The room is very clean and the staff are very helpful! The swimming pool is very cool! You can see people at driveway while you swim by! Very cool design!

Really meh. The restaurant serves pretty frozen pub food. The queen beds are actually doubles? ! And my robe was dirty. Not what I expected from the westin

This is an amazing hotel, great location, customer service and Infrastructure but most important it's pet friendly.

Great hotel with a perfect location for all the best Montreal has to offer. Staff was nice, friendly and courteous with a superstar concierge Romain Boyer. He helped us with all of our needs with attention to detail and a smile. Rooms were also very clean for those cautious with COVID-19.

My evening plan was spoiled by the valet parking and concierge. Would rather prefer sofitel hotel on my next trip.

Great stay! Loved the location- right near a very safe neighborhood with gorgeous architecture, near the old town. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shops, and not too close to the tacky tourist trap area. Also, the train is right there if you need public transportation.

Good accommodations. However, it would be good if they had an onsite restaurant that served breakfast before 8 AM.

Great location around the corner from Old Montreal. Staff are competent and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Very dog friendly.

The Westin is supposed to be a higher end destination. Very disappointed with the level of amenities and room quality.

Great location as only 10 minutes from the centre. Staff is nice and friendly however, rooms are bit noisy as you hear people from other rooms. Overall stay was very good.

Loved it. Great location walking distance to Old port and attractions, super friendly staff and our room was very clean. Parking is a bit expensive but you can park across the street at the palais des congrès.
We really had a great time.

This is a great location. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattresses are used and abused. I spent two nights in this hotel but I was afraid to ask to switch room because of COVID. I also went to the pool at 7: 30 am they had no towels available, even though I reserved 24 hours prior. They need to work on customer satisfaction. Again great location. Cheers

Best place to go Yolo on Montreal! Awesome pool and centralized to everything! Service is great and very friendly staff, would love to come back again. Dont forget to visit the glass pool!

As a frequent traveler who always stays in 4 or 5 stars, I can not consider this hotel as a 4stars one.
The location is great, it was clean but I am not happy with the service. Elevators were out during our stay and we had to take the stairs all the time, lucky us we were at 4th floor. There were not enough bathroom supplies and NO SLIPPERS! I had to request for more shampoos, tooth brush and tooth paste which I expected to be there but was not the case.
Access to the Valet parking was good but it was expensive and some of the staff were rude, or they didn't know English, its hard to tell.
No breakfast which is due to COVID, but with the money they charged they could at least provide a room continental breakfast.

Convenient location but could use some tweaks here and there. The hotel could definitely use a modern upgrade. Requested more pillows (as the ones they provide aren’t the best) and they never arrived. Pool needs better maintenance. Competitor hotels provide better services (especially for celebrating anniversaries). Probably will stay elsewhere next time but overall an okay hotel

From the see through pool from above the entrance to the warm welcome we received our stay was truly enjoyable. The restaurant room deliver was tasty and good. This is a pet friendly hotel which we absolutely love as they give pillows and water bowls for our little one. The only issue is the location as you need to walk a bit to find a park for your pets.

Great friendly staff. Very clean rooms, Halls and entrance, glass bottom pool was amazing for the kids. We were however a bit disappointed.

Our telephone didn’t work, the cabinet holding the fridge was broken and we couldn’t use the fridge Unless we left the cabinet door propped open. Curtains couldn’t be opened or closed due to the strings being seized which made it extremely cold around the windows. The hair dryer didn’t work nor did the light up mirror in the washroom. Our clock also wouldn’t turn off so had to be unplugged. Hopefully they will get on top of all these little things soon.

Very clean, amazing location within the city, great amenities and friendly staff. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. We will definitely be back!

For the reputation and price I expected much more from this hotel. Since I had my car with me and more than a few commercial baggage accompanying, I was informed that only valet parking was available, for an additional daily charge, which was fine for a metro location hotel. My initial valet check-in experience was fantastic (top-shelf Christian!) However, upon check-out it was a completely different story with the valet, not only did he refuse to pull my car up to the load-in curb, he claimed not to be able to understand english, in rather good english? At $36 daily for valet that’s an uncanny type of an insult. Next time I’ll cross the way and stay at the Hilton.

Good. Nice restaurant / bar area. Modern rooms. Connected to the underground city network (RÉSO), so you can get around the city when it’s cold without going outside - very handy. No club lounge unfortunately.

This was an excellent choice for a couple who wanted to visit the expo center which was located directly across the street. We were here only for a day but it more than met our needs. Very friendly staff. Well appointed and clean room. The workout center was equipped with a large number of cardiovascular machines along with an excellent number and range of weight resistance machines. Dinner at the hotel was surprisingly good. The appetizer ceasar salad was enough for dinner. The flank steak with fingerling potatoes was just spicy enough. Full bar. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

Great hotel amazing and comfortable rooms had breakfast in bed with the wifey she loved it's a bit pricey but besides that had a great stay. Great service the valet is awesome. I would recommend this place 100% great location also lots to do and see had a great stay cant wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel, extremely nice staff and very clean. Really am beginning to despise the Marriott online and phone app for booking or changing travel however. They were too aggressive in their plan launch dates and now have service major service issues. Now there are longer wait times to call in as well. And never make any changes to your reservation or assume it is correct.online and email will say one thing but the details may be incorrect so you must call the hotel or the 800 number. Crazy. Just like the USAir merger.major failures to member service

Très bel hôtel avec une belle salle, de conférence. Il y a plusieurs années que nous y allons pour une journée conférence. Tout est bien ; les collations (2) Le dîner avec les accompagnements étaient bien.

Hôtel très bien situé/ vieille ville.chambre confortable et super clean.salle de sport super, manque juste quelques vélo de biking.

Very disrespectful and rude staff at the check in. Do not come, go elsewhere. Made us wait an hour until I canceled the check in. They changed up the prices of the reserved rooms and were pressuring us to pay extra for the rooms. One of the workers, sebastien, lied about some “48 hr notice” for cancellation. I have a brother who works for Westin in Cali and had to have his manger to talk with the one in Montreal about the pricing. We were entitled to a friends and family plan but the manager and staffs in Westin of Montreal were giving us a hard time to check in. Never had an experience where we had to cancel the rooms and plans. They pressure you to pay a price that they made extra out of nowhere for the rooms and force you to pay for the expensive parking they offer ($35/ night). This hotel is a joke, go elsewhere if you want to be treated right.

C'est la 3e fois que j'y vais et je suis comblé. Accueil chaleureux, service rapide, hotel calme et propice à la famille. Les chambres sont super, la piscine et le spa sont super et le positionnement de l'hotel (pres du métro, du centre ville et collé sur le vieux Montréal) est parfait. J'y retournerai c'est clair. Seul ou en famille.

This place is a scam. They change prices on you expecting you to pay any price. They even charge a $35 valet parking fee. We paid for parking and we couldn’t even get the room because they gave us a hard time with the rooms. Staffs are very disrespectful and dishonest. Go to a different hotel if you aren’t trying to get scammed and have staffs who are honest. Unprofessional and racist! Would give a 0 star

Do not come here if you are Asian go to a different hotel. They are very disrespectful and racist to Asians. Wasted our time trying to check in to a hotel that we already purchased. They also tried making us pay extra for the rooms we reserved and “lied” to us saying we need to give them 48 hrs of notice of cancelation. They don’t even tell you the exact price of the rooms until you are there to check in, forced to pay the parking fee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Would of gave it a 0 star if I was able to. Even the manager and supervisors are racist and unprofessional. “Especially Sebastien” (managers stickup for their staffs even when treated with disrespect)

Talked with the manager and she is very disrespectful to visitors in large groups. She allows the misconduct of the staffs when dealing with large group of visitors from different countries.

Vraiment chic hotel et belle place pour des conférences, congrès, réunions ou colloques de tout genre. Les salles sont grande et accessibles. C'est un peu étrange comment ça fonctionne avec les étage, il y a comme deux parties à l'hôtel, mais pas interreliées ensemble. C'est facile de si perdre quand on ne sait pas trop comment ça marche. Top notch hotel, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location is excellent, with really great restaurants nearby. I particularly liked St Jacques tower which has more stylish furniture. Buffet breakfast was definitely worth it. Enjoy it!

Staying a week at Le Westin for a conference - overall the hotel is nice and the room clean - but the food in the restaurant is sub-par. On the one morning I could sleep past 6 am, I awoke around 7: 30 am to the loud sounds of construction - it sounded like it was in my room! In fact, it was work in the room next to mine - but incredibly loud and non-stop! At 8: 15 when I was leaving my room, I could almost not get out of my room due to everything having been ripped out of the room next door for repairs. Quelle Suprise! And a big disappointment: - (

Great hotel, great staff, very nicely maintained place. They do need to upgrade the card readers in elevators, I've spent 5 min every day trying to make them work just to go to my room.

This Hotel was very nice. It's perfectly located in walking distance of a lot of sights to see and directly connected to the underground city. The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The layout of the hotel took a while to get used to since the hotel is very big and has multiple towers. As with most downtown hotels in major cities parking was valet only. Overall fantastic experience.

Staying at that hotel was really nice, the staff were very nice and helpful for every situation, especially at the pool, the lifeguards were really polite! Will go back there with my family!

The food was beyond one of the worst experience I have ever experienced.had a Christmas party buffet style, the food was cold, the so called pizza was dry, the fries were dry, the smoke meet had no taste and the bread to accompany the smoked meat tasted artificial.

Beautiful, clean, centrally located hotel, connected to Old Montreal’s infamous underground city. There are multiple conference rooms, and it is across the street from the Place des Arts convention center.

Pro tip: for quick, inexpensive food options, there are many choices inside the convention center. It’s work that taking a look for the multicolored glass walls whether you are looking for a coffee shop or just taking a walk.

Came here to enjoy the last day of the year with my family. Unfortunately choose this hotel because of the pool.they did not say that the pool was not working and the water temp was at 15°C (cold!). Sarcastically, we were asked if we were going to use the pool when we checked in. The room was given to us in the 4th floor where the pool is located.
Very disappointed after going to reception to ask about it. Very bad client services.

Outstanding hotel with clean, large rooms. Excellent lobby, courteous staff. The only downside is expensive valet parking (I think it was nearly $30 a night).

Breakfast was excluded. Audio of TV was periodically broken. Had to close all curtains all day long, because next building is really close. Nice service staff. Wireless was fast.

A very nice hotel, great location. Tunnels connect it to just about everything. Easy parking - many lots in the area. Wonderful conference facilities.

We stayed on the 2nd floor in the Saint Jacques tower (we didn't bother with a 'city view room'). The Westin was a cluster of old office buildings, with a snazzy endoskeleton. We were within walking distance of the old port and gentrified downtown. The rooms were clean. The shower was adequate. The concierge and desk staff were attentive and fully bilingual. Our desk agent was observant enough to notice that it was our wedding anniversary (and a small bottle of sparkling wine, fluted glasses, and an ice bucket appeared in our room the next day). It was a 4-star hotel experience that I’d recommend to other travellers.

The room is big and comfortable! King size bed with a good size bathroom and a sofa with a big window (too bad the view is full of constructions)! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice three days stay. The room was smelly when we entered. Once the AC was on the smell vanished relatively fast. The bathroom design not the best. Hard to use the toilet. The self parking not available. Valet parking available only, relatively expensive. Otherwise very good location.

So crazy story - the weekend my family and I went to the beautiful city of Montreal, it was a time to celebrate a birthday and reminisce about a past trip to Montreal though for the life of us, we couldn't remember the hotel we stayed at and so we booked at Le Westin thinking we got the right hotel. We didn't but we were not disappointed by our accommodations or our stay here either. The room we were put in was massive - tall, vaulted ceilings, generous space between our queen sized beds, large screen tv. Our bathroom was modern, clean and larger than expected. The service was top notch - very friendly front desk and housekeeping as well as splendid room service. Who could complain right? However, as great as our stay was, the only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast we had at the hotel. There was plenty of food selections for all types of eaters but the foods meant to be hot, weren't i.e. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc. That was disappointing but other than that a great stay!
