Le Mille Neuf

Les portiers Pedro et Albert sont sympathiques et toujours prêts à nous donner un coup de main. Le technicien Florentin connaît l’immeuble et il est très efficace dans le suivi des demandes. Stéphanie (et son équipe) met l’accent sur le service à la clientèle et elle veille au maintien de la qualité de l’immeuble. Enfin, la direction régionale est présente à tous les BB-Q et rassemblements du temps des Fêtes. Un milieu de vie à recommander.

Building and units are magnificent. Dina and Pierre from the leasing office are extraordinaily friendly and open to helping you however they can. Highly recommended if you wish you live downtown. The doormen are also quite nice.

I have been living at le mille neuf for 2+ years, one of the best staff especially Stephanie Ruz, Pierre, Dina and Pedro. They are really helpful, always welcomes you with a great smile and ready to help whenever there is a problem.
They have good amenities like Gym, outdoor pool, common area where you can work or study… the bldg is perfectly situated next to places d’armes metro, chinatown, old port, IGA, st. Catherine….
Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone to live here because they will have a great time.

Due to last minute renovations, we were in dire need of a short term rental (which is nearly impossible to find one in MTL that accepts pets). However, we found this building and reached out. We had the pleasure of liaising with Antoine, who was very courteous, knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions! He was always readily available to assist us whenever we needed anything! Really great service

The new management team is more professional than the previous managers. They make sure the tenants are in a safe and clean environment, and they try to help you solve any issue that you report to them.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour au Mille Neuf, les appartements sont beaux et propres. L'immeuble est très bien entrevu et le personnel bienveillant. Je recommande!

Le Mille Neuf est le meilleur endroit ou s’installer au centre ville de Montréal! Le staff administratif est toujours présent et serviable, l’immeuble est propre et les appartements sont vraiment grands.

Very nice spacious apartment was equiped with everything you need. Despite of the location in Downtown Montreal, the apartment was very quiet. We had a great experience with Antoine from Oxford Properties who provide the best service. We had a very pleasant stay.
