Très bon service. Respectueux, compréhensibles, aimables ; on sent bien le désir de prendre soins des clients. On ne sent pas qu'ils courent après l'argent.

J’ai dû être vu en urgence le 2 janvier, Le dentiste était la seule clinique dentaire ouverte. La réceptionniste qui m’a prise en charge lors de mon appel était très professionnelle et gentille. Ils ont accepté de me voir malgré que je ne suis pas une patiente de leur clinique et honnêtement j’ai eu un service impeccable. Dr Kamel très gentille et soucieuse de répondre au questionnement elle a su me mettre à l’aise et l’hygiéniste dentaire aussi était souriante et professionnelle.

Merci énormément pour votre merveilleux service et votre équipe dévouée!

To the owner of Le Dentiste situated in LaSalle,

One of my children and I have been going to your dental office for years now mainly because I was living in LaSalle at the time and it was a convenience. After reviewing, several patients reviews I would of been one of the many frustrated, disappointed, patients posting an unfortunate incident that occurred at your office.

There is always a possibility of mistakes or misunderstandings, however it is in the manner of how the team manages to handle those situations that could make the experience traumatizing to the patient or not. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Ms. Julie (supervisor), Ms. Ekram (dental assistant) and Dr. Chen, Allen for first listening, understanding, showing empathy and delivering customer "care" service. Employees need more recognition for the good care that they provide in general.

So cheers to Ms. Julie, Ms. Ekram and Dr. Chen for turning a frown upside down! A potential negative review to a positive one and keeping my family as your patients.

P.s. Playing nice in the sand box and simply remembering to treat others the way you want to be treated goes along way!

C'est une clinique confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable, ils sont tous très professionnels, gentils. Les horaires sont respectés et il y a toujours une solution à vos problèmes. Beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse avec les enfants.

I see a dentist for myself and another for my kids and they're both really great. They explain really easy and answer all my questions. I always feel like Im getting the best service and the assistants are super friendly too. Before coming here we went to the Childrens dental clinic and weren't treated very well and could never get a timely appointment either. Im so happy my sister told me about this place. Highly recommend!

Whoever answers phone calls except Julie,
needs communication skills improvements.
Should always be calm and polite when dealing with frustrated clients on the phone.
Should give a better and proper Information as well.
And always let the clients finish explaining to better understand her point of view.

Very excellent customer service and work at this dental clinic. The prices are fair and reasonable and booking an appointment is very flexible even to change and cancel one.

Dr. Michel worked on my root canal, and it has now been 2 yrs. She took great care to ensure it would be successful. The follow-up on subsequent checkups on the status of this particular tooth has been great. The hygienists too ensured my comfort during these complicated procedures.

Dentists and assistants here are all great with children. They speak gently, make conversation to distract them.and always keep tools hidden from child's view. Daughter had two teeth extracted and never knew she got 4 needles. Awesome team!

BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Great staff, very friendly and they explain the process thoroughly. I'm not afraid of going to the dentist, but if I was, I would want them to be as understanding and reassuring as this team is.

Not even worth half a star. My daughter went for a filling ended up with a root canal on another tooth. The original filling tooth did not get touched until after the root canal it was filled with a temporary filling, went back for another permanent filling that lasted three months was then told she needs another root canal. Hundreds of dollars later still not fixed will never go back. And never on time for appts. Receptionist sit and gossip. Not a good dentsit at all

So hard to have an appointment for my wife and me at the same time and date. The representative on the phone was not helpful at all, I wonder how a family can schedule an appointment? !

Misinform the client on purpose and then cancel the appointment at the last minute without finding any solution.
It is unacceptable!

I just had the pleasure of having an emergency tooth fixed. Very quick to receive an appointment within a day. Ladies at the front desk are extremely friendly and kind. I was nervous coming in and seeing them so happy and cheerful put me at ease right away. I also was called in for my appointment right at the scheduled time no waiting. Dentist was amazing! I am pregnant so I was a little nervous about having to have my tooth fixed but he did everything to put my mind at ease. When I felt some discomfort he improvised a way to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable anymore. Really great clinic in every aspect. And the fact that it doesn’t break the bank helps so much as well!

Amazing experience. Dr. Chen and Sou were so kind and professional and helpful. I recommend this place without hesitation. If, like my boyfriend, you are someone who is a embarrassed by their teeth, and who has avoided going to the dentist for years, you really should book an appointment with this duo. They went above and beyond. They didn't make us feel bad ar all, and took the time to explain all our options at length. We will definitely keep be returning to this dental clinic. As usual base on money dentistry and their pricing is not matching in their website for certain procedures like implants doctor is very impatient in his consultation period

Le dentiste in LaSalle is the best Dr's in Montreal if you want your teeth takin care of the welcome you with a smile and you leave with a smile i recommend them to anyone you guys are the best

Will definitely recommend this place to everyone that mentions dental work from now on.i was extremely anxious due to bizarre situations i've encountered in the past (rude comments, having some psychotic man attempting to shove both hands up to the wrists in my mouth, crazy mouth-opening contraptions that made me feel like i was in a SAW movie, getting my teeth filed down without my approval leading to a ton of cavities, traumatizing jaw-dislocation after using blocks to keep my mouth open for a root canal.i could go on) took an emergency appointment after much needed work on broken and cavity damaged teeth which i couldn't afford to fix for months and decided to go for it anyways after a bit of internet research and accesdD financing going thru.was not disappointed at all. They were very upfront with the estimate and its cost, focusing on what was truly necessary at the moment. They really are the way their "mission statement" describes them to be.honest, caring people who are just doing their best at they chose to do in life:) from the front desk to the chair! I can say this was one of the few times that the procedure was completely painless, ridiculously quick (they did 3 teeth in one hour!) Without any freak incidents! And most importantly, the benevolance i got from Mr. Lelievre's assistant, a spanish? Speaking woman- i forgot her name from the stress- was truly what is missing from today's healthcare.she made me feel so relaxed, comfortable and like she gave a damn that i was slightly panicking made the whole experience so easy for me! I'm probably a zero-star patient, but to have people like her making you feel safe and cared-for, is what truly matters when spending so much money for your teeth when so many other bills need to get paid:) merci x 1 million, Mr. Lelievre, your cabinet and yourself deserve so much recognition for the competant work you do, thanks and happy holidays:)

Tout mes plombages ont du être refait ailleur puisque leur travail a été mal fait. Mes caries se reformaient à l'interieur de mes dents.vraiment pas rassurant. De plus, mes répations ne perduraient pas dans le temps, ils deviennent jaunâtres malgré mes efforts à bien prendre soins de mes dents. Toujours les mêmes caries qui revennaient.

Très bon service. J'ai eu un retard de 20 min et j ai eu la chance que ma fille ai sa consultation et la fait son examen. Mais j ai pris le temps de le aviser que j allé arrivé en retard et ils m ont expliqué que je ne pouvais pas avoir le nettoyage. Je suis contente qu'il n'ont pas annulé mon RDV.

Quel accueil! Les secrétaires sont souriantes, a notre écoute et chaleureuses! Sans parler des dentistes, de leurs assistantes et des hygiénistes, wow wow wow! Je recommence a tout le monde qui est a la recherche d'un dentiste avec beaucoup de flexibilité et qui recherche quelqu'un qui sera a leur écoute! 10/10

Does not offer emergency services as stated on website, i called and left 2 messages during the night and nobody called me back.then when i called during business hours i was told "i must have called somewhere else" then she advised me the closest appointment was tuesday.i am calling on Wednesday.so the nearest appointment for an emergency service is almost a week later? Overall very disappointing.
