Everytime I call to make a first time appointment - which has been many times, no one answers the phone. I find it extremely unprofessional.

My wife and I have been clients at LensCrafters Carrefour Laval for over 25 years. We have "more complicated" lens prescriptions. We have always received the best of services possible from "the whole team" as well as a super good choice of quality frames & brands. The service at this Lenscrafters location is unbeatable! Not only are the people there so helpful, but they are kind, understanding, and honest. Wendy, who helped me, is so knowledgeable and patient! She took the time to help me choose two pairs of glasses and showed me so many models before I made my choice. I highly recommend this welcoming Lenscrafters location! I have never experienced customer service like this anywhere else.

J’ai acheté des lunettes là il y a 3 ans, mais expériences décevantes récemment avec le personnel en place, sauf Yelena. 3 opinions différentes avec 3 personnes différentes. Également, votre personnel devrait avoir des porte-nom qui identifient clairement leur titre professionnel. On ne sait pas si on a affaire à des vendeuses ou à des opticiennes en règle.

Je me suis présenté avec des lunettes brisées [Oakley] et la personne en place trouvait drôle que je demande pour un « mécanicien ». En français ça se dit, mais clairement elle s’est arrêté au sens anglais du mot [mechanic]. Pour faire une histoire courte, jamais elle ne m’a proposé une solution à court terme.

J’ai simplement collé le bras de la lunette avec de la colle contact, mais il est étrange qu’une personne qui travaille dans ce domaine ne soit pas plus informée ou débrouillarde dans la recherche de solutions immédiates afin d’aider un client.

Her non-verbal was screaming: “I don’t care, they’re totally broken. ”

I call her — not to her face of course (!) — an “asian would-be Karen” lol!

She doesn’t understand French much nor she will make any effort to speak it in front of French-speaking customers although I understand English quite well. She shouldn’t be working in customer service as her service his non helpful, condescending and borderline rude.

And I don’t know if this person is a salesperson, a laboratory technician or a licensed optician? (!). Not clear.

As a result, I will buy elsewhere my lenses for my Oakley. 2/5. “It is what it is. ”

Rafik gave my family and I amazing service. He was very attentive, quick and most of all friendly.

Rafik is so helpful, patient and remarkably knowledgeable for what concerns both style and fit of eye glasses. He is very professional, friendly and made sure we are very satisfied for what we chose. My optometrist, Pamela is amazing and knowledgeable who is also Rafik’s recommendation. This is my best eye exams and purchase experience.
