Une excellente clinique pour faire enlever les tattoos; prix compétitif, excellente machine (même que dr. Barolet pour 4 fois moins cher), infirmières qualifiées, clinique super propre et moderne, stationnement gratuit, les résultats sont là. Je suis vraiment ravie des services.

I rarely ever give out 1 star reviews but this place. Receptionists are extremely rude, unwelcoming and impolite. Zero respect given. Disgusting service. Do not recommend this place at all.

Worst client service I ever experienced. The tattoo removal machine brook and the only employee who knew how the machine works left. They've been lying to me for two months saying it will be fix soon but still not up to day. They nevert told me the employee left during this time. This company is not transparent, doesn't call you for follow up and did not refund the total amount I paid when i subscribe for the tattoo removal process. They prefer cash to clients.

Je déconseille le service d'épilation au lazer. Cet établissement manque totalement de professionnalisme. Cela fait des mois qu'il n'y a pas de techniciennes mais nous me savons pas pourquoi. À plusieurs reprises, nous nous sommes présentés au rendez-vous alors qu'il avait été annulé mais personne nous avait avisé. Cela fait 1 mois que nous essayons de les appeler mais personne ne répond et il est impossible de laisser un message sur la boite vocale.

I was highly recommended to see nurse Isabela by a close friend.

I had a great overall experience. The visit was very pleasant, informative and I always felt that my best interest was everyone's priority. The clinic was lovely and it was super easy for me to access it from the metro, plus I did not have to wait to be well received and sorted.
