I have just moved to Le Mistral and although moving is always cumbersome thanks to Olivia Gatti the process has been really easy. Olivia has been very friendly and helpful with the visit and the application process showing real commitment to make my move easier.

I booked a tour for a one bedroom at Le Mistral late at Night and Veronica called the next morning to confirm the appointment, she answered all of my questions and was very nice and professional, she also took the time to assist me while doing the application and made sure to follow up at every step later on. Franchement bravo excellent service de la part de veronica martinez elle a su m'orienter, me conseiller, et ma expliquée tout ce qu'il yavais a savoir concernant le bâtiments et le fonctionnement de l'immeuble je suis satisfait très satisfait d'ailleurs j'ai emménager dans la même semaine merci pour ton dévouement et ton professionnalisme madame martinez.

I was very pleased with the service that was offered to me by CLV group. Veronica Martinez answered every single one of my questions regarding the apartment I was interested in. She was also very informed about the specifics of the apartment and additional information about the building which was extremely helpful!

We will become tenants of this beautiful building in rue Mistral. We are very grateful for all the assistance provided throughout the whole process by the Leasing Agent Veronica Martinez. She is really kind, professional and helpful. Basically she is great at this job and we hope to keep in touch with her once we move into our new apartment!

We recently went to see an apartment of Le Mistral group. The apartment looks very spacious, and nice. The price is more than fair! Veronica Martinez (Community Leasing Agent) advised us on the steps to follow to sign the lease, and assisted us throughout the process, answering any questions that came up. Excellent service.

Been living here for a while
and the maintenance service is great! Also they always organize some contests in their website. Last issue I had was that my oven stopped working, I emailed the admin and less than 24 hours someone was at my place trying to fix it, it was not an easy fix so the same day they just brought me another stove, newer with a working oven. Great service!

Veronica was the responsible person to make me visit the unit. Was very welcoming and clear in her explanation. Even after the visit she was still there available for any questions.

I have been their customer and I have to say they are very efficient, and act quickly in order to attend and keep customer satisfaction in higher levels. Regarding administrative issues, they operate very well and attend our needs when necessary. It's clear to me they worry about their customers. When needed, maintenance services are done very quickly and carefully. Great staff members!

I would like to highlight the services from Annamaria Baronello, she did a very good job since my first contact until the day I got the apartament keys. She is very professional, answered all my questions and took care of my process entirely. She did great follow-ups as well, much appreciated.

So far, I feel happy and satisfied to be here.

Incredible customer service! Veronica is so helpful and friendly, made the process of renting so easy.shes was very honest & i felt very well taken care of.the company is also very quick to respond & so far my experience has been wonderful! Signing a lease for july & i cant wait to move in!:)

They owe me 50$. I had an extra door clicker for the entry. At that time, the woman at the reception did not give me a receipt, She told me: it is already in our system, so no receipt. When we moved from there, I ask for the deposit, the same woman checked in their system and told me that they will send a check and I would receive it in 2 weeks. I received nothing! When I contacted their office and the same woman (I have her name), they told me there is nothing in our system! If you have receipt, send us the receipt. Just think about it! This is a true history. Be aware! Ask for a receipt for any deposit, since their system is “buggy” and they don’t return deposits (at least to me).
For six months, I had to clean my car covered with white stains for the roof in outdoor parking. I contact them many times, no response! They told me they will cover the expense for cleaning my car. As before, nothing happened.
Please don't forget: you owe me 50$.

Edit (2020/06/05) : After posting this feedback, they contacted me and solved the problem. That's a good sign, caring for clients. Thanks.

Very bad service and the insulation is very low so you hear everything from both side of apartment even if your neighbours just having a normal talk.
And many more.

Just moved in! Everything seems great
Anna Maria was my first contact for visits and inquiries - she s so nice, helpful and especially available at all times!
All the team is great! Big thanks to evelyn and team Endy too.
Can’t complain as the others. I enjoy my stay for now!

A fuir! Mal isolé: Phoniquement et thermiquement. L'hiver c'est horrible!
On partage tout avec nos voisins. J'ai vérifié sur d'autres appartements et même constat. Résultat tout le monde a posé son préavis pour céder le bail.
La A40 ne nous laisse pas dormir malgré les doubles vitrages faits par un amateur sur kijiji alors que C'est censé être une société LOL.
Administration coupe l'eau toutes les semaines.et concierge très désagrable. Bcp de chiens pitbull vraiment dangereux et clientèle bas de gamme.
