I was at the store on July 8 2023. I was riding my motorcycle and came in with my helmet in my hands and my backpack that I have all my personal items in it. I was told leave your backpack at the cash! I said what? They said its store policy as people shoplift! So you are saying I am a thief? That’s totally disrespectful. I will never shop there again.

A thought for the owner of the store. If i did leave it there and something went missing in my bag, I could have called the police and accused your employees! If you don’t trust your Customers and want them to leave their bags, then provide them a locker where they can securely lock up their belongings.

I will be raising a discrimination complaint to the l’equipeur head office

Wow! Never been to lequipeur. So surprised at the quality of stuff purchased my pajar winter boots at a great price.

Très mauvais service! Ils doivent changer leur personnel ou leur former pour offrir une bonne attention à la clientèle. J'ai été dans deux magasins sur la rive sud depuis deux ans et dans les deux, l'attention est pourris. Personne ne sais rien et en plus ils ne sont pas très gentils! De plus, la merchandise est cher et leur qualité n'est pas top. Je ne retournerai plus jamais.

Le magasin des promenades St-Bruno est fantastique par son choix de vêtements pour hommes et femmes.

J'ai acheté en ligne et j'ai eu 15$ de rabais avec le 1er achat. Ç'a prix 2 semaines pour shipper au magasin pour le ramasser. Après 3 courriel et 2 appels par jour pour venir chercher l'article, j'arrive et ils ne sont pas capables de le trouver.lol
Bref, bon magasin pour travail 'blue collar'.

Avec preuve de résidence, j ai demander un accommodement pour aller à la toilette après 2 heures d automobile et par la suite continuer mon magasinage. REFUSÉ. Merci l equipeur.

1ere et dernière fois au magasin lequipeur malgré les Très bons conseils et service courtois de la part de manon et d'une autre employé cependant rendu à la caisse le jeune commis (cheveux frisé avec lunettes) aucun savoir vivre, ne peut scanner l'article donc me dit tout simplement je peux pas te le vendre si tu le veux va en chercher un autre. Ce qui m'aurait fait plaisir mais svp avec respect. J'ai tout simplement laissé le reste de mes articles et quitté les lieux avec un amertume.

I would have given the place a zero if I could. I am very unsatisfied with the return policy at the store and their way of handling customers. The manager is a bully and incompetent at doing her job. This environment at this store is a racist, homophobic one. My experience there has been a tramatic one to say the least. I have no idea who is responsible for running this store but this is an ongoing issue from my observation and at the end of the day higher Management must be able to train their employees better because this is not a good image for the Company. I will like to add the fact that I bought a pair of ladies shoes, size 10 and returned it less than an hour because the strap was to loose. My feet was slipping out of it and the manager refused to exchange me for a smaller size. She said that it was worn. I never left the mall. If a shoes is that destroyed after an hour, then that is a bad pair of shoes. I took pictures and will send it to the company. Too bad i could not post a pic of it here but maybe I can on Facebook. It will show you how ridiculous this store is. Not only that, I had to drive 30 minutes to get to the store because i had to reserve them. There was no more size10 at my local store.

I called them to ask if the 30% rebate offer was still available through this weekend on everything in store, mid sentence the employee who answered the phone cut me off and rudely answered NO before i could even finish my sentence. This is not the first time we received bad service at this store, and this incident certainly convinced us to never purchase anything at this location again.

On a trouvé ce qu’on cherchait, mais il s’agit d’un franchisé qui ne vous fait pas accumuler de l’ArgentCT. Dommage parce que c’est pas indiqué sur le site internet.

Horrible place to shop and work. Overpriced items and poor quality especially for some coats. Staff is very unpleasant and often smell like they just came back from a smoke break. They also have 0 respect for hard working employees and 100% respect for the lazy staff who do nothing all day.

Very cluttered and shoes section is messy enough that clerk there thought me how to read the code on the box to match it with the one in the demo since fat chance are that you won't even have the same or even a similar model under the demo.

Je mets deux étoiles seulement car il m'est arrivé une mauvaise expérience ce dimanche 9 décembre 2018. J'ai acheté un manteau d'une valeur de 132$ chez vous. J'ai vu dans le circulaire de la semaine, qu'un paquet de 2 paires de bas était offert avec un achat de 50$ ou plus.mais j'étais rendu chez moi! À la caisse, jamais je n'ai été informé de cette offre spéciale d'une durée limitée de 3 jours. J'ai appelé le lendemain matin, j'ai expliqué la situation à la dame au téléphone et elle m'a laissé seulement un jour, après 2 jours, et après argumentation 2 semaines pour venir récupérer les bas. Sachant que j'ai 2h30 de route à faire, je lui ai dit de les garder au moins un mois, et elle n'a rien voulu savoir, disant que ça prenait trop de place. Voyons donc! Je n'achèterai plus dans votre magasin, car les commis ne sont pas au courant des promotions.

Returning items purchased online is way too difficult in-store. The cashier knew that I had purcahsed two items and I brought the weong bill. Required me to drive 10km x 4 times, to bring bak a bill taht she had in the computer. She wouldn’t even accept my online transaction receipt.
