Ticketing company based in Quebec that is used to making rock shows. They took us on as a client and failed to deliver at many instances. Further more many mistakes were made during our event that cost us ticket sales.
We are currently attempting to close our accounting books and require a sales and refund report due to the event cancellation because of COVID. The company will only give it to us if we pay them $125. Meaning we cannot get our data unless we pay.
