Quai Renaud - 69 rue Sainte-Andre. Apartment is spacious, bright, and well-managed. BEWARE - Within opposite wall is the Electrical Room (Salle 'electrique), and there is a constant buzzzzzz throughout the apartment. Also, the street outside is quite noisy with cars, motorcycles, and tour buses all day, especially on Saturdays, as Old Quebec City is a weekend tourist destination. If you are noise-sensitive, don't rent.
