Rooms are large and clean.friendly and helpful staff! Very warm and have gone over and beyond for us from recommendations of places to eat to activities near the lodge.they are making improvements in all areas of the lodge (food, activities, etc.) and it really is making it more enjoyable! Much do do and see within walking distance.we will be back!

We stayed here for the long weekend. Rooms are decent and tidy, unfortunately ours had a food smell due to cooking and carpets. Service was amazing and they gave us a room freshener spray. The best part of this lodge is the main area and the lake, which has FREE activities such as tennis, kayaking, paddle board. This hotel has a pool and hot tub. There is an attached restaurant, which we were unable to try. I would stay here again

Le Grand Lodge est un super hôtel. Les séjours que je passe à cette endroit sont très amusant. Le personnel est très gentil et les chambre sont grande (elles comportent une chambre fermé, un lit qui se referme contre le mur, une salle de bain évidement et une cuisine). La nourriture de leur restaurant est très bonne. Puis l'hôtel est à coté du Mont-Tremblant ou il y a plusieurs activité le fun. Je vous recommande le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant

The rooms were spacious but not well maintained as trim was separated from cabinetry, as an example. The village was not within walking distance, although the lake nearby offered limited recreational opportunities. The on premise food service was terrific and food was good. The staff was very friendly. I did have big negative.

I always hang DND for the duration of my stay, i don't want or need turn down service. I came back one eve to find someone had been in my room. A BIIIIIIIIIIG NO NO for me!

Pro
The location isn't far from the village and has a nice private beach.
The staff was very nice.
Has dinning options on site.
The suite with kitchenette have all the essential like pots, cutlery and dishes.

Cons
The lodge is very outdated.
Our room was dirty upon arrival, there was dust here and there and one of our toilets was clogged.
The pool is dated as well, and did not look really clean when we went to use it so we stuck to the beach.

All in all, it may be the best option for a family getaway in the area.

The hotel, while aiming and succeeding to be rustic and have a cabin feel, needs some renovation and has obvious signs of starting to fall apart. The location and the environment are really the biggest pros for this place. Apart that, it was a disaster. After checking into my room and dropping off some of my things, I returned to my room a few hours later to find random other guests throwing out my things as they were also given the same room and the same keys. If I hadn’t returned at that exact moment, who knows where my things would be. I was given another room, with no explanation or any sort of compensation. This new room was much smaller than my original one, but I was told that they were somehow exactly the same rate. I was also asked to pay for my room, both at check-in, and at check out, even though I had pre-paid the entire balance months prior. I’ve been to many different kinds of hotels in more than 20 countries, and have never experienced such incompetence. Beware, as there is no guarantee that they won’t give your room keys to any random person that walks in.

We just spent the weekend here and it was an indulgent treat but still affordable. We had a deluxe room and we were surprised by how big it was - separate room for the bedroom and 2 full bathrooms and a complete kitchen. The view of the lake made hanging out on our balcony very pleasant.
The restaurant had good and bad - the food was excellent, but the server did not tell us tip was included (even after we tipped on top of that price) - it was only at the bar afterwards where that server was honest. Also, you can't get a coffee without paying for a full buffet breakfast (24$ per person on a normal day, but it was 39$ each today! For mothers day - same buffet btw - and the buffet wasn't opening til 930.) I called at 8am and the receptionist said there is no room service and to come to the restaurant, and at the restaurant they said nope no coffee to go). This is very strange to me, I've never been to a hotel that didn't offer coffee to guests during the reasonable morning hours.

Otherwise a cozy and pleasant stay. The hotel was empty for off season. There was tons of cozy seating in the lobby and the bar, the pool and hot tub were empty and we had a nice walk on the beach and grounds. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

The staff made my visit at Le Grand Lodge fantastic! They accommodated and answered all the questions I had. I only stayed one night, but I’ll definitely return. Fantastic stay!

Les lieux sont impeccables et propres. Le personnel est très courtois et accommodant. Parfait pour des vacances familiales.

Very convenient installations and services: pool, spa, ping-pong table, etc. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Perfect.

I had a blast. Brought some food and cooked room was completely clean and comfortable for 3 people. Outside the fire at night was fun. Skating ring looked cool. The hill to slide was nice. And the cross country ski and fat bike trail at the door step was something I m glad I didn’t miss out on. The rental was part of the hotel and the tails ranged from easy to hard.

Don’t listen to bad reviews this is a cute place with so much to do on its own.
