Rona ont commencé pour la période des fêtes, des jolis sapins partout et la décoration d'intérieur est magnifique, j'ai beaucoup aimé leurs Carole town! Quand on lit le mondet entrepôt on croit qu'on va pas trouver facilement ce qu'on veut mais au contraire grâce à leur rangement L'employé qui nous a servi était très gentil et amical.

Délais très long au comptoir de service. 3 employés un en break et les deux autres s occupe du même client très longtemps.

Service is non existing. Nobody wants to help to small doubts. They are all too busy to answer. I tried explaining to a guy what I needed, he wouldn't speak a word of English. He told me is not his department anyways, talk to the manager. No manager was found in the store. Never going back.

I received the best possible service from a new employee, Sharrys. It was her first day on the job, Sunday March 28. I wanted to purchase large planters that I saw online. There were only 2 of them on the shelves, I wanted 5. She contacted on of her coworkers Alexandre and they were able to quickly locate more stock, on a very high shelf, not easy for them to get to it but they did! Congratulations Ron! To

This Rona location always seems to have items available that others don’t. The staff is friendly and helpful. Staff is bilingual and floor area is clean.

Went to get a patio set and buy it in pretty order, after the website had "bugged" and charged me twice without completing the transaction store clerk was helpful and friendly, but then 1h later manager called to cancel the transaction, asked me to drive back 30 min because they had to cancel all preorders, said my card would be reimbursed right away (lied it took 5 days) when I called back to inform he didn't even bother to pick up the phone or call back, would have given 1 (minimum) but the clerk was very nice

Je viens de revenir du centre de coupe de Rona St-Laurent et j'ai reçu un service incroyable. L'associé Rona a su répondre à toutes mes questions et a fait un travail phénoménal.

J'ai pris l'habitude de toujours revenir à celui-ci, le service est particulièrement bon. Je réussi toujours à parler à des gens connaisseurs et compétents, je réussi toujours à avoir les conseils que j'ai besoin.

Ma tante m'a épousé pendant dix ans et m'a offert des cadeaux de cette entreprise. Je pense que leurs produits sont très bons! Ils ont même laissé un petit message pour me féliciter. Je vous les recommande.

Terrible delivery services. Delivery men left fridge in front of my door, refused to bring up two floors to my apartment. They also managed to scratch the fridge while removing the packaging. The fridge was blocking the only exit/entrance to our apartment building for three hours. Prevented other tenants from access. Very dangerous. Had to carry fridge up two floors with my landlord. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS COMPANY.

Houman helped me so much with what I needed and he even helped me take everything to my car! Plus hes a new employee there! Thank you again!

Elle est aller chercher le prix, le temp d'attente été plus de 20 minutes pour une item de $10.j'ai vue un gérant passer pendant mon atante j'ai explique au gérant que la caissière et en train de prendre mon temps, lui au moment qui m'a répondu j'ai quitté le magasin

Service à la clientèle Zéro. Cet magasin à changé beaucoup depuis 2 ans. Tout le monde se plaignent de la service, comme si les employés sont toujour sous pression.

Martian Denis is the “floor manager” very unprofessional service. Won’t even listen or try to pretend he wants to help. They refused the return of an unopened item. I asked for a store credit and they refused that too. They say items over 100$ need a receipt. I offered the credit card I used for them to search for my bill but they were not able to do that either. I know why RONA is closing stores all over Canada.horrible customer service, after spending over 25,000$ in home renovation supplies you lost a customer for 500$. Thanks

Cashiers very unpleasant. Made comments about my glasses. "they are made to see better". The construction going on and poor signage had many customers confused about entrances and exits. If she doesn't want to work there she should leave and not unleash her frustrations on customers.

Le service au caisse est lent et inefficace. Ils ne sont jamais au courant des promos, ils n’ouvrent jamais de caisses supplémentaires. Il n’y a juste jamais ce que je cherche, il n’y pas d’inventaire. La quantité de personnel au pied carré est infime. On ne se demandera pas pourquoi Lowe’s regrette leur achat. Aujourd’hui était mon dernier achat chez Rona.

A great example of worst possible customer service. It took us good 10 minutes to find an employee, but according to him he didn't know how to use store's phone. So we had to ask help from the store's manager. We got what we wanted, but just because we had to be really assertive on the edge of rudeness.

Wanted to place a decent wood order, including cutting aspenite panels to size. After waiting for 20 minutes to be served to buy a quantity of 4 different woods, we found out by accident that the cutting service would be closed for another 2 1/2 more hours. I'd rented a truck for pickup. We won't be back even though they are 5 minutes from our shop.

They're products are low quality. The foam board looked like it had been left on a job site. Moved around a few times, then returned. Bad selection of material. Definitely will only go back if I have to.

Awful customer service and very unforgiving. After purchasing two toilet seats from this company I went home to install them and realized that they were both not for my specific toilet. I brought them back with the receipt, one and a half hours later, and the customer service agent and manager said that they do not accept toilet seats as returns.
Although I understand that accepting toilet seats could cause sanitary issues, but this was not the case for my situation. I simply bought the wrong fitting seat and, I bought two of them, and only opened one. I just wanted to return both of them and purchase the proper seat. They should have just accepted the returns, sent the open one back to the manufacturer and allowed me to just purchase the correct seats but they would not accept the opened seat. This, in my opinion, is a very unfortunate issue because I will no longer shop up at their store again. They should have realized that I did not use the seat, and simply opened it, to try to install it. I just wanted to return it for the proper size. Shame on them! $50 down the toilet, pun intended!

Sell a liquidation product with miss part and defect, but refuse for return. Tell me to contact the company by myself. Attitude of customer service people are rude and impolite.

The quality of their pressure treated lumber is significantly inferior to what you find in other stores. Their customer service is also below grade.

Je sais qu'au salaire minimum, ce ne sont pas tous des génies, mais je trouve très drôle que sur des centaines d'employés, il n'y en a pas une qui puisse opérer une scie ronde surtout qu'ils n'ont pas l'air trop occupés
Tout ce que ca prend c'est un peut de bon sens et de jugement, ce qui semble manquer cruellement chez rona

Le Rona le moins adapté pour les entrepreneurs, j'attends au moins 30 minutes pour passer à la caisse le matin car il n'y a pas assez de personnel.

Le centre de coupe refuse de couper 1 panneau de mélamine avec 2 coupes droite.

Terrible et à éviter

They're not too different from most other department stores, they've got all the items you can expect them to carry. Prices are reasonable and sale prices are respected. You can also rent a truck to load up your purchases and bring them home.
