Leo et Lea

Le pire service que je n’est jamais reçu. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette endroit de toilettage. Premièrement, j’y suis allez trois fois, les deux dernières fois, la propriétaire m’a appeler 10 minutes avant mon rendez-vous pour me dire qu’il aurai du retard de 30-45 minutes, on s’entend que je suis déjà presque arrivé lorsque le rendez-vous est dans 10 minutes, très arrogante et condescendante en plus au téléphone au lieu de s’excusez du contre temp. La dernière fois que j’y suis allez avec mon chat pour un brossage, j’ai entendu la propriétaire crier sur les animaux qu’elle toilettait, elle sacrait. Je lui est laissez savoir que ce n’étais vraiment pas approprié, elle a effectuer le soins, m’a fait payer et m’a mentionner de ne plus jamais revenir en me montrant la porte. Cette personne ne devrait en aucun temp s’occuper d’animaux. Je trouve cela presque dangereux. (j’ai changé mon nom, parce que je souhaite garder l’anonymat)

I’ve been bringing my dog here for a while now, every time i do, i’m extremely happy with the result. They really work well in order to remove matting and still make my dog look fluffy and cute. My dog can be very anxious, when i bring him there he’s always so happy. Thank you Leo et Lea For being kind to Kobe & making him look so cute!

We've had several good experiences here but after today we won't be returning. I was surprised by a new price that was 33% higher than before; new prices are apparently posted on their plexiglass even though you book appointments by phone 4 months in advance and the prices went up from $90 to $120 (supposedly due to rising inflation and shampoo costs). They furthermore went from taking 2 hours to groom my pup to 3 hours which affects my ability to schedule my own workday. Because they took longer than usual, it encroached on time that I had scheduled for a work related activity. This activity in turn made me late to pick up my pups for the first time since I've been coming here. While I understand late fees, for a first time from a long time client, it could've easily been waived.

I called at 11: 15 after my pups were with them since 9am, and they did not pick up nor attempt to call back until much later. I came to find out afterwards that one dog was ready while the other wasn't. Regardless, they claimed that they can't answer the phone due to dog safety issues. This is reasonable. However I am confident that they could have found a moment to call back sooner just the same way that they're able to find a moment to greet you, bring you your dogs and take payment when you arrive for pickup.

We've been patient with Leo et Lea while they underwent staffing changes and booking issues which have previously affected us and left us in a bind when they cancelled previous appointments with little to no notice (and blamed the departing staff members for leaving them high and dry) but Leo et Lea has shown an inability to be understanding to their customers after spending so long asking their customers to be understanding to them.

I suggested that there is responsibility on both my side and Leo et Lea's side to be more respectful of each other's time and instead I was called entitled. Just know that if you bring up an issue with them, and subsequently cancel a future appointment, they will threaten to close your file. I guess it's easier to say goodbye to return clients and find new ones rather than maintain your client base.

It is clear that Leo and Lea does not value maintaining a relationship with their repeat customers.

Previous cost: $90+tx and tip for the one dog
Today's cost: $135+tx and tip for the one dog, $270 total for both pups (15lb and 50lbs).

We've been going here for a while to get our dog's claws clipped. I like to support independently owned small businesses when I can but the quality of service still has to be good. This place is excellent. Each time I come, the staff greet me, they're friendly adn attentive, they do a good job, they're super nice to my dog and give him lots of attention and they're fast. It makes me think the employees are treated well. That's important.

Mon chien n'a eu que des expériences positives. Il est un peu nerveux lors des coupes de griffes, mais les toiletteuses semblent très expérimentées et en contrôle, et font toujours en sorte que ça soit une expérience positive pour lui. Je recommande fortement!

Mon petit toutou est traité comme un roi par Chanelle. Chanelle est patiente et très serviable et mon toutou l'adore!

Un équipe extra pour prendre soin de mon petit caniche capricieux qui n’aime pas l’eau! Merci de prendre soin d’elle comme si c’était votre chien! ️
