Les conseillers sont amicales, et professionnels. Par contre les stores au niveau de la production ne répondent pas à nos attentes, nous avons pris 4 stores manuels, j’ai du repartir 3 fois en 2 jours car les pièces d’attaches ne correspondent pas. Le system Manuel été très fragile les attaches se cassent très facilement
Même si la garantie est à vie, le produit en lui même ne vaut pas le coup

My recent encounter with Marche du Store has left me deeply dissatisfied and has left me with nothing but regret.
The level of incompetence displayed by Marche Blind is beyond what I could have imagined. I wholeheartedly advise against considering their services. What's more, the use of sleazy car sales tactics, particularly by Paul, was truly disheartening.
I bought made-to-measure blinds, opting for their professional measuring service and installation package. However, the blinds that were eventually installed had glaring gaps, which the installer acknowledged were due to incorrect measurements. Astonishingly, the head office refused to acknowledge the mistake in measurements, further exacerbating the situation.
To my astonishment, rectifying this issue took not one, not two, but three separate attempts at measuring the windows. This sheer lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.
The ordeal didn't end there. I was offered an alternative product that was said to fit our window better. After spending a considerable amount of time at the shop selecting the new product, I was presented with an invoice amounting to a staggering $1,700+. This was bewildering, as I had already spent a substantial sum on the initial purchase. The expectation that I should pay again for their mistake is beyond reason.
Furthermore, the refusal to offer a refund under these circumstances is simply unjust. The individuals present in the showroom showed a blatant lack of interest in assisting us and even directed us to contact customer support. To our surprise, after protesting in the shop, we discovered that customer support was located upstairs. This lack of communication and disorganization is utterly frustrating.
In summary, my experience with Marche Du Store has been one of immense disappointment, frustration, and disbelief. Their incompetence in measuring and installing blinds, coupled with their unwillingness to rectify their mistakes or provide adequate customer service, is truly disheartening. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore more reliable and customer-oriented options.

Very big store, sadly they do not carry parts for older models. I will go back if I need to buy brand new blinds.

I purchased blackout blinds from this store. The overall experience was negative.
Depsite being inviting at first, the seller made the wrong recommendation for the black out blinds in my bedroom. Once ordered, the blinds arrived dirty. To resolve this I was told to wash them with soap and water.
The major problem, however, was considerable light-leak around the curtain due to poor design of the brackets provided by the company. The curtains would sit 3 centimeters away from the wall at best.
I contacted the store and tried to resolve the issue, they provided another bracket which did not even fit the battery powered motor. This was another hour of time wasted going to the store and back.
Once gone through these whole ordeal, I was told there's nothing more they can do and said sorry. I asked for refund and was denied.
TLDR $700 to waste.
I hope my review deters a few clients so that perhaps next time you would take responsibility for your error or at least try to correct things instead of distancing yourself from the situation.

Une de mes connaissances m'avait dit: "je te déconseille le Marché du Store c'est cheap". Comme nous sommes têtus, nous avons voulu voir par nous-mêmes et nous avons bien fait car ils ont vraiment de très beaux choix et de toutes qualités, garantis 10 ans et à prix compétitifs. Nous avons choisi le (magnifique) modèle gaufré avec aluminium intégré qui garde au frais en été et au chaud l'hiver. Conseils Top de Myriam en magasin et grande courtoisie de Mathieu à l'installation = Service Numéro 1!

After doing my research on line and receiving several samples from different companies I decided to visit this store considering it's a local business. I had someone to help me that was polite and efficient and provided me with a quote for my blinds. Since the price that was offered was above the one the one I got from other two stores I asked if it could be matched. The agent assured me that they would match it since I had reliable proof of competitor's lower prices. Under this premise I decided to go ahead with my order and gave them the advance requested (over $1 thousand CAD).
A few days later an employee came over to take measurements and he told me that an agent would contact me to finish my order. Indeed the agent called me but to inform me that the price couldn't be matched since the store manager considered that the other offers didn't include the same quality of services I was being offered.
I explained that the blinds were of similar quality and that a 5 year warranty was included so the agent agreed to talk to the manager once more. I never heard from them again. So, after a few more days, I called to cancel my order and placed it with someone else.
I kept calling asking to get a refund for my deposit and, after several calls and emails, I was told that I had to go to the store.
I drove there and was told by three different employees that they had to charge me for the visit for measurements. I asked to see where was that stated since I was never told about that charge. I had to wait until the store manager finished a meeting and finally I got the whole return.
This company is going to go bankrupt if they don't change their policies. Delivery time is over a month compared to a few days from others. They can't compete on price (over 25% more expensive), and their customer service is bad. It's a shame because it's a local company that I wanted to prioritize.

TLDR: run, don't waste your time and your money with them.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had: it took them more than 2 months just to hang 3 sets of curtains. They took the measurements wrong, they had to come 3 times, and we had to actively chase the commercial to get things done. Zero accountability, zero apologies, they even charged us more than agreed.
Our biggest mistake: getting in the shop because it was close to home, without cheking the reviews before.

Ils ont réparé mes valences sans frais sans chichi.l'installateur a sali les murs, partout autour des fenêtres. Mais la qualité du produit est très bonne.

Service rapide et convivial. La toile monte et descend bien.
Par contre, des éléments ne fonctionnent pas avec le produit commandé: la tige de commande de la toile n’est pas placée du bon côté, et ce, même malgré un courriel envoyé pour confirmer à nouveau notre choix de côté.
Également, les embouts de plastique cachant le mécanisme de chaque côté de là pôle ne tiennent pas en place et tombent constamment.
Par contre, des éléments ne fonctionnent pas avec le produit commandé: la tige de commande de la toile n’est pas placée du bon côté, et ce, même malgré un courriel envoyé pour confirmer à nouveau notre choix de côté.

Très bon service à la clientèle. Conseiller très à l'écoute de nos préférences. Prix raisonnables et service impeccable du début à la fin. Je recommande aussi l'installation d'un professionnel à domicile pour un très bon prix.
