Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. There are: outside pool and hot tub, There is a sauna, laundry on each floor and tall underground parking.

Highly recommended.

Par contre, une majoritaire ressortait du lot par son manque de respect.

The Westin is always a good choice when staying in Mont-Tremblant Village. I would usually have given 5 stars, but had two disappointments this time. The heat did not work in the room. It was just 2 degrees below what I wanted, so not a big deal, I did not report it. The bigger issue for me is the fact that we can no longer drive in and out of the parking for a single daily fee. They now charge you every time you get out of the parking. Unless you take the valet parking (41$/day, compared to 35$/day self park).
For me the no-valet parking option was a key differentiator of the Westin vs the Fairmount. The next time I go to Tremblant, there is a good chance I will go the the Fairmount.
On a positive note, the restaurant is finally "fully" re-opened, I ordered room service for breakfast.

This review is about the lack of compassion and poor decision making of one of the valets. Additionally we did not stay at the Westin.

It is not possible for taxis to directly access many places within Tremblant village. As a result, we used the Westin as a landmark and asked our taxi to pick us up there after dinner in the village.

We were to be picked up around 10pm. On this evening there was a massive snowstorm moving into the area. After about 30 minutes sitting quietly in the lobby on one of their many empty chairs, our cab had not arrived.

This employee asked if I was waiting for someone. I told him I’d called a cab. And he simply said, that was not an area to wait for cabs. Outside in the cold was basically where we should be waiting.

While we were not staying at the Westin, I’d have hoped the employee would be a little more understanding given the weather conditions outside. Furthermore, he actually didn’t ask if we were guests there.

Again, this review is about one employee.

Ok for options in the area, but restaurant was closed, no room service, etc…. Overall uninspiring hotel.

Well this is the first time ever that I got an upgrade on anything so needless to say our stay was great. We drove from Toronto for a long weekend getaway. This hotel is in the best spot right in the middle of the village. Beautifully decorated and very friendly staff. We also got a big suite upgrade which made our stay even more amazing. Definitely worth staying if you plan to visit and stay in the village.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille la semaine dernière, que de bon commentaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le staff est cordiale et toujours disponible pour nous aider. La piscine réchauffée a l’extérieur étais le centre d’attraction pour les enfants, d’ailleurs, Un gros merci a Mr. Martin (responsable de la piscine) qui a été créatif dans ses jeux pour les enfants!

The place is beautiful, and the staff was very kind! Definitely the best place to stay if you are going to Mont-Tremblant.

Hotel is nice, but the air conditioning is off and it’s 20+ outside. Had a horrible sleep as it was 24c in our room. Guest services told me to open a window, but the music is blaring outside until late. Not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend coming after Oct 15th as that’s when they turn the A/C off to save money. UPDATE: Horrible experience, we are on night 2 here and it’s 25 in the hotel room. 19 outside and they won’t turn on the a/c. They offered to bring fans up, then didn’t, then when we called back they said they only have 1 fan and it’s being used by a family with a child. Amazing hotel in terms of layout but horrible stay.

I think we found our return to location. Over the last 5 years we always tried different hotels. I think this is it and it.

Beautiful hotel, amazing room, great staff, great parking even for big SUV's.would have given it a 5 star if not for the horrible brunch/breakfast. It is 25.00 a person plus tip when I have had much better free breakfasts at hotels. Also I am tipping for someone to drop off a glass of water once and never talk to again until the bill arrives? I just felt really taken advantage of there, use your cash to go eat in the village. You will enjoy it much more I am sure.

Hotel staff here is top-notch, especially Chelsea, who went above and beyond to answer all our questions and help us find a room that was perfect for our 3-night stay. Our room had a view of the lake and a fireplace, and we also enjoyed the sauna, spa and heated pool on property. We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Westin, and the location was perfect for exploring the pedestrian village and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a polished place to stay in Mont Tremblant that offers a more modern atmosphere and better overall value than the Fairmont.

Fraudulent hotel. Worst place ever to stay. They have been holding my money for over a month with promises to release it that haven’t come through, who holds someone’s money for no reason? I spoke to the director of accounting here, his name is Stephane, I spoke to their other hotel associates - Dominique and Chelsea Patterson, and all I can say is I got the worst service from them all. A disgrace of a hotel to the westin name and the Marriott chain. Would rate them -0 stars if possible

Summer 2020: Very comfortable room for a family of four: 2 closed bedrooms, two bathrooms, small kitchen and nice living room, plus a decent sized balcony. We enjoyed our stay. However, we saw no information or evidence of enhanced room cleaning/disinfection measures. Maybe they’re employing them but there was no indication or explanation of such, and the room seemed to me of “average” hotel cleanliness. IE - clean at a glance but fresh smudges on kitchen cupboards and recent looking food bits in the oven drawer. We had to hope the room had been properly disinfected. Also took a few long looks at the cleaning cart that was stationed in the hallway after other guests has checked out and saw nothing to indicate extra measures or special materials or equipment. Marriott should do a better job on the presentation of their COVID 19 protocols.

Room was near elevator so we heard it going constantly, a bit annoying. Bedspread on the king bed was really gross when the sunlight happened to shine through it; filling was completly clumped and brown. We stayed during the off season (summer), and it was disappointing that parking nor breakfast wasn't included in the price. Overall ok stay, definitely expect better bedding than this at a 4 star hotel!

Awesome service at Westin Mont-Tremblant! So polite and respectful! Love to see staff care about clients, at all levels from the valets that greet you to the friendly and rapid check-in service. We stayed for three days, just loved it! Rooms very comfortable and practical easy access to the ski area. No complaints! Absolutely we will come back.

Best experience I've had in Tremblant for a full service rental. Top notch service with the best location in the village. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. Have been several times and will continue to return. Compared to others, the hotel is very well managed with a wide range of services and amenities.

Awesome ski-in ski-out location in the heart of the village. Beautiful rooms and great access to lockers, village, etc. The hot tub was great and even during covid the breakfast was delicious.

Good:
-close to the lifts
-nice ski locker room with easy access to outdoors at no extra cost
-staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful
-outdoor pool and hot tub were great…. When they work

Bad:
-Rooms are dated compared to other Westin hotels. They could definitely use a refresh
-Very poor soundproofing. We could constantly hear conversations from other rooms and people walking on the floor above us. We had to play white noise to deaden out the sounds to sleep
-Pool and hot tub heater broke on our second day. Considering the fact that a huge draw to this hotel is being able to go for a winter outdoor swim after a ski day, that was a big disappointment.
-The COVID labor shortage is showing here, in addition to the rest of the village. The hotel seemed short staffed and some service took longer than expected
-Poor value for the money. Breakfast and parking not included in a premium rate room

Overall, this is a generous 3 stars. We didn’t have a bad experience, but I’d expect more from a Westin, especially because the two biggest things we wanted to do after skiing (relax + sleep) were a bit of a challenge. Next time we will probably stay at the Fairmont.

Our stay at the hotel started of nice, we had a decent room. We got the suite with kitchenette. Thé ladies that checked us in we’re very nice however at checkout there was Caroline a very unpleasant receptionist honestly acted like a 15 year old girl. As we proceeded to pay the balance of our stay. She asked for the card and once I gave it to her she threw the card back at the table. I was shocked, did not say thank you for staying with us not how was your stay! Didn’t even tell us that we can leave our luggage at the front desk because she also didn’t want to give us late check out. I will be calling the Westin to put a formal complaint. Your in hospitality if you don’t like it change your job! Don’t give people who are going to relax a hard time. Honestly she should be fired!

Amazing stay at the Westin Tremblant. The location was excellent since it was very short walking distance to the ski hill, adventure center, restaurants, etc. The suite was beautiful. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and were always making an effort to ensure we were having a great stay at the hotel. We can't wait to come back!

Rooms were quite tired and there was a lot of noise bleed from other rooms. Could hear the full conversations. Fixtures and fittings need upgrading and there were also minimal staff and services offered. Slightly disappointed given the ratings and pictures.

Very comfy, hot pool and spa outside. Staff is really nice and willing to help. Breakfast was very tasty, they have home made orange and apple juice: wow! A bit of noise outside at night but you can’t do anything abou this since it’s public. Room had a lot of équipement, perfect for staying during weeks.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très avenant. La chambre était confortable, mais la décoration et le mobilier ne sont pas modernes. L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout se fait à pieds. Le prix de la chambre est tout de même un peu élevé considérant que plusieurs services ne sont pas offerts en ce moment.

La personne travaillant au Spa avait un comportement exécrable envers ma conjointe et moi. Incapable de nous regarder dans les yeux et de nous parler correctement.
My partner and I inquired about services to the Westin Spa, the person at the reception was unprofessional, did not look at us in the eyes and seemed more focused on her phone or computer…this truly convinced us to avoid the service altogether. As Bonvoy members, my partner and I consider this behaviour as not up to the Westin/ Marriott standard we’ve experienced elsewhere.

The room was spacieuse, we had the suite, very clean, fireplace that gives a nice atmosphere, bathroom that you enter directly from the bedroom is cool, confortable living. The things that I didn't appreciate it was that the room was close of the elevator so it was noisy if you wanted to sleep before midnight, so for the quality price it was not so good, and also, the shampoon, shower gel and conditionner were.expired from 2019! It was very deceiving, we had expectations of quality for 480 $/night.

My favourite place to stay! Exceptional service; spacious, modern, impeccably clean suites; and that signature Westin Spa scent that I now purchase for my own home. Oh, and pay the extra for valet - totally worth it to not have to park your car and haul your ski equipment around ;)

Great location in Tremblant village. Typical Westin environment. Little disappointed that the spa is closed when other spas in Tremblant are open. They do call it Westin resort and spa

Perfect location for a stay in Tremblant. The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area is very private and they have a very large hot tub. Loved being able to get away from the daily grind for a few days. Room was well equipped and very clean.

Really nice hotel and location. Felt tucked away a bit but, still involved in the village. The pool was scenic and warm, and the hot tub was nice.

Hotel felt not too busy with a calm and relaxed feel overall. We did the self park which is underground and $25 a night. The elevator access was good and we never felt we had to wait too long. Loved the suite with the king size bed and balcony with a beautiful view. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

Les gens qui utilisent le gym ne porte pas de masque. Certaines personnes marche dans l’hôtel sans leurs masques. Les chambres près des ascenseurs sont bruyantes. Les chambres sont propres.

We have stayed here years ago and the hotel is just as great this time. Staff were great, and good location in the village. Everything is closed by. The pool and hot tub were a hit.

Attention. Le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas afficher comme "non inclus" et payant, offrant un menu continental très standard (oeuf/bacon/mini croissants/fruit/.) style buffet réchaud libre service sans rien de spécial, pas de saumon fumé, que des item de bases.est facturé 70$ pour deux personnes. Au prix de la chambre et au look cafétéria et buffet habituellement gratuit on pensait bien que c'était inclus. Aucune affiche a l'entrée ou mention de prix.avant la sortie ou on ce fait recevoir avec une facture surprise. Avoir su, le Starbuck est a côté et offre des sandwichs déjeuner gourmet pour moins de la moitié du prix.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are exceptionally helpful and customer service has been nothing but positive and excellent. I thank the Westin team for working so hard to please every guest during these Covid times. Rooms are very super clean and void protocols are followed by all employees. Special thanks to Xavier, Sabrina, David and Frederick.

Un peu dispendieux mais nous sommes à tremblant.quelques renos a faire pour rejeunir les chambres pour le futur, l hôtel accepte les chiens toujours apprécié. Merci. Je suis membre silver gold marriott j aime avoir des petites attentions et choix de chambre supérieure. Pas cette fois.

Amazing service. David and Frederic were great with helping us check in and check out. From parking out car to helping us with our bags. The entire staff was great but David and Frederic go above and beyond. They are the reason we would come back and recommend this place. The room floor and couch had dog hair so that kind of sucked. I just hope they can find a way to deep clean these rooms after people with pets stay.

Great hotel, amazing location and overall great experience both times we stayed here. The rooms are a little old and dated but nothing too bad.

Absolutely stunning accommodations slopeside, while being front and center in the village. I have stayed at the Westin numerous times and will definitely stay there again. The pool and hot tub are amazing, open all year round. The staff treat you like royalty. There is a SAQ / liquor store built into the rear which is uber convenient. Never do you feel unsafe, all hours of the day. Next time your looking for accommodations in Tremblant, look no further than the Westin. You wont be disappointed. Enjoy Tremblant!

I rarely write a bad review about a hotel or restaurant. But I must let others know about the abysmal level of service at the front desk of the Westin Resort and Spa. Do not let yourselves be deceived by the initial smiles and small talk.
They do not inform you about issues, do not follow-up on matters and basically do not care about the customers.
The first symptom was the request for non dairy milk as we checked in. We were assured that it was not a problem, but in the next morning the restaurant did not have any alternative to common milk. We should have left for breakfast elsewhere, but we preferred to let it go, we were after relaxation, not stress.
Then my wife wanted to access the spa. The front desk person advised her to call to schedule an appointment. We tried, but we had no option but to leave a voice message. After some time without a call back, we returned to the front desk. Then, and only then, the clerk told us that the spa only opens in the weekends! Great choice for a hotel named Resort and Spa! Next time we will read the fine print (if there is any). We were advised to go to the hotel next door (Fairmount) and in fact we had great service there.
In the last morning, we had to go to a shop before checkout, so I called the front desk to confirm the checkout time. The receptionist told me it was 11am. Off we went, and it took a little longer to get back - 20 minutes. I went straight to the room to get my luggage and found out my key no longer worked. I called the front desk and I was told I had to go down and show a piece of ID. No offer to send someone to open the room. So, down I went and told them that I found it unacceptable that no one had told us about the atomic clock driven expiry (no grace period). Instead of addressing the issue, a receptionist tried to imply that I should have let them know that I would be late! Unbelievable! I am in favour of some security, but I was able to enter the building, take the elevators, I was only denied access to my room with my key, a few minutes after checkout time.
Finally, my wife mentioned the soy milk shortage the day before to the receptionist. She called the restaurant and when my wife asked her what she was doing, she said she was seeking "confirmation" about the complaint. What next? Will we have to go to court to make a complaint?
Kudos to the valet - the only impeccable service in that establishment. Goodbye.

Well located and clean rooms. This is our second stay here, the first being in 2017. Friendly staff and a nice little outdoor pool for kids.

Arrived late after a long drive and was immediately welcomed and treated as VIP, and offered an upgrade to a suite free of charge for no reason at all!

Beautiful experience. Lavish rooms, beds you don't ever want to get out of and the convenience of the main strip right out your door.
Amazingly friendly and courteous staff!

The room was perfect. A nice fireplace and a very clean room made me very comfortable. The 3rd floor is very convenient with the ski in ski out door and the interior ski locker room. I loved the heated exterior pool and spa for after ski. People were very kind and helpful.

Bon point; l'intérieur est très chic, propre. Les hôteliers étaient très sympatiques et aidants. Le gym était propre.
Mauvais point; Le spa était sale et beaucoup trop chaud, la chambre aurait pu être plus propre (poussière).
En bref, ça aurait pu être un peu mieux considérant le prix. Je ne recommande pas, mais je ne déconseille pas non plus. Ça reste un option pour des vacances à Tremblant, mais j'essayerais un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

What a truly fantastic hotel, would absolutely stay here again. The staff were very friendly and helpful with getting us checked in. The suite we had was also great, lots of room to relax and enjoy the stay, great for families who stay a few nights or a week and want some room to live. Everything about our stay was great, I just wish we had the chance to be there longer.

Bring lots of $$$ for parking and rooms. Ski lockers are handy, staff are nice and the rooms are big.

Awesome slope side accommodations. A little updating and bring your own knife if you like to cook and chop anything up.

Pros:
- Will stay again, very clean
- Close to the main enclosed lifts and central to the village
- Helpful staff
- Relatively modern decor, could be better
- Rooms / hallways / interior is clean
- Very intuitive layout, you will not get lost
- Good valet service
- Great bellhop service
- Jacuzzi & Swimming pool is clean, open till

Cons:
Sauna room (apparently this was fixed the same night after we brought the issue to the front desk) :
- stepped on a rusty nail that was somehow facing upwards from the SEATS. Someone could have sat on that.it was about 0.75cm sticking out, no serious bleeding.
- the 2nd row of seating has broken support, dangerous for multiple people to sit on

Jacuzzi / Outdoor Swimming Pool area
- no visible no smoking signs, people smoke
- very early closing time, this is a problem - pool=9pm, jacuzzi=10pm. Most people finish dinner for that time giving not enough time to relaxing in the evening. Both should be open until 11pm.

Bar/Restaurant (lack of)
- not great looking or anything special, extremely overpriced for what it is / what you get

Hotel and amenities are beautiful. If you are young, staff is rude, condescending, and lack respect.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Was there for a weekend with no snags easy check-in and check-out.

This has to be the best location in the village. It’s right in the middle of the village, near everything from the stores, restaurants, grocery store, the ski hill.

Best part of the stay was the salt water OUTDOOR heated pool and jacuzzi! Wow wow wow! Now that’s an experience you won’t forget.

The rooms were big with a nice little view of the mountain. I had a king suite.

Service was incredible. We were missing towels and it arrived within 5 minutes of the call. The valet was incredibly helpful and it was cheap. $25 for the night.

We loved our stay, great service through and through. The resort is steps away from everything you need. Food, coffee, apparel and skiing.

Good day Friends! I had been on Tremblant for a couple years! Skiing for at least 20! Therefore on a rare day off I decided to head north for a renewal with the past! Placed a reservation with the Hotel was a breeze. Top Notch! When I arrived there was two valet ready to service. I like that! Its important to note that the roads were very very well maintained. Checked in at noon. The room was ready and accustomed to the hotel chain, it was spotless. At 1.30pm I was on my way to the maintain! When I got back at 5.30pm when to my room changed of course and went to the bar where a saw some guys that were also enjoying the hills that day! Folks from Boston. Had some dinner at an outside location and went I got back I decided to walk around the hotel and local area when my attention was drawn to a little park that is property of the hotel I believe where there was a female deer and her two little ones walking around! This just completed the entire experience! Needless to say I had a great time and night of sleep. Checked out at 7am then rolled straight to the office. I will most definitely be back. The travel is truly worth it.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. They upgraded our room and our friend’ s room without asking. Beautiful view, wonderful staff, great location and amazing service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates perfection.
