J'ai vraiment pas aime mon expérience à cette place!
Il y avait seulement 2 employés mais ils partaient à 16h.
Aucun service à la réception après cette heure là et toute la nuit.
Même la journée de notre départ personne c'est présenté.
J'en reviens pas.

Super auberge, bon vibe, à proximité des pentes et du vélo de montagne ainsi que tu village. Parfait pour les familles. Je recommande l’endroit!

I had a company retreat at Montagnard. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and the amenities. There is a nice pool, jacuzzi and volleyball court. The food was a big deception. The portions were small, there were not many options and the taste was rather average. To me it seemed like airplane food. Some people from the group had a stomachache. To future travellers I recommend getting food in nearby restaurants.

No bar like publicized, very noisy air conditioner, (couldn’t put tv and air conditioner on at the same time), very cold pool and jacuzzi and pool closed at 6, no morning coffee and fridge door that didn’t close.
Room was nice and clean though, comfortable bed.

Super endroit! Belle piscine au sel avec spa ouvert jusqu'à 20h. Terrain de volley ball, module de jeux pour les enfants et un foyer extérieur pour profiter d'un bon feu de camp. Chambre studio tout équipé, cependant on y retrouve seulement un petit frigo. Il y a meme des bbq sur place. Une table de billard est aussi disponible près de la piscine! Je recommande!

Rapport qualité prix wow! Nous sommes arrivés aujourd'hui. Nous etion sur la route a la dernière minute donc nous avions choisi s'en aucunes référence. Cest propre, beau, tranquille convivial petit chambre privé dans un genre de chalet a 4 appartement sur deux étages a deux pas du site principale. Le tout a deux minutes d'auto de la station de ski. Si vous cherchez quelques chose a pas trop gros budget et que votre but et de skier tout en aillent le confort aux moments voulus et bien je vous le recommande!

Très déçu du chalet selon les photos que nous avions vu sur le site qui ne réfletaient pas la réalité et vraiment trop cher pour ce que nous avons eu. Les chalets pour 8 personnes ne sont pas fait pour cette capacité, l'espace de vie est minuscule et lorsque les divans-lits sont ouverts on ne peut plus circuler dans l'espace. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi, les divans-lits ne sont pas confortable du tout et il n'a pas d'air climatisé dans les chambres. Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de s'être fait avoir par une annonce de chalet mensongière. Piscine commune jamais mentionné. Chalet mal équipé, pas de cours extérieure privé tout est commun, pas assez de fourchette pour 8, un seul papier de toilette, aucun produit nettoyant, aucun sac de poubelle. Bref je ne recommande vraiment pas la place si vous cherchez un chalet privé pour profiter de celui-ci en gang.

Les photos n’étaient pas fidèle à la réalité et nous n’avons pas reçu un bon service de la part de la réception.

Tiny room for the price. Bed wasn't very comfortable, I woke up with back pain. When you enter the room, you immediately hear the AC, which sounds like a small airplane. At some point, the AC will go crazy and suddenly you're sleeping next to a commercial airliner. I'm fairly sure long term exposure may lead to hearloss. Fortunately, we didn't stay in the room much, but we had to close the AC to sleep.

The location is good, but that's pretty much the only thing it has going for it. Definitely not worth the price they ask, I'd expect to pay about half for such a mediocre room.

Very clean, comfortable and affordable. The facilities available are nice, with a pool and hot tub out back. The view is fantastic, and sunset over the mountain is a bonus. Definitely recommend this little hotel if you are ever in Sutton

J'y suis allée en basse saison et en chalet-condo tout équipé vous n'avez qu'a apporter votre nourriture et vous avez un IGA à 5 min.en voiture. Très bien pour un endroit à rester en famille pour profiter des activités dans les environs. 2 chambres lit-double et un chambre lits-superposés. J'ai moins aimé le fait que ce soit à côté de la route où les voitures passes rapidement. Aucun plan d'eau à l'horizon.

Une bien décevante expérience qui ne s’est guère avérée adaptée au contexte actuelle de pandémie. Alors que mon conjoint et moi décidions fermement de respecter les consignes de sécurité publique en annulant notre séjour le matin même devant des symptômes grippaux, on nous a refusé de déplacer notre réservation, aucun remboursement ou crédit offert, et au-delà de cela, on nous a facturé l’entièreté du loft réservé qu’il restait à payer. En cette période, on s’attendrait à une collaboration des établissements qui demeurent ouverts devant ce type de réservation. Cette pratique ne fait qu’encourager les gens à prendre des risques inutiles au détriment de perdre de l’argent. Cela ne donne nullement envie de reprendre le « risque » d’investir dans la réservation à ce lieu.

Ne surtout pas aller dans le spa sur 4 personne on a tous eu de forte reaction dont une personne avec d enormes brulure

Great studio suite and priced right during off peak. A cottage feel which included a portable fridge, stove, fireplace, window view and a queen bed big enough for a person or a couple. Best of all, an outdoor hot tub. I forgot to bring a few items so the hotel staff was nice enough to accommodate my needs e.g. Cooking oil, paper towels, bath towels and a robe to the hot tub. Grocery store and shopping is approximately 5 minutes away. I noticed a hiking trail behind and wished I had more time to try it. 5 minutes’ drive to the picturesque Mont Sutton Resort, all-natural glade skiing environment. So close I even drove back to chill out for lunch.
The downside, March 2020 my family and I drove all the way to the resort from Toronto just to find out the resort closed when the pandemic hit. No deposit refunds offered from the hotel. This is why I returned this year. The owner was nice enough to extend my deposit to March 2021 after a few emails. So glad it all worked out and really enjoyed my Mont Sutton experience. Looking forward to returning back soon. Great job to all the friendly staff.

Vraiment un lieu très agréable où rester une ou plusieurs nuits. Piscine, jacuzzi, grand terrain gazonné avec terrains de beach-volley et raquettes + des jeux d’enfants sans oublier le barbecue et la terrasse à disposition
Au fond du jardin un départ des entier qui mène à la rivière Sutton et au sentier qui relie le village à la station.
Personnel très agréable, on recommande donc chaleureusement.

My family stayed in condo 393 (2BR) at the beginning of August, and I would like to give a detailed and balanced view of our experience. I begin on the positive side. The condo, located on the ground floor of the Suttonois, has a wonderful view. The hotel is well located in general, and I made full use of the access direct from the hotel to the Village-Mountain trail (be sure to give yourself a marker to know where to get off on the way back). When we arrived the room was very clean, though unfortunately there was no broom anywhere to be used during our stay. The kitchenette is in very good condition and worked very well for our needs. The condo is actually larger than it seemed from the photos on the website. Where our experience was sub-par was in relation to the air-conditioning. There is only one window air conditioner in the main room and a dehumidifier set on fan in the hallway. For us, this was not sufficient. Perhaps for others it would be. Unfortunately I found that the customer service left something to be desired as well. This began with check in, where I had to wait ten minutes before even being acknowledged by the person behind the desk. But my main issue was that I had asked the hotel before booking and was assured that there was an air conditioner in each room. The person was obviously not being precise. Many would consider that the AC would cool down the whole place, but even with the doors open, we could not sleep comfortably. On the positive side, the front desk did provide me with their big fan to try to cool down the condo, but this only helped a little. And I was told afterwards that it was not cool in the condo because I had set the AC on fan rather than cool-but this is patently false, and who likes to be treated like a fool? I should also add that the front desk kindly provided a couple of extra towels for swimming. So my experience there was a mixed bag. In addition, I was less than impressed that the AC was installed without any kind of gasket at the bottom, thus letting bugs in (I plugged it myself with some towels). And it was noticeable that there is a bit of an earwig infestation problem (aside from the dead bugs on the walls when we arrived, smushed by previous occupants, we had to deal with a fair number).
Finally, I've stayed in many chalet rentals (in New England) not associated with hotels and typically there are some very basics in the kitchen, and there was nothing more than salt and pepper here. And a half roll of paper towels. And of course dishes.
If I would compare this to typical hotel quality, it would be something like a lower-end three star hotel.

Auberge très agréable, confortable, très propre, joliment décorée, environnement très serein, rivière en bas du terrain, très bon accueil. Idéal en famille et en groupe d'amis. Des formats pour tous: chambres, condos, chalets. On reviendra!

There’s some issues in my unit but the owner solved it next day, beautiful pool and hot water jacuzzi, there are BQQ in each corner

Très bel hébergement en condo. Environnememt relax, bons petits déjeuners.spa et piscine bien appréciés. A découvrir.

Critique que j'aurais dû faire en mars dernier. Il n'est jamais trop tard pour bien faire.

Pierre et son équipe ont toujours été super gentil et en plus très accommodant lorsque le confinement a débuté, dû au COVID-19. On bien hâte de relouer un condo chez vous la saison prochaine pour aller skier au Mont-Sutton!

Super bel endroit et le personnel est très accueillant! À 1min de la pente de ski. L’endroit à rester si vous allez skier!

Beautiful location and excellent service! I was impressed with the food as well. It tasted homemade. The bedrooms are small, but the mattresses are extremely comfortable.

This was a wonder place to simply get away with a nice clean pool and spa. The staff was outstanding. And the food and service was perfect!

Wonderfully updated with all amenities we could of ever needed. We were even able to use the washer and dryer that were efficient and not expensive. Would stay here again!
