Les sushis étaient "corrects". Le plateau magnifique (à l'oeil)
MAIS CE QUE JE N'ARRIVE PAS À M'EXPLIQUER: Comment un plat de 33 mcx à 48$ + une entrée d'edamames à 6$ + les taxes donnerait 72$?
Ah et ils ne m'ont pas fourni de facture non plus, je suis certain que tout ça est très légal (sarcasme).

This place is a hidden gem in Saint-Henri. I love their fresh sashimi and wholesome poke bowls. The price is definitely worthwhile for its quality and freshness!

Notre restaurant préféré pour les sushis! Toujours un délice, les sushis sont excellents, le poisson est frais et de qualité. On commande plusieurs fois dans le mois. Le patron est adorable! On recommande énormément cette place.

Terrible sushi! Not sure why it has such a high rating. We ordered a big mixed plate of sushi and we couldn’t finish it, it was chewy! The seaweed was like a gum, disgusting! Wouldn’t recommend it at all

This restaurant really surprised me. It offers appropriate and decent Japanese sushi cuisine with a reasonable price, which is very very hard to find in Montreal.

Amazing! The fish is always fresh and the rice and sauce are specially selected to make the perfect combination.
Great location also.

We ordered the 80-pc platter for a martial arts club event, and it was a huge hit! Not a single morsel left behind! We loved not only the presentation and variety of ingredients but the freshness and wonderful diversity of flavours. There were many compliments to the chef. Thanks, Johnny, for creating this beautiful and delicious work of art for us!

J'ai commandé avec Uber Eat a 17: 00 et 3 heures plus tard ma commande n'est pas prête. On me dit qu'ils sont débordé un mardi soir commande pour deux. C'est bien la dernière fois que je commande à cet endroit

Super resto de quartier et que dire du service je suis arrivé directement dans l'heure du souper, avec une grosse commande et le proprio m'a avisé qu'il y avait environ 45 minutes d'attente, ce que j'ai accepté. Finalement il a fait ma commande en moins de 15. Service et employé très sympathique, je recommande sans hésiter!

C'est vraiment l'endroit parfait à Montréal pour avoir des sushis incroyables. Ça dépasse largement le sud-ouest. C'est ce qu'il y a de mieux! Love Kioko

I’ve ordered delivery from Kioko ever since moving to montreal and I love it. The sushi is fresh and I personally love the caterpillar & poseidon. Hands down best sushi in place-st-henri!

I ordered from Le Kioko last night for the first time. FRESH, TASTY, BLOWN AWAY, honestly just the best sushi in town (town means Quebec).

Price on menu was not the price they charged but waitress didn't mentionnés until it was time to pay. A few flies bugging me during meal. Food is good.

Lovely presentation, good variety of vegetarian options, and decent quality sushi. Came for lunch and the seating is open with a large window for light and view of the street. However, it's a bit pricey compared to other sushi places, located about 20-30 mins walk away, in abundance. The interior is also quite pretty with an artistic vibe. The service was okay. Felt a little like the staff were annoyed by our presence (we were the only ones there) but it was never overtly stated so maybe they were just busy with prep or take away orders.

I've been ordering from Le Kioko since the beginning of the pandemic and have never had a less than delicious experience. Yesterday, I brought two of my friends to celebrate one of their birthdays at the resto in person and they definitely lived up to my expectations. The service was lovely and every staff member very hospitable and helpful; the fish was fresh and the presentation beautiful as always! We're already planning our next visit!

Very underwhelming sushi. The rice is hardly seasoned. The wasabi is a weird turquoise colour (which honestly is a major turn off). I have a hard time recommding this to anyone in the future

We ordered a take-out mixed platter from here. The sashimi was not fresh (literally smelled fishy) but the maki rolls were excellent. Please pay attention to the quality of your fish!

Great local sushi place. Doesn’t look too welcoming when you stop by but totally worth it.

Sushis are fresh and tasty, I highly recommend their specialties. Been ordering here a few times a month for a while.

UPDATE: Changed my rating to 1* due to the owner's poor mannerism, rudeness and lack of professionalism in his reply. (I'm including the reply the owner has made since he decided to delete his comment afterward.)

Reply to the points the owner has made:
1- Whether the waitress was doing her best or not, there are ways to speak to the customer. I fail to see how screaming at the customer and almost blocking our way out of the restaurant is considered remotely ok. Had there been a problem, we would've been more than happy to accommodate, there was no need for the screaming. Also, since when was it considered ok to force a customer to show their bank account?

2- The food we chose has the price on it, we are not blind, thank you very much. The sushi, however, were indeed underwhelming. It is a valid critique, as the futomaki indeed did not met the expectations. Too much tempura, too little of other ingredients to balance it out. Consequently, I only taste the tempura and nothing else. The Kamikaze (assumingly), on the other hand, had a very acceptable amount of fish but that's about it. It's not a 100$ worth of sushi rolls. The nigiri were also too densely made. Yes, the fish were fresh and I did make the point in my initial comment but it's not well made nigiri. Moreover, we chose an additional specialty roll (sirène). The sauce lacked flavor and was very much watered down. Are you going to argue that all those were made up just to slander your business simply because it doesn't match your idea of how perfect your business is?

The man with shaved hair who served us gave us four words replies. We kindly asked for the bill but was replied coldly with a "go inside to pay". Was that considered a service? Despite that, we still tipped you guys.

If as a business, your only reply to a constructive criticism about the food you are offering is "go cry about it", that's very much telling of how much you care about the customers and your core values.

The sushi was alright but somewhat underwhelming for the price (100$ for 2).

The lady, assumingly the owner, screaming and running after us, then asking me to show my bank account to make sure the transaction passed is pretty off-putting if I am being honest. The machine has an option to print the previous bill. As such, aking the customer to show their bank account to prove that they have paid is definitely not the way to go.

Also felt like the waiter who served us didn't give two cents about us. He had a cold and indifferent attitude toward us when we ordered/asked for the bill.

Overall 2 stars because the tuna was fresh.

Slow service and rude waitress. Sushi was meh. Would not go there again.

Nourriture fade et sans goût. Décevant. Le restaurant Nozy à côté se prouve d'être un merveilleux choix malgré la petite différence au niveau du prix.

Service assez ordinaire, voire condescendant. À voir les commentaires dégradants du propriétaire sur la page, j'aurais dû m'y fier. Honteux! Quel regret.
