Excellent service!
On a été en groupe vendredi, super service, et malgré l'achalandage, un gros merci a Lydia qui nous a accueilli et aidé tout au long de la soirée, à refaire certain!

Very active place, with golf simulators. Has downsized the amount of pool tables available for the golf. Waiting list for a pool table can be expected.

Came here on a Saturday night in September. It was a fight night but we showed up early and had no issues getting a table. The parking lot is large and you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

The waitress was very friendly and accommodating even when it started to get busy.

The food is what you'd expect at a billiards bar but the price was on the lower end. Worth grabbing a few plates I'd you're hungry.

Looking forward to returning for a few games of pool.

La cuisine est correct, service très bien. La section golf est beaucoup plus au goût du jour. Aurait besoin d'une remise à neuf section billards car les tables sont vraiment abîmées. En général bien mais pour le billard je préfère aller ailleurs.

It's a great bar, I really enjoy the atmosphere there. There's a lot of pool tables that are pay by the hour and there's a lot of staff and makes the service great. Food is absolutely delicious as well.

La nourriture était correcte. Les drinks étaient très bons et la serveuse très gentille. L'ambiance est confortable et amicale.

Stopped in for the first time in a very long time to meet some friends. Took about 10 minutes for the bar maid to come see me. Only 4 beers available on tap that night. I ordered a Chipie. She sets a glass in front of me and without looking I took a sip and it was clearly a white beer. I told her that’s a Joufflue. She apologized and brought me a Chipie. Then she asked the guy next to me if he wanted my Joufflue (that I’d just drank out of). My buddies got there, they each ordered a beer at the bar and we moved to a table. Nobody came to see us to see if we wanted anything else. One of the guys I was with got up and went to the bar to get himself a beer and a Jack on the rocks. About 10 minutes later he came back and said the barmaid didn’t know what “on the rocks” meant (ok maybe a language thing) and didn’t know what Jack was. I was served Vodka instead of Jack Daniels. Nice place, pretty good ambiance for a Monday night but the service was pretty disappointing

Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement; Won't Return!

I recently visited Scratch Restaurant in Laval and had a mixed experience. The dim lighting significantly affected the overall ambiance, creating a rather subdued atmosphere. Additionally, I found the staff to be lacking in friendliness and attentiveness, which impacted the overall dining experience. While the food was average, the standout item was the chicken platter, which provided some satisfaction. However, considering the underwhelming lighting, lackluster staff interactions, and overall average food quality, I have decided not to return to Scratch Restaurant. Although it may be a suitable option for billiards enthusiasts, for those seeking an enjoyable dining experience or engaging interactions with the staff, I would recommend exploring other alternatives. I genuinely hope that Scratch Restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works towards making positive improvements in the future.

We talked to the manager to express our case, and we was very unprofessional and disrespectful as well!

Less hype than what it use to be. Most of the drinks on the menu were out, basically they weren't making them anymore. Took forever to get a pool table. Service was so so. We had to ask for water multiple time during the night like the waitress should refill us without us asking. Other than that it was ok. Enjoyed the pool. But I don't think I'll go back!

Expensive and disrespectful waitresses had to talk to the manager after she got disrespectful towards me and my friends about the tips one of our friend left for her. The manager instead of apologizing he defended her and asked us that if we're not happy with the service to go elsewhere to another restaurant since she's the only waitress he had to manage the restaurant!
Never coming back here! Not recommended at all!

The waitresses is so disrespectful: verbally and in her attitude, and when we talked to the manager he defended her without even saying sorry for how she treated us!
If you're searching for a place to have your meal peacefully, this is not a choice!

A place where the food is the worst and the waiters are arrogant. Gambling place with angry people playing machine. Not recommend at all
