J'envoie une demande de gateau personnalisé 12 jours avant la date de mon évenement sur leur site, j'appelle le lendemain pour faire un suivi, elle me donne une addresse courriel pour envoyer ma demande. Je rappelle le lendemain pour faire un autre suivi après avoir envoyé mon courriel donc 10 jours avant mon événement, et là elle me dit qu'il ne reste plus de disponibilité pour ma date! Quel bordel!

Got mini pastries and they tasted like 3 days old. There was like a “not cleaned fridge taste” idk how to explain it, not so good maybe clean the fridge and sell actual fresh pastries. I actually like their bigger cakes, but that disgusted me. Idk if it’s just with this specific location only, but wouldn’t recommend their small pastries, the big cakes are good tho

LaFrenaie has always been my favorite bakery, especially this location. They are all so nice and treat every client so well. The service is just amazing. I recently used them for my wedding cake and it was just perfect. It looked exactly as I described to them and also tasted amazing. So many people asked me where I got the cake because they liked it so much. We chose the chocolate praline explosion because we love chocolate and this one tastes like Nutella a little bit. We also normally get cannolis and other Italian pastries that are just to die for. Would highly recommend this bakery for every day sweets or for large events for beautiful cakes!

Wow! I am extremely happy with the experience I had at Délices Lafrenaie. I ordered my daughter’s custom birthday cake (mermaid theme) here and it absolutely met my expectations and more. The young lady that I consulted with was professional and polite. The cake was moist and delicious.
My daughter was very happy when she saw the cake and I received many compliments on it.
I will definitely be going back soon.

La qualité a vraiment diminuée. Il y a quelques années c'était vraiment une des meilleures pâtisseries italiennes. C'est dommage.

Pizza fantastique! Les cannolis, les queues de homard, le pain, la sauce à spaghetti maison, les aranchinis (ahh ouiii les aranchinis!) vraiment tout y est délicieux. Un incontournable à Rosemère.

Thank you for making my dad's retirement cake perfect! The detail was exactly what was requested and it tasted delicious!

The products are excellent but the opening hours are terrible for people who work. Closing at 17: 00 most of the days is very bad for the clients.

We have been coming here for many years and absolutely LOVE their delicious food and desserts. Joey and Moira are absolute sweethearts and are fantastic with customers. Try their chicken cutlets with their daily fresh made rolls, lasagna, pizza, sausage salad, meatballs.guaranteed you will enjoy them.of course don't forget about their desserts! The pound cakes can be cut up and put in containers then kept in the fridge for 3 weeks without a problem. Biscottis are a must have with a cup of tea or coffee (great with milk too). Their cakes are also out of this world delicious (for a celebration or just to satisfy your craving, you will be satisfied for sure). Thanks to all who bake and cook everything!

As for some of the young girls serving, instead of criticizing their service, tell them right away (in a polite way) or even speak to the owner. They have to understand that a business runs well because of customers too.

Amazing cakes of all sorts and mixed cakes into one, they are look good as they taste. I order a chocolate and velvet cake mix delicious taste. Fantastic cookies, I love with velvet cookies and chocolate men cookies. The price is worthy of the cakes. Food if you are a cold food lover strongly recommend. Sandwich are normal. Lasagna and pizza are good and popular with my kids.

J'ai appelé à cet endroit aujourd'hui pour la première fois. Je voulais commander un gâteau. On m'a mise en attente à 3 reprises en me disant que l'endroit était très occupé. L'employée m'a finalement dit qu'ils allaient me rappeler car ils n'avaient pas le temps de me répondre (les clients qui souhaitent passer des commandes au téléphone ne sont donc pas aussi importants que ceux en magasin?). J'ai demandé à quel moment j'allais être rappelée, et l'employée m'a dit qu'elle ne savait pas. J'ai donc répondu que je préférais alors appeler ailleurs. Et on m'a raccroché au nez! J'ai déjà une bien mauvaise opinion de l'organisation et du service à la clientèle de cette pâtisserie sans même y avoir fait un premier achat.

One of the worst pastry shops. Do not waste your time. Ordered over 50 donuts for my son's engagement, which by the way had over 100 potential customers, and the donuts were stale, the icing fe off every bite, the dough was very heavy and stale. Very rude people working at the store. Ordered them over a week before the date which was sunday, picked them up sunday and omg what a worst purchase ever.stay away waste of money

I have been coming to this bakery for over 10 years and i have nothing but amazing things to say! I drive from st jerome to this particular bakery for all my occasions. The staff is attentive and polite, always ready to answer my questions with a smile on their face! Every item i have bought here from pasteries to food, has always been fresh and above my expectations! I reccommend to everyone who needs cakes or food service, you will not be disappointed!

I recently ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I have purchased all my family’s birthday cakes from here (along with pizza every other week) for the past 10 years. I specifically asked for a 20 person cake with minimal decoration. To make a long story short, the price I was originally quoted was wrong (was charged for a 35 person cake) and was supposed to be rectified when I called in the next day. When picking up the cake, I was presented with a huge cake which even the owner/manager admitted was for more than 30 people. The price, however, reflected the larger cake and I was charged 30$ more than was quoted. It seems, I was getting “a great deal” by being overcharged for extra cake I never asked for. The cake was decent, but the customer service is terrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

J’ai commandé un gâteau à la vanille pour la fête de ma fille mardi (en personne) à la patisserie de Rosemère et je suis allé le chercher dimanche. Le gâteau ne goutait pas la vanille, il était recouvert de chocolat blanc, de mauvaise qualité, avec une crème (costarde) entre chaque étage et non une crème chantilly comme décrit sur leur site web. Les tranches de gâteau étaient tellement minces que ça goûtait juste la costarde et le chocolat blanc et quand je l’ai coupé comme il n’y avait presque pas de gâteau ça fait une gibelotte. Mauvais goût. Qualité médiocre, horrible. Il fini à la poubelle.

Service et employés horrible. Les employés te regardent avec un air hautin à ton arrivé et on de la difficulté à te servir en français. On a commander quelque chose et on a reçu totalement autre chose, on nous a donc promis un remboursement, et on a pas voulu nous le donner lorsque nous sommes passé. J'ai donc parlé avec au téléphone avec la personne responsable qui m'a appelé ''ma belle'', qui manque de respect, qui me coupait la parole et qui a raccroché sans que j'aie le temps de dire ce que j"avais à dire. J'ai finalement eu mon argent en retour et je ne leur en redonnerai jamais plus. Mauvaise expérience du début à la fin!
