Urgent repair of prescription sunglasses where metal in hinge had perished, done with care and expertise for no charge: very appreciative customer

I had lost little screw on my sunglass and visited store today. One of the representative, Sarah fixed it in no time and for free, did bot ven accept the tip. Very pleasant environment! Would recommend to visit the store if you need anything related to glasses.

My partner lost a screw on his glasses and they fixed it for us right away! They were super helpful, we were visiting the city and didn’t speak very much french so Sarah and the staff there were lifesavers.

I went in for a glass repair because I lost one of the screws and thanks to the lovely two people that were infront. They helped me. Fast and reliable service! Thank you, again. Well appreciated!

Sarah helped me pick out two new pair of glasses at this location. She’s the best optician I’ve ever been to, hands down. Knowledgeable, friendly, and no nonsense. Pro-tip: if you want wrap around sunglasses but your RX is too strong for Oakleys, ask about the “sports goggles” which aren’t on display. Same look at a lower price point with more flexibility for strong RXs.

I’ll definitely be back next time I need glasses or an adjustment. Thanks Sarah!

I got a pair of prescription glasses as a gift from a friend of mine from BC. When i got them I noticed that my vision was not focused. Since the pair of glasses was a gift I didn't ask them for a receipt or even tell them that it wasn't good for my eyes or wasn't making my vision better. I decided to go to LensCrafters because I lived in the states and LensCrafters are everywhere and their customer service was excellent well was I in for a surprise. I called the LensCrafters and ask them if they can check the prescription if it was correct the lady on the phone said if I didn't buy them from LensCrafters there's nothing that they can do I said well I got these as a gift they told me to go and call the people who gave me the gift and asked for a receipt well I think that's kind of tacky. I was willing to pay for them to check but they said no I guess this is not the same LensCrafters that I knew or I know it's pretty pretty bad customer service and I will never shop at LensCrafters again as I did in the past. Shame on you LensCrafters you should have checked those glasses and if it wasn't right hey I would have purchased another pair of lenses again horrible customer service I will never ever go in LensCrafters again.

I have been dealing with Melanie for the last 5 years. She is such a pleasure to do business with. Melanie goes out of her way to ensure that your glasses are a perfect fit to your face and answers any questions you may have. She is patient, knowledgeable, friendly and always has a smile when serving me. Her customer service is impeccable.

A screw came off my glasses a while back and I finally got the time to fix it. They did an excellent job and fixed it for me for free! The employees were very friendly and I liked how clean their store was. 10/10 would recommend!

Went to ask about their offers for frame + progressive lenses and have a look at their frames. Was told off by staff member who did not let me enter the store as I did not have a prescription with me. Seriously? This is how you treat a potential client. Ridiculously rude and inappropriate. This store does not deserve to be in business!

Superb service! One of their employee Anna was very polite and helpful. I Got my glasses in 1 hr. I didn't have to wait for weeks. Couldn't be happier with my experience at this Lenscrsfters store.

Ils ont un vaste choix de montures, par contre le service de l’opticienne laisse à désirer. Ça fait deux fois que j’y vais pour faire ajuster mes lunettes et elle ne regarde même pas si elle sont droite sur vous elle vous demande quel côté et les ajuste au « pif », résultat mes lunettes sont encore plus croche, elle a ajusté le mauvais côté deux fois, même chose pour mon enfant, elle demande, est-ce qu’elle sont correct? Mon enfant répond oui oui, et elle ne vérifie pas non plus, résultat mon enfant se retrouve avec des lunettes qui tombent sans cesse. L’opticienne a l’air tanné d’être là. Pas amicale trop, elle fait le minimum et passe à un autre client. A éviter!

J'aimerais donner une étoile comme note. Service horrible! Je suis allée pour acheter un nettoyer des lunettes. Il y a eu que deux employées, et ils m'ont ignoré. Donc, je suis allée chez Bon Look, au Centre Eaton, où j'ai reçu un service impeccable, courtois, et professionnelle. Ils m'ont accueilli chaleureusement. Je ne vais jamais retourner chez Lenscrafters! Vous devriez avoir honte d'embaucher des employés snobs comme ça! Surtout durant une pandémie!

Very friendly and efficient service. Optometrist Huot answered all my questions clearly and courteously. Huot and LensCrafters customer service was also very satisfactory, Ana took care of me and I was very satisfied with the whole process. I will surely recommend them.

I went there today and was served so aggressively I had to make a formal complaint to the head office.

Excellent experience, I will not hesitate to purchase more glasses from Lense Crafters.

Great selection of frames and lense types as well. Its also very convenient that there is a lense lab on site. I left with my new glasses the same day.

I had the most incredible service from Mélanie at LensCrafters today. Merci Mélanie pour la service fantastique! Ce n’est pas souvent qu’on a ce niveau d’aide - c’est très apprécié!

Excellent service, où l'on a su bien cerner mes besoins et mes goûts et offrir le service en conséquence, ajoutant le petit plus qui donne envie de faire affaire avec Lenscrafter.

Je voulais acheter des lunettes, la personne qui m’a servi me parlais d un ton grave et d une façon hautaine. Je demande des questions a propos des lunettes mais elle me répond: non on fait pas ca.pourtant j’ai juste demande si on peut diminué la largeur de lunettes. Et j’étais surpris de sa façon de parler avec moi si gravement aucun sourir. J’ai du choisir d aller chez des autres la ou j ai reçu le bon service client. Malheureusement pas de professionnalisme ni de respect.
La madame était petite de taille avec des lunettes et des cheveux noir long jusqu’aux épaules.
J ai fais la visite jeudi 13 aout 2020 enver 18h10

I specifically told the employee I did not want any add-on to the lens or the insurance coverage, but she was so persistent to give me the whole bundle. She was trying to convince me and giving me ridiculous reasons to why I should have it. I told her, I only needed to wear glasses on specific occasions and getting the most expensive bundle would be a waste in my case. She was not listening to me. When I thought she finally understood and I was about to pay, the amount did not match what I wanted, but the expensive bundle. I do not like to be pressured into buying something I do not need or want.

Recently purchased 3 pairs of glasses at this location (2 clear + 1 prescription sunglasses).
Staff is friendly, patient and professionnal. They took time to show me various options. Large selection and bright open concept location.

Many thanks to Zineb for her enthousiasm, her advices and picking the right frames for me. (those Armanis fit so well, got great comments.).

Got the glasses quickly in about a week and vision is perfect.

Honestly if I could leave zero stars I would called to book my appointment on the 3rd of January got one for the 15th of January by 3: 30pm then got a call on the 14th saying I should be there by 10 am like that's not bad enough I got there and was turned down and told to get another appointment like I planned for 3: 30 got 10 a day before and still showed up and their rep had the guts to tell me if I didn't have the appointment on a business card there's nothing she can do. Nonsense not all of us have the time to parade downtown with no parking space just cos we need an eye exam

If you’re a tourist and you need to buy new contacts with your prescription, go to LensCrafters! The lady was super helpful and found exactly the contacts that I need under a different brand name.

Don't make the mistake of going to this Lenscrafters. The service here is horrible. The associates seem fine, but the manager is awful. So petty and actively hostile to customers. Have been a Lenscrafters customer for years but will never be going back to this location.

Had to bring back my glasses because I was given the wrong prescription with no anti-glare that I paid for and lenses that were coming out of the frame. Went back, got them re-done, and the legs of my glasses were broken (mis-aligned & wobbly), have to go back tomorrow to get them fixed. Wouldn't recommend this place, they clearly don't care about service and disregarded my complaints despite the fact that I paid 300+$ for my lenses.

I bought a pair of Ray-Ban prescription sunglasses and a pair of prescription reading glasses today for $718.00 with discount. I was well pleased with the price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks

J avais une demande special qui selon certain commerçant de lunettes à Montréal était impossible à faire. La commande était simple me faire une lunette qui avait un verre opaque et un verre clair. Félicitations à LensCrafters qui a réussi à me livre un produit excellente condition et livré en moins de 14 jours merci beaucoup

Expérience décevante, j ai acheté des verres solaires Rayban et fait mettre ma prescription. Ils ne m ont pas donné les verres sans prescription qu ils ont remplacé pour mettre les verres avec corrections, comme je ne les portais pas je suis retourné pour faire remettre des verres sans corrections pour pouvoir les donner et ils m ont chargé 50. $ T taxes pour des verres sans corrections car ils n avaient pas de preuve qu ils avaient oublié de me les remettre. La morale de cette histoire, si vous achetez une monture et que vous faites mettre votre correction assurez vous qu ils vous donnes les verres sans corrections sinon ils vous chargeront le gros prix pour leur erreur. Moi de mon côté c’était ma première et ce sera ma dernière expérience avec eux. J avais quand même acheté plus de 1,000. $ avec ma lunette de vue.

J’ai vraiment pas apprécié de la façon j’ai été accueillie par la dame à la réception de l’examen de la vue. Je m’étais trompée de place et elle m’expliquait d’une façon hautaine et condescendante que j’étais au mauvais endroit! Pas cool, ca vous coûte quoi d’être sympa? Ca m’a laissé une très mauvaise impression et ne me donne pas envie d’essayer leurs services. Je suis bien contente d’avoir pris un rdv avec un autre endroit de l’autre côté de la rue!
