Went in at 5.30 pm on a Tuesday. Spent approximately 20 minutes in men's shoes.
Nobody came to help, and No one in store. When we left 4 other customers walking around and 2 associates behind d the cash just talking. Did not even look our way as we left.
Terrible service.

Personne pour m'aider sur le plancher j'ai du chercher ce que j'avais de besoin.

3 employées, 1 dame très gentille était au téléphone possiblement avec un client et les 2 autres s'occupaient d'un client au comptoir pourquoi 2. Nous étions 5 en file d'attente à la caisse.

If your in for mens safety boots now is a good time. The choice has a big range in styles lately. Also they're regular priced but still mostly in the $80 to $130 range.
The store is fairly well organized but it's almost impossible to find help, especially after 5pm. It can be nice to shop without being bothered by salespeople though.

This place is one of my favorite places to shop, my friends know too, that when they are going to give me a gift certificate, it's always Lequiper,
Good quality stock that lasts longer, it's mainly construction hard quality clothing, but also they have non construction clothing and shoes, fir both man and women.

P.s. C'est le surnon le plus bizarre que j'ai entendue mais également aussi unique que toi.

Rabais varier en magasin et beau choix de vêtements de tous les jours ainsi que pour le travail. Bottes a cap d'acier de tous les genres.

Trouvez pantalons pyjama les moins chers du marché, service au ralenti dans le magasin, vue peu de personnelle

Very disappointed, went 3 times! They had no stock.
Couldn't find the safety boots i wanted in my size.
Had to go to a competitor.

Currently waiting in a line for 20 mins because this store doesmt have a customer service counter. Gentleman at one counter is trying on shoes while the other lady at the 2nd counter has been messing around with cards in her purse talking about everything under the sun. I should be able to purchase stuff quick - get in get out.

Missing quite a lot of inventory (perhaps COVID related issues) and somewhat disinterested staff. Otherwise a standard Equipeur.

Place was a mess, couldn't find anything I was looking for. No one asked me if I needed any help, had no idea who I could ask for help because no one wears uniforms/anything to identify them as employees.

Terrible experience.

Black Friday. 20% off one jacket and only that color. A real joke! Full price on everything and avg.sizes on pants don’t exist nowhere. Good selection of socks.that’s it. Won’t be sad to see this store close down unfortunately.

Took advantage of current sales offers resulting in savings that almost entirely paid for a pair of Levi's 505 jeans! Yess!

Seriously do NOT love this particular store at all. Inventory is jumbled into tight spaces and the flow in the store is horrific although well indicated. I wanted women's work boots and men's leather linesman gloves. Didn't think it would be that complicated. Terrible selection of work boots and no sizes except for the demo (maybe). I walked out and will order online. Don't waste your time searching for product at this location

Manque de personnel. 1er choix, pas stock, 2e choix pas stock, 3e choix pas ma grandeur, 4e choix 40% plus cher qu'affiché ils ne veulent pas l'autorisé, mais la photo match le produit. Franchement, mettez de l'ordre dans ce magasin.

Not the most cheerful bunch and not the best service. They didn't have my size, ordered from another store, never received them nor did I get a phone call to tell me why. Terrible customer service.

Malheureusement, cette chaîne ne vend pas de vêtements pour hommes de grande taille ET grande pointure.

Incompétent le seul mot qui va bien avec eux. Il y avais une promotion Canadien tire qu'il te donnais un rabais en plus de leur rabais j'ai acheter une pair de cap d'acier et rendu a la caisse je paye avec les 2 rabais mais rendu a la maison je calcule et sa n'arrive carrément pas a se que ca devrai être j'y retourne et leur explique que ce nest le bon montent la propriétaire au cheveux rose histérique me dit carrément NOOON cest pas vrai ya aucune compensation je ne rembourse pas la difference. Moi j'état comme wtf cest mon argent que tu me doit la difference j'ai mentionner la police si elle ne me remboursai pas elle a dit capote pas la la ma te rembourser.vraiment a éviter cest des fraudeurs vérifier vos FACTURE!
