The worst experience i have ever had in a bakery. My 17 month old and my sister went inside to get some treats, there was an older man who was ordering, my child was not running around but sort of skipping through the store she was not bothering anyone till she decided to stand by the door and this man as he is about to leave says and i quote" yea people are coming in and out this is not a daycare" all my sister and i could do was just laugh and give him the old ouuuuu you so bad, then the servers proceeded to give us attitude even after we bought the most disgusting macaroons that were extremely sweet and way too hard to eat. These young women just stood there and said absolutely nothing about what just happened like we deserved for this man to be so utterly rude to a 17 month old a child that was not causing any trouble we went in there to be paying costumers and left wondering why we spent our money in such vile place where women let men speak to other women how ever they please. Avoid this place like the plague.

Simply the best cakes in Montreal! Excellent customer service. My go to for any occasion. If you’re a chocolate lover the Ferrero Rocher cake is mind blowingly good!

Ordered a Tiramisu cake, which normally, I am not fond of.
This cake was incredibly delicious, and appreciated by my young son as well!
And the service is top notch!

Staff should be trained to be more environmentally friendly. They didn't ask if it was for here or to go and tried to place everything in plastic containers. Then when requesting metal cutlery since we were eating at the cafe, I was refused and given packaged plastic cutlery. At the very least, cookies should be given in a paper bag instead of plastic.

The patisserie are not fresh and are overpriced. Very industrial and bad taste.will never go back there again.

Very average and industrial quality. We bought 3 different pastries, non of them was fresh! Such a shame.overall very disappointing

Been yrs since I've tasted a cheesecake from this place. They never disappoint. A bit on the pricey side bit overall good.

My go-to for a last-minute birthday cake. The prices are fair and it's always been packed when I went, so you know it's popular for a reason

Italian imports are of good quality.
Cupcakes are soft n moist.
Dependable, quality n well priced fare!
