The store is spacious and organized.the customer service depends on how lucky you are to get any. The website for online shopping is a total disgrace and an embarrassment, it's designed for 1998 not 2023, it's very much useless, items cannot be selected, the website is slow and unresponsive, probably they want to force people to go to the stores rather than shopping online. The merchandise.slightly overpriced, particularly when it comes to shoes, not that much variety either. The pants are available in just one length: 34 so if you need a 32 you'll have to pay to have them hemmed, this means the store is not stocked regularly.my advice: don't bother with the store.

I came in ready to buy thermal pants. When I asked an employee for help, she told me to show her the product on my phone, but I did not have internet. She then refused to help me.
The staff there does not have good customer service and are ill equiped.

Je n'est pas du tout reçu un bon service de la gérante qui ne m'a montrer aucun intérêt a régler mon problème après m'avoir refuser un rabais de 10% au membre que j'ai droit grâce a mon association de travail, sous prétexte que je devais avoir le code barre en papier et non sur mon téléphone (qui était pourtant le document officiel et non une photo ou un screenshot). Je ne sais pas si c'est L'Équipeur qui sont arriérés et exigent un copie papier encore en 2023 alors de l;air du numérique, ou bien si c'est seulement la gerante qui s'en foutait. Bref très déçu du service (pas de la jeune caissiere qui etait de mon coter, mais bien de la gerante qui s'en sacrais)
