Nice store, friendly staff with very easy, hassle free returns. My husband just made some returns for me and the young man was very nice and fast. When I called to clarify something, he was very nice and polite to me as well. March 27/2023 5: 45pm

I ordered socks over a month ago to be picked up at this store. Website says orders are shipped between 5-8 days. I emailed customer service after 10 days, they said my order was on its' way. After 20 days i contacted them again and they said someone would be in touch with me. It has now been 35 days without any news. All i ordered were winter socks that were in stock at the store at the time i ordered them and that still are in stock at this time. At this rate i'll get my winter socks by the time it is spring. Never ordering through them again.

Edit: After 35 days i was told someone would follow up within a few days. At 45 days without any news on their part i asked for a refund. A few days later a refund was issued without any explanation of what went wrong with my order or attempt to keep my business. Every other place i've shopped in recent years tries to make it right when you bring an issue to their attention. Here they just give you the run around hoping you give up or forget about your order.

Abysmal service all around doesn't even describe it. Avoid at all costs.

Usually love going to Marks to shop but the last 3 times at the location in Pointe claire Hymus montreal quebec has been absolutely disappointing. The manager (tall blonde hair man named robert possibly?) at that location is incredibly rude and they put items in the liquidation section that aren't even in liquidation! Then give us attitude saying it's impossible.as there are 6 pairs there! On top of that, my father bought t-shirts by the Brand Denver hayes that have all shrunken in the wash down 3 sizes. They again do not want to help us at all and give us attitude when asking questions. Please give the management training on how to be respectful to customers. Never going back

No evidence of sales staff on the floor. If you need help you need to go looking for someone. Check out staff were helpful and efficient.

Love this store is far from Montréal but I found good sales in levis Columbia H&H and more. Lady at cash was Nice to me.

Good place. You'll find it well stocked usually, I've never been let down when looking for something specific. They have good deals regularly and decent prices for all your outdoorsy and winter comfort needs. A great place to find a variety of clothing to snuggle into during the cold, dark winter months.
