J’adore leur scrubs et habituellement j’ai un bon service à la clientèle, mais le service d’aujourd’hui d’une des employées laisse grandement à désirer l’employée était bête solide solide et un ton pratiquement condécendant vraiment déçu du service d’aujourd’hui

Produits avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Mauvaise expérience de ramassage à l'auto malgré le suivi des consignes. Après 20 mn d'attente, j'ai fini par me présenter à l'intérieur, on avait oublié d'amener mes paquets qui se trouvaient à la caisse. Pratiquement aucun client dans le magasin à ce moment là.

Overly crowded clothing racks and shelves. Not much variety in terms of product brands. Mostly Wind River and Denver Hayes with lesser amounts of other brands. Definitely not a place for anything dressy. Corporate owner is Canadian Tire.

Busy for black friday sales, but very well organized. Very nice staff and free pair of insulated socks for a promotion.

Have to say service was great here. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable despite store being very busy. And not just one person but both cashier's and floor staff

Great Covid protocols in place, good availability of merchandise, very helpful staff. Surprise sale on mens sweaters! Good access, disabled friendly, but bring a helper as the floor is jammed with product. Recommend!

On été là-bas ce soir pour acheter un sac à lunch et un conseiller était terrible! C'était un jeun garson qui était désagréable et n'était pas gentil, pas du tout. Je ne veux pas retourner à cette place, en plus, une personne qui était à l'accueil n'était pas au courant où nous diriger pour trouver nos affaires.

No one helped me. I didn't get the discount that's suppose to go to your email and paid full price for my boots. The $15 off of the $50 promo should have been minimal.

I like this location because the staff actually are truly bilingual (they both speak and understand English). Plus they are always eager and ready to help you find what you need.

The store is very bright, clean and tidy.

I was very pleased to find Lois jeans here when my son was a teenager. It was the only cut that he could fit into because he was so very slender.

They carry the best underwear for heavy workouts that help prevent chaffing.

I have purchased quality boots here at a great discount because this is one of the stores that is stocked very well.

I love shopping here when they offer the buy one and get the second at half off.

Definitely enjoy shopping here good staff, always find what I'm looking for and have never left empty handed.

Prices not very convicing more they see is a specials u get there is no that what u see in fly and they need more people to work in the store allways looking for some 1 to help me

They always have a lot of inventory in stock. I'm not afraid they'll ever miss out of a particular product.

Why do I bother with this location? Every time I've gone to this location I've been disappointed. Arghhhh! I hate to write something negative but.this location always has issues.

Save yourself the hassle and go to Mark's in Ottawa. Way better service.

This is a great store for me. They have good quality clothing (5) that stands up the test of time. Pricing is fair considering quality. Here I managed to shop for my gloves with nobody around to great me even less to serve. Visited on a Mon (after blkFri.) when staff were busy cleaning and doing their markdowns/pricing which seemed more interesting then talking with me. I acknowledged the task the young lady was performing. When I asked if by any chance the gloves I was looking at were on sale, she was contended to say "I don't know, it's a new sale starting" and perused with her task at hand. I walked out figuring I'll come back the next day to see if on sale. The clerk should've taken the gloves and check for pricing at the cash or even attempt to serve me or find someone that could help me, etc. I also find the store cluttered, especially (but not limited) the footwear section i.e. Missing pricing on some displays or wrong shoe displayed etc. Boxes pilled up on the floor randomly (or looks that way). It's almost a section no staff wants to work in so looks unattended. Can certainly see they have a staff shortage here or possibly the store is badly managed. Certainly not an easy task managing in the service industry nowadays. Goid luck. Oh btw, it's now Sunday and I still haven't return for the gloves. Probably sold out by now: (.
