Le Lunetier Brossard - Opticien et examen de la vue par un Optométriste

Examen de la vue plus paires de lunettes et trois mois plus tard examen d'urgence pour cataracte sévère pour les deux yeux donc le lunetier avait omis de me dire après examen. Du vole simple. Ils ont perdu deux clients de longue date. Plus jamais, faite attention, un deuxième examen et avis n'est pas de trop!

Absolutely recommended; tonight I passed by the store to repay my glasses, the lady fixed it and replaced two parts, for FREE! I’ll be back when I need new ones, for my family as well.

When I went the first time I went to do 2 glasses one for reading one for driving that get tinted when there is sun. The glasses for the driving does not get tinted with the color when driving and there was sun! When I told them they say you can only wear them outside your car when that glasses is made for when I drive, they asked for an extra amount of money (180$) on top of what I already paid to make it a glasses for driving that prevents the sun from blinding me while driving which what it was supposed to be from the beginning! I refused to pay that extra amount and all they could say was "sorry". Really bad customer service! All they want was extra money, but not do what was asked in the first place!
