Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel

Room and bathroom were so small. It was such a busy spot.lobby felt like a mall or airport, which is overwhelming for a small-town girl. Stayed here because of proximity to my destination, but would not stay again.

Avoid higher level floors - no hot water. Nice rooms but the cold shower put this experience on Ice

Beautiful hotel! It was clean and quite fancy. The food was good (I was there for a conference) and the staff were on top of replenishing the food and clearing dishes. What I did not like was how loud it was. I could hear everything that the couple in the room next to me was saying and they were speaking at a normal volume. It took me hours to fall asleep because of this. The alarm on the clock in the room has also been set by someone, so I was unfortunately woken up very early. I didn't know it had been set and think this is something housekeeping should check when cleaning rooms. Also, housekeeping never came to my room.

Stayed here for four days on my most recent visit. This is a centrally located, upscale hotel. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and efficient from the concierge to the parking valet. This is a very busy hotel and the lobby is always bustling. The room was a good size and was modernized. Bed was comfortable. There was no coffee maker but there is a Starbucks off the lobby. Cleaning of the room could have been more thorough, but the bathroom was always spotless. The restaurant, located in the lobby, was always busy but the staff, service, and the quality of the food was excellent. (One sour note was that on one evening we went down for dinner but the restaurant was closed for a private event.with no prior notice to guests! This was inconvenient, to say the least, as it is the only restaurant in the hotel.) I should mention the bartending duo who were friendly, patient and efficient. A clean, modern hotel with great staff. Recommend.

I stay at this hotel quite often with work and have ALWAYS had one major issue. The showers! They are very nice to look at but there is no pressure at all. The water is either boiling hot or not hot enough. Not pleasant to work long hours and to come to a nice hotel and not be able to shower. Why a big shower if the water doesn’t even reach anywhere. Ohhh, and please change your pillows! They can’t even hold my head.

Stayed in 3 different hotels downtown Montreal last weekend, all good but this one was the star.

I ordered an Hazy IPA beer at the lobby bar which came in a very small glass and when I got the check, it came out to be very expensive. I asked why and for them to show me the drink menu but the manager responded telling me they didn’t have one since the restaurant was new. Also The check doesn’t specify the item I ordered and I had to pay $27.76 included tips. Otherwise the room was okay though.

We stayed two nights. Great view from the window. Close to lots of needed and tourist shopping.

Chambres modernes, lits confortables. Accès direct au Montréal souterrain. Bonne table et personnel courtois et attentionné.

Great spot. Renovated rooms are nicely appointed. Mobile check in was seamless and my room had a great view of the city. You can't go wrong with the location

Staff was very rude. For someone in the hospitality business Sheraton needs to train their staff not to be rude with your customer.

Très bien localisé, service courtois et surtout, j'aimerais souligner le fait que j'ai oublié mon porte-feuille dans ma chambre et Sheraton me l'a renvoyé par Purolator chez moi, avec tout dedans, incluant l'argent. Bravo et merci milles fois!

28th floor views. Amazing view of mont royal. Pool and hot tub was great. But not impressed with the lack of hot water in our room. Arrived Saturday October 9 with my fiancé and daughter. Went to have a shower before we went for dinner and it was lukewarm at best. The bed wasn’t the greatest either for the price we paid thought the bed would have been better than the one we have at home. Pillows were comfortable though so I guess that makes up for it ‍️ very convenient to downtown though

Highly recommend! Will only book this hotel future trips to Montreal, super family friendly, comfortable amazing location!

I booked this Hotel for two nights on our 7th wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint, although it was pricey what is a couple hundred bucks when your spending it on your significant other? !?

The room was clean and the amenities (pool, fitness centre, restaurant) are all available to you if you are able to provide proof of your double vaccination. Parking was $25 CAD with in and out privileges.

At check in I let the front desk know that my wife and I are celebrating our seventh year of marriage and if there was anything they could do to make our experience a little more pleasant.

The receptionist was kind enough to to provide a room facing Mont Royal on the 30th floor #Bless. Followed by a surprise knock on the door the morning of our anniversary, a gentleman holding a complimentary beautifully decorated plate of chocolate dipped strawberries, raspberries, and an assortment of coloured macaroons.

My wife and I are absolutely grateful for the customer service and will look forward to booking a room at Sheraton Centre next time we are in town.

Recently renovated and close to all the action in the Golden Square Mile. Nice modern rooms with comfortable beds. On site underground parking is very convenient (no valet) but best suited for smaller vehicles.

Belle chambre rénovée, superbe vue sur le Mont-Royal et le centre-ville. L’insonorisation laisse à désirer, on entendait toutes les portes des autres chambres se fermer alors que nous étions dans notre chambre; des clients de l’hôtel sont revenus saouls en pleine nuit et on crié fort à répétition dans les corridors de l’étage avant de rejoindre leur chambre et m’ont réveillé. Ce n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel mais plus pourrait être fait pour atténuer le bruit de ce genre de clients (ex: avertissement par le gardien de nuit). Merci aussi au staff de ménage, j’avais oublié mon chargeur de téléphone, j’ai discuté avec la responsable du ménage à mon retour à la maison et j’ai pu récupérer mon chargeur le lendemain.

Amazing hotel very clean the rooms are nice looking will for sure stay again when in Montréal friendly staff great location for shopping. I want to give a massive thank you to the hotel I mentioned before coming was my wife's birthday and in the room they put in a nice little note with a plate of goodies photo mixed into the images.

Great hotel, we stayed here for the weekend and it is located in a convenient spot. It is close to Vieux-Port, Mount Royal and St Catherine.

They followed COVID rules with the elevators (one family or two guests at a time), the pool access was only 15 people at a time. The hotel does offer paid parking, however if you’re here during the weekend, you can park for free on the streets as it’s in the neighbourhood of Ville Marie. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location right in the heart of downtown and excellent service very friendly and accommodating.clean and updated rooms.
Only issue because of covid capacity limit the elevator was a nightmare on Saturday and caused huge lineups because you can only have 2 ppl per elevator or per family and parking underground was inconvenient. $25 per day. Must go down 4-10 floors to get parking and parking spots are very tight and narrow. Big cars nightmare

Have stayed here for the last 10 years 4 times a year and the service has been consistent very good rooms clean and fresh

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have almost been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the hotel itself and it's immenities and the great service. This trip was likely even better, the large rooms have recently been renovated and are very comfortable and upscale. Service was great as always too, a BIG shout out to Gary in the main restaurant for his very friendly and excellent service. Thanks!

Nice hotel. It was quite empty wile I was there but the staff was all very friendly. Good location if you are in town for work or need to be downtown but it was a bit out of the way for tourism.

Really beautiful, clean, renovated room.staff was super nice, and some services were offered even though we didn't have time to use them. (swimming pool, spa, training center if I remember correctly). There was a little store for food in the lobby but the restaurant wasn't open (which wasn't a problem for me since we had a reservation outside that day).

We had an amazing stay at the Centre Sheraton Montréal. The welcome staff Bérengère and Luisa were very nice and helpful. We felt like arriving home! Anne at the pool was also very kind to us and our daughter and offer us an extra 30 minutes at the pool. Room was clean and the room service is also very helpful upon request via the app. Overall the experience was very nice and we know where to go when we are in Montreal.
The hotel got a parking so you can go in and out very easily and not to worry about your car. Thanks Marriott team!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Common amenities were closed due to covid. The grab and go food options in lobby were great. Provigo grocery store two blocks away. All around great stay.

A good place to stay if you're in town for a hockey game and only need a comfortable bed to sleep in. Otherwise, the rooms are long overdue for a renovation. Bathroom showers are particularly disappointing. If you want a nice room check out the newly renovated Queen Elizabeth hotel.

The service was very good and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The parking garage has a very low ceiling, so be careful there. Centrally located to downtown and Bell Centre.

Was very disappointed in the room, unfortunately this is not at the chain standards. All the furniture in the room needs to be thrown away probably dates from the early 90's. What stands out for this chain is the beds and pillows not with this location. The beds were doing noises every turn we took and the pillows were the same quality as other Sheraton in the world. The staff at front desk was spectacular the rest were not happy to be working during our stay. The room service was excellent and fast. All in all was expecting much better for a hotel right downtown Montreal. Location is awesome.

The address is as quintessential as the city, Le Centre Sheraton is the place truly wins you over. The people managing the place are courteous and friendly. The pool place is marvelous, and the lady over there comes in after 15minutes and checks the salinity and acidity of the water, things which I haven't seen in US and Europe. The morning breakfast was bit confined to few selections else rest was good & the Yes the guyz serving at the Pub were friendly too and had long conversations with them. Good 4days spent here.

Nice hotel but the restaurant/bar staff are not very attentive. They are more interested in talking among themselves than waiting on me. Not a very good experience.

The best hotel in Montreal. I really enjoyed my staying there and I received a great service. The annual meeting there was great and also the activities and installation. I recommend a lot Les centre Sheraton for every reason or festivity, as well as family or business

I can only review this for the parking since this is what I used this place for.
Parking downtown can be a hassle but this parking garage is only 15$ on game night compared to the outdoor parkings where you have to leave your keys, which cost almost double the price.
Anyway, this parking garage at the Sheraton has 10 levels of parking and it is conveniently located just a few minutes of walking distance from all the popular bars and clubs on Crescent, Mackay and Bishop streets. The entrance is easily accessible from René Lévesque street. I would definitely park there again especially at the 15$ fixed rate on game nights.

Convenient location, a bit of an older hotel. The water temperature fluctuates a lot which does get annoying. It happens in other rooms as well so moving rooms didn't help.

Great hotel. Love the location and the top floor lounge is great because of the complimentary bottled water. I don't know of other hotels that offer it and it's a very welcome amenity!

Great hotel in central downtown Montreal location! A lot of food, bar and shopping options near-by. Hotel is clean and staff throughout hotel our quite friendly!

Check the bathtub in room 2214. When you step in the floor of the tub is wobbly. It is as if there is a layer of water in between the top coating and the shell. It felt like I was walking on a waterbed. It might be a safety hazard. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We have stayed numerous times and environmental it. We come with our twins now 11 so the two double beds are getting tight. Hit and miss in rates High this weekend due to film festival Still an excellent choice

Very average, not up to the usual standards of SPG. Good gym and swimming pool. Club launge offers alcohol only for a fee. There's no sausages, ham even for the very poor breakfast. Very unfriendly staff

Room was clean and service was good. Didn't spend all that much time in the room but the location is great with plenty of options for shopping and restaurants with in a short walking distance.

Perfect location for a weekend in Montreal. I would suggest getting the deluxe room. It was larger, higher up and had some really good sheets and blankets.
The front desk was fast, easy and very pleasant on the way in and out.
The added touch is the amazing concierge team. From Raphael saving the day by tying my tie minutes before a wedding to the late night guys pointing you towards the best burgers in town. (parking lot across the street).

Good business hotel. Great lobby, restaurants/room service, gym, pool, and rooftop terrace. Rooms are hit and miss - some seem much more outdated than others. But overall clean and comfortable.

Great location and great hotel and amenities. However staff is bit fake and says “right away” for normal requests and never delivers. Even we had to ask to make the room bed for the day after. Bit poor service for the kind of hotel it is.

Honestly, very dissapointed with the service and food there! Food is awful, salty and not cooked properly! Food is not always labeled and waiters look like they hate their job and forget to bring your requests! I spoke with the banquet manager Jacques Morin and expressed my concerns! He didnt offer me any compensation and refused to give me a coke when it came Meal time (saying that we are not allowed to have coke because the banquet was provided from our company). A coke for God's sake! Clearly he doesn't care about his clients opinion
Never going or dealing with Sheraton again

I have nothing but great things to say about Le Centre Sheraton. I was there for five days for a conference of 700 people that I helped organize. Their event team was amazing in making sure all of our meeting rooms and meals were set up exactly as needed. All of the food that we were served was delicious, and always more than enough for everybody.
The hotel staff was there for our every request and completed them in a a very timely manner.
My personal room was meticulously cleaned and restocked daily, my bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The hotel gym was awesome; lots of nearly-new equipment and plenty of space.
Overall, a wonderful experience at the hotel; I'd definitely recommend this space for conferences and also vacation stays in beautiful Montreal!

Not sure how this place gets such a high rating? The rooms are dated, half the light bulbs in my room were burnt out. The phone didn’t work. When I called room service about breakfast from my Mobil the operator actually yelled at me. Ya right.go to the Fairmont or Crystal, much nicer and friendly service
