EXTRÊMEMENT DECU DU CANOL-MISU. J'ai commender 3 jours d'avance pour un 85ieme anniversaire. Voyager 1hrs aller et 1hrs retour pour ce gâteaux specific. J'ai toujours été très satisfaite de vos gâteaux mais la, pas du tout et très gênant devant toute mes invités. De l'extérieur il est magnific. Mais au goût.il goutais RIEN! QUE de la creme.les canolis sans ricotta.c'était comme manger de la creme gelatiniser non sucré. Aucun goût de mascarpone ou de caffè et quasis pas de biscuits. Je suis gener. Very embarrassing moment in front of my family that are stille talking about it 24 hours later. So sad.

I called ahead days earlier to order a birthday cake. I specifically said no chocolate of any kind. The person who the cake is for is highly alkergic to chocolate. The allergy was explained on the phone. We specifically note chocolate and white chocolate. The lemon cake is a birthday present. The cake is full of white chocolate. The person cannot event eat their birthday cake. The sales lady replied, all of our cakes have white chocolate and it's not on the bill stating no chocolate. Not a discount or apology. Just an attitude that it's the consumers fault.

I’ve been coming here for years and the pastries and cakes are good, but the service is always slow. There’s a lot of staff in the front and if you ask for help or stand there to order, they look at you and don’t acknowledge that you’re there. We waited 10-15 minutes to be served at the pastry counter with others lining up as well. When the girl finally came, we told her that the wait is a little too long and she said “sorry”. Too many apologies, no improvement. Good food/products aren’t worth it if the service is poor.

I went to order a simple customized birthday cake for my wife, after getting recommendations. Staff was indifferent and rude. I took my business elsewhere.

J'adore cette endroit pour leur préparation de gâteau, mais ce faire dire que je dois venir 2 semaines en avance pour commander il a 3 mois passés et maintenant me faire dire que je dois commander le 9 Mai pour une fête d'enfants la fin de semaine après est très décevant. Fait deux fois que je me fait retourner. Je suis très déçu!

Pire experience! J'arrive à la patisserie et on me demande ce que je veux en anglais et je lui répond en francais et me regarde en faisant des gros yeux.
Je demande à la caissière un gâteau aux carottes à l'unite.elle dit oui après elle m'apporte un gros gâteau. Elle comprenait rien de ce que je voulais!

À chaque année, ma famille organise une Action de grâce et je suis celle qui est responsable du gâteau. On prend soit le gâteau au fromage Amaretto ou le gâteau Amaretto simple ou celui au noix de Grenoble. (On the side, je prends mes biscuits red velvet) Ça fait plus de 9 ans que je fais affaire avec la pâtisserie et le service est impeccable. Je suis servie autant en français qu’anglais et ce, autant en ligne, au téléphone ou sur place.

Hier, à la fête d’un de mes amis, il y avait un gros gâteau red velvet avec un crémage onctueux. La pâtisserie était moelleux, ça goûtait le bonheur… littéralement, il ne manquait qu’un verre de lait. Ce fut un régale.

Pour ma première expérience chez Délice, achat d'un gâteau d'anniversaire aux fruits qui était congelé à 37$? Et c'était une catastrophe. Trop salé, trop sucré et colant à la bouche. Personne n'a pu mangé et le gâteau est terminé dans la poubelle. J'ai laissé un morceau du gâteau comme échantillon. Je ne comprends pas comment, ces gens continuent d'exercer ce métier noble et tromper les clients. Il mérite même pas lui donner une étoile. Le patron doit rembourser les clients, les indemniser et fermer la boutique.

Nous avons commandé un gâteau pour deux anniversaires. Ils sont excellents pour personnaliser les gâteaux selon le thème! Le gâteau était super moelleux et le crémage parfait en saveurs! Nous recommandons Délices Lafrenaie!

C'est la deuxième fois que je commande un gâteau pour des occasions spéciales et je ne reste jamais déçu. La qualité, la beauté et le goût des gâteaux sont exceptionnelles, vraiment des Délices pour tous les sens! D'abord pour mon mariage et ensuite pour le baptême de ma fille, les gâteaux ont dépassé toutes attentes, Merveilleux, les invités se sont régalés. Merci madame Antonella pour votre excellent travail et je vous dis à la prochaine occasion!

Awful service and sooooo RUDE. The west island needs a staff overhaul. The women that work there are the rudest humans I have ever seen!

Boulangerie, pâtisseries, petit rayon épicerie italienne, voilà ce qui vous attend ici. On a envie de tout prendre, de tout goûter. Vous trouverez de nombreux gâteaux déjà fait, il n'y a plus qu'à les laisser dégeler tranquillement et ils seront bons pour être mangés. Le local est situé dans une zone industrielle, c'est clair que j'ai vu mieux comme emplacement mais ça ne l'empêche pas d'être souvent rempli de clients, certainement des connaisseurs avec du bon goût

Highly recommend Les délices Lafrenaie St-Léonard. Our specific needs were addressed with detail as we were looking to have 2 themes on one cake. They made the experience simple and easy while answering to both our children's wants. (Boy & Girl twins). They exceeded our expectations through the results of the final product and an exceptional service from Joe and the team. Without any doubt all future events will include a cake from Les délices Lafrenaie.

Bon produit mais très mauvais service à la clientèle. Ils sont désorganisés et n’ont pas appris que quand on accueille un client on commence par bonjour.

J'ai commandé un gâteau sur mesure pour le shower de marriage de ma soeur! Non seulement il est venu à temps mais la qualité, la décoration et le goût était excellent! Un peu cher, oui, mais ça en vaut la peine!

I bought my son first birthday from delice lafrenaie, went with a design and trusted their experience, it was a very tasty cake with a very well done design, when i was there but also cupcake for his friends at kindergarten and tasted one, i can honestly say one of the best cupcakes i ever ate.

Best place to get your cake for a celebration.i don’t remember the name of the cake on the picture but it was so creamy and the amount of sweetness was perfect!

I love the one on Westminster in Montreal West. Everything is yummy. The price is reasonable.
A few things you must remember:
Most of their big and delicious cakes are frozen. If you need cake in short notice, you can place an order in advance but make sure, I repeat, make sure the clerk understand not to give you a frozen one. Or you can buy a cake at least 2 -3 days in advance if you defrost in the fridge. I learn a hard lesson recently twice by trusting the clerk. Unless you like to pretend the frozen cheese cake is icecream cake.

My family's been ordering cakes from them for years and they've never disappointed. I recently ordered a vanilla naked cake for my daughter's Baptism and was asked by many guests where the cake was from, it was by far one of the best cakes any of us had ever tasted, not too mention absolutely beautiful! Well priced and great service. Highly recommend.
