Mon expérience pour l’achat a été excellente. La conseillère Lauri-Anne Plante est très sympathique et m’a offert de bons conseils. 5 étoiles pour Lauri-Anne.

Mais pour la récupération de ma commande à été plutôt ordinaire. Je donne 1 étoile. Premièrement je n’ai pas reçu d’appel ou courriel m’indiquant que ma commande était prête, je l’ai vu sur site en faisant la vérification du statut de ma commande. Je me suis présenté sur place, j’ai payé la balance. Les employés ont placé mes boites à la porte. Je suis sortie déplacé mon véhicule à mon retour dans le magasin, plus d’employé en vu. Personne n’a validé ma commande avec moi et personne n’a offert de l’aide pour mettre les boite dans ma voiture. J’ai 10 stores, j’ai dépensé un bon montant d’argent en magasin. Je suis parfaitement capable de mettre le tout dans ma voiture, mais la moindre des choses est qu’on offre de l’aide. Donc service après vente un gros zéro.

De la prise des mesures jusqu'à l'installation. Service à la clientèle A-1. Ils nous tiennent informé tout au long et on obtient des prises de rendez-vous rapidement.

Very good experience! Diane Opala, who helped us with pur purchase, went above and beyond with her suggestions & getting us the best bang for our buck. Her expertise shone through and she was very personable. Now for the installation. We chose that one of their experts do the install, at a very reasonable fee I might add. I have no doubt it will go just as smoothly.

Days after my purchase I got bombarded with adds offering to buy 1 blind and save 50% on 2nd by Le Marche du Store but was not offered a rebate. Installation date was scheduled and the time was changed at the last minute (I had made arrangements to be off work at that time) Wasn’t pleased as I had to change my plans to accommodate the install. Finally, installers arrived, unloaded everything and began unwrapping to install. Installers advised me that they Could not install because the blinds were built incorrectly, left was right and right was left. Was told that the blinds would need to be rebuilt and someone would contact me to reschedule an appointment. Got this survey instead…

The service was good but we are very disappointed with the product. We were told the battery for the motorized blinds would be *barely* visible and they are very very visible. The blinds also don’t all open to the same level making it look very frumpy. Day 3 and we already are having issues with some of the blinds not opening. Overall pretty disappointed.

Lors de la pose du nouveau store, après 2 mois et demi d’attente, celui-ci n’est pas de la bonne dimension. Installateur courtois et service lors de l’achat impeccable. En attente du nouveau store de la bonne dimension.
