Wonderful experience! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew exactly what would would be flattering for our figures. Brought out dresses that I would never had thought to try! Before I knew it, one was pinning up my hair and one was holding my phone for face time with the bride and groom! An hour and half later 2 dresses were purchased

I went wedding dress shopping here and the experience was AMAZING! Sarah was such an amazing person and helped me so much. She was so outgoing and fun and really wanted me to find exactly what I wanted, and I found my dream dress! The service and experience were 10/10. Staff were so nice and welcoming and made it such a memorable experience for my loved ones and I! I highly recommend looking for your wedding dress at this place!

Very dissatisfied with the service I got and I found it to be poorly made for the price I paid my dress. After many alterations, I still wasn't satisfied. In summary, overpriced for the quality of the dress.
After your reply, it proves that the fact that because I wasn't doing the alterations with you proves why I got the kind of service.
Also, Lying to make a sale and then going against your word says alot. I removed my original review because you accepted to give me what was promised at the time of the sale and only to see later that the sleeves were not the same color of my actual dress. My poor review remains as is. Thank you.

I purchased my dress for my daughter’s wedding at Leila Haute Couture. I have only nice things to say about the service, we dealt with Joanne, she was very professional. I have visited other stores but none came close to the professional service I was given here. Would definitely recommend visiting this boutique when looking for a dress for an extra special occasion.

J’ai acheté ma robe de mariage et mon voile à cette boutique. Je suis très satisfaite du service reçu. J’adore ma robe et j’ai eu tellement de compliments. Une mention spéciale à la couturière qui a fait un travail extraordinaire sur ma robe et celle de ma mère.

L'expérience de magasinage chez Leila Haute couture était très inconfortable et même bizarre. Il y avait trois employées qui s'affairaient autour de moi dans une confusion totale et qui se regroupaient dans un coin de la boutique pour chuchoter en nous laissant, moi et mes amies, en attente de leur retour. On me suggérait des robes qui ne ressemblaient en rien à ce que je souhaitais et lorsque j'exprimais cela, la conseillère démontrait de l'impatience. Je n'osais même plus donner mon opinion. Certains échantillons sont très petits (plus petits que taille 8) et plusieurs ne me faisaient pas. Je suis également d'accord avec les autres commentaires par rapport à la vente à pression. De toutes les boutiques où je suis allée pour essayer des robes, aucune autre ne m'a fait sentir que j'avais un trop petit budget ou fait une offre du genre "si tu achètes aujourd'hui tu auras 300$ de rabais, mais pas si tu reviens un autre jour. " Le choix d'une robe de mariée est super important et nous suit toute la vie, ce n'est pas du tout approprié de mettre de la pression pour faire ce choix. Je recommande à toute future mariée de chercher d'autres boutiques pour faire cet achat important.

Leila aime ce qu’elle fait, elle a de très bon conseils et de très bon gouts et les prix sont raisonnables. Je vous recommande fortement cette boutique.

I had an amazing experience at Leila Haute Couture! I went to try on and pick up my wedding dress today after Asma did the alterations. She did an amazing job! She is so kind and caring and dedicated to making her brides happy. I love my dress and the alterations she did! Also, back when I was originally looking to find my wedding dress, Asma, Lili, and Shirin were an amazing help! They were devoted to helping me find my dream dress and did everything they could to help. I couldn't be happier with my dress and the experience I had at Leila Haute Couture!

Found my Mother of the groom dress finally, I am a plus size and no one seemed to have any appropriate dresses in my size in stock, with only 8 weeks until the Wedding I was getting concerned, the girls were amazing, so helpful, patient and supportive, I tried on so many dresses until I settled on my favourite one ️. They have beautiful dresses. They promise that they can do all types of alterations to sell the dress. Disappointed with the craftsmanship of the alterations and the cost, which I found out after the purchase of the dress. Not impressed. Would not return again.

I had such an amazing experience with Shereen and Lilly at Leila Haute Couture when shopping for my wedding dress! Every dress in the store was absolutely beautiful and modern. The selection was amazing, along with a variety of sizes to try on. I found my wedding dress here after previously visiting 2 other bridal stores with not so great experiences.at Leila, the service was unbeatable. They made sure everything fit perfectly, added material to close up the back of the dress if it didn’t zip, suggested alterations to help achieve my expected look and really listened to what I was looking for. They also made the time for my mother and mother in law to browse through their selections of dresses. My mother in law found the most beautiful dress, a modern twist on a « mother of the groom » dress. Everything was absolutely perfect, but most importantly the service exceeded my expectations. I found Leila Haute Couture while searching the web after a ridiculously disappointing experience with another wedding dress store (Chateau Nadia - me and my maid of honor had flown from New Brunswick to visit their store based on reviews and their apparent "good" reputation on Instagram). I requested an appointment online with Leila with absolutely no hope knowing that we were only in Montreal for another day. When they called me, I was on a half-day trip experiencing the beautiful Mont-Royal park. The girls made a few phone calls, moved appointments and were finally able to accommodate me as their last client on that same day (a busy Saturday). I had no time to change, nor did I do my hair or make up. I literally showed up at their store wearing my running shoes, leggings, a pony tail and a tuque. As soon as I walked into the store, I immediately noticed that they were taking good care of their dresses and knew their stock very well. There is a fine line between an overly friendly consultant and a pushy consultant, they did not crossed that line. Everything is moving fast in this little store, they want you to try on as many dresses as you can which was okay for me since I already had a good idea of ​​what I was looking for. When I tried on my favorite dress for the second time towards the end of the consultation, they dimmed the lights, put on some romantic music and gave me a bouquet of flowers and high heels to create the "I say yes to the dress" moment. Did it feel like a sales tactic? Kind of. Did I say yes to the dress because of that? Absolutely not. I just loved everything about that dress. They gave us a small bottle of champagne to celebrate while they prepared the bill. I ended up buying the dress, the veil and hair accessories. I left the store excited and grateful for their good service.

We went to Leila Haute Couture late this afternoon to look for a wedding dress for my daugther who is getting married next summer. This was the third wedding dress shop we visited today. Although the service at the first two stores was excellent, the service that Lily and Shirin provided at Leila Haute Couture was incredible and really stood out. Lily and Shirin stayed with us for over 2 hours after store closing time, and didn't mind a bit. They helped my daugther in every which way to find the perfect dress. Lily and Shirin worked tiredlessly with her, and even added white sparkly material under a beige sample store dress so that it would look like a white dress, which was what my daughter wanted. My daugther fell in love with the dress, and matching veil, which we ordered in her size. I don't know how they did it, but they pulled off a miracle, which brought tears of joy to my daugther. Thank you Lily and Shirin for all your help and such an amazing experience.

This is the bridal store where I had the most fun. The staff is incredibly thoughtful, understanding and helpful. They did everything for me to feel comfortable and my only regret is not going there before going to other places (and I went to A LOT of places including all the very high-end ones and several boutiques in other cities as well). Shirin, Lili and ASMA are the best out there and I will for sure go back for a gala dress if I ever have to attend a formal event. Thank you girls, so so much, from the bottom of my heart. ️

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this bridal shop from the moment I walked in. When someone came to “greet” my family and I at the door, I was looked up and down and given a snarky face. I was asked what I was looking for and gave them my ideas. I was then asked about budget where I was practically made fun of. I was then proceeded to try one 3 dresses that were absolutely not what I had asked for and was being pressured into buying a dress on the spot. When trying on my 3rd dress, the consultant grabbed a dress “in my size” that was absolutely not in my size, I was practically floating in it and kept being told that I looked amazing and I should buy it on the spot. I was super uncomfortable the whole time I was there and holding back tears on how badly I was treated. I would not recommend this bridal boutique to anyone. There are much more amazing ones with great service in Montreal. Avoid at all costs.

J'ai eu un RDV à 14: 30 en fin de semaine. Je crois que l'équipe était occupée avec une autre mariée, alors ça l'a pris un certain temps avant qu'on nous remarque et ma belle soeur avait son jeune bébé de 4 mois. Heureusement, le personnel a vite remédié à tout cela en installant confortablement ma belle soeur et ma nièce ainsi que mes 2 demoiselles d'honneur et ma mère. J'ai compris par la suite que les séances d'essayage peuvent prendre plus de temps de prévu et que c'est délicat d'aviser la future mariée qui a toute sorte d'émotions avec son entourage pour pouvoir en accueillir une autre. De notre côté, nous devons faire preuve de patience. Je crois qu'avec la nervosité, en tant que future mariée, nous pouvons oublier cela.
J'ai été très bien conseillée par Cherine. Elle était très efficace et prenait en considération les opinions de tous. Elle a laissé la chance à mes proches de choisir des robes pour moi, (je crois que celles-ci ont adoré faire cela) et elle m'a apporté plusieurs excellentes suggestions. J'ai d'ailleurs opté pour une robe que Cherine a choisi. Elle a bien su cerner que certaines suggestions sur le style de la robe d'une de mes proches n'étaient pas tout à fait ce qui me correspondaient en tant que future mariée. Parfois, les gens suggère des choses plus appropriés pour eux-mêmes et oublie que ce n'est pas eux qui se marient! Cherine était 120% à mon écoute et elle m'offrait plusieurs options si je désirais modifier des détails sur la robe. Pas une option, plusieurs. Je me sentais en confiance et entre de bonnes mains. Ça m'a extrêmement touchée qu'elle soit tout aussi émotive que mes proches lorsque j'ai choisi ma robe.

Thank you to Lily and Shirin for helping me say yes to the dress! I told them exactly what my vision was and I found my dress on the 2nd try. They are good listeners and it was the first time I felt like a future bride. They were helpful in giving a personalized experience and were able to set a good ambiance as well.

Leila is very accomodating and she gave suggestions on the gown that fits to the figure of the bride. I bought my wedding gown last year October 2020. There gowns are amazing and superb. Thank you very much for the very beautiful wedding gown.

I went here with my mom over the weekend and we received horrible service. We walked in to check it out, and they decided to take us without an appointment which was nice initially. They started off by asking us if we would be willing to buy today.we were looking to buy if we found something we liked. They rushed us the whole time, and tried to sell my mom anything she put on. If I did not like something the sales consultant would get annoyed that I gave my opinion. At the end when my mom found a dress she liked she told her if you buy today and get $500 off the ticket price but the offer won't be available if you come back another day, and keep in mind we took you with no appointment and you tried on more than 3 dresses but no pressure. I didn't say anything because i did not want to ruin my mom's experience but I can't believe she had the audacity to say that. Anyways and my mom wanted to think about it, she went back and they refused to order the dress in her size or let her know the name of the designer. We won't be going back.

I want to write a review reflective of the service I received but I don't have a literary degree and I'm not a writer, so I'll try my best. My sales person Shirin was so amazing. I reccomend anyone to ask for her. It was my first time shopping and she made me feel so at ease. She listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses that she thought would flatter me. I swear she knew it was my dress before I did. Before I even saw myself in the dress she went and got a veil and bouquet. We all got teary eyed when we saw me in the dress. It was such a wonderful experience.

Had a great experience working with Leila Haute Couture team and their seamstress. Showed them photos of a dress I loved and with that we picked out other similar dresses. They understood exactly what I wanted and the first dress I tried on was the only one! The seamstress did an amazing job at creating sleeves and adding matching lace to make the whole dress match and flow with the added sleeves. Over all, I would definitely recommend.

1st boutique I went to for my wedding dress shopping - and found THE dress there! They have a lot of selections for your budget. All of the dresses - I do mean ALL - I tried on were classy and sophisticated! Beautiful, elegant pieces! They also have dresses for your entire wedding entourage and are as pretty as the wedding gowns!

The building doesn't look much from the outside, but do not be fooled by this! The customer service and quality of their dresses exceed beyond expectations! Leila, Shereen (I hope I got her name spelling right, haha), and Asma are knowledgeable, dedicated, and efficient professionals!
