Dès mon premier appel avec Eric, jusqu’à la remise de nos voitures son attention et service client étaient impeccable. Nous partons la tête tranquille avec nos démarreurs à distance.
Je recommande à tous, même si vous n’êtes pas de la région, ça vaut le déplacement!

Service impeccable ma femme avait pris un rendez-vous en ligne pour un éclat sur notre pare-brise, Rendu sur place, aucun rendez-vous n'avais été fixé, ont n'as oublié d'appuyer sur confirmé! La personne responsable nous as quand même trouvé un trou, 25 min plus tard! Tout était fait! Personnelle hyper compétent et vraiment courtois

Truly impressed with the service. Because I have an early 6am shift and huge crack in my windshield they scheduled me as quickly as possible. And to my surprise had even started earlier to accommodate me. Regrettably I did not show up at 7am, they open at 8am, figuring I could drop off the car and rush back to work. I felt really bad that they got there at 7am unbeknownst to me. I picked up my car at the end of my shift. Super courteous and I am quite content and confident with their service. Bobby and Eric were exceptional. Again sorry coz when I left they were backing out of garage as I was coming around. I hit the brakes and accidentally hit the horn.unintended guys. Will definitely go back since I learnt they also do tires +. 100% satisfaction. Super, courteous service. Great guys.

Unethical, unprofessional, poor quality and value from this Lebeau franchise. Made an appointment for my vehicle to have a windshield replaced. The 40 year old representative was on the phone and appeared distressed with his conversation. He refused to inspect the windshield and the vehicle condition. He told us to dump our keys into a cardboard recycled box and leave. I understand the safety measures associated with COVID-19. However, there is a limit to being nonchalant and blaming poor workmanship on COVID. The next day car was ready when we noticed damages from the new windshield installation. The same 40 year old representative refused to come outside to view the damage on the hood and trim. His excuse was that he had four kids and his life and the safety of his family were more important than the damage he had caused to my vehicle. Unbelievable! He flatly refused to acknowledge and assume his responsibility and kept smiling and arguing right to our faces. There were two other witnesses in the store. It took Belron four weeks to acknowledge our request for damages. Now the franchise is stating that they noticed that the damages were already existant before doing the job. They lie, they cheat and I would avoid this business at all costs. Go anywhere else but here.

Just Great Service. I will be going back. Again this year 2019, got a trailer hitch. Again Éric and his team are the best.
