ask for her name) was super helpful but our phone call got cut short. I called again right after and the second agent we had (Bruno) was totally unsympathetic and was not hearing us out. We explained our situation over and over, he kept saying it was our responsibility to check the times; even though it clearly states on Tremblant.ca's website that it closes at 9 pm on the day of my visit. On the confirmation email received from the Activity Centre, it only states an opening time and no closing time. Bruno kept arguing with us that we were in the wrong. He took no time at all to listen to us.

Eventually, I needed to escalate this situation further and asked for a supervisor/manager to which he claims he did not have one available. The next day, a refund was provided without the need to call again. Overall, unfortunately, we did not get to go snow tubing.

We also noticed the prices directly at the activity site are a few dollars cheaper than from the Activity Centre.
