Les Glaceurs

It's a lovely bakery shop that does beautiful cupcakes and cakes, so i recommend anyone to try Les Glaceurs.

Nous avions un anniversaire à célébrer au bureau. Je voulais autre chose qu’un gâteau d’anniversaire. J’ai opté pour de mini cupcakes, question d’avoir un peu plus de choix pour goûter.

Mes collègues et moi avons été agréablement surprises par la belle présentation des cupcakes et par leur saveur très distinctives les uns des autres.

J’avais passé la commande en ligne il y a une dizaine de jours et je suis allée la récupérer sur place le jour même.

Une bonne adresse à garder en tête pour une prochaine fois. Ce n’était pas donné, mais pour un produit de cette qualité, cela valait la peine.

Okay place. They used to be better but lately the cupcakes are kinda dry. Maybe not fresh although they seem to bring them out from the back. Worth a try still.

Ça fait deux ans je commande pour Noël et c est la dernière fois.la saveur que j ai demander était différente à ce que j ai demander.du red velvet au lieu de vanille.le gâteau à été au poubelle car personne dans ma famille n aime cette saveur. En plus de ne pas respecter l heure de ma livraison qui était le matin.

Super saveurs, pleins d’options, cupcakes de très bonne qualité et sont joliment décorés. Un peu cher mais ça vaut la peine pour se faire plaisir:) le cupcake vanille avec caramel salé est un vrai délice.

I'm not from MTL, but I was there for my birthday, and WOW it was terrible birthday, worst of my life so far & I wasn't with most of my friends or family either. In the late afternoon, I realized I needed a cupcake and I needed to blow out a candle. Celebrate a little. I found this place, and walked over. Turns out, you get a free cupcake on your brithday so I didn't have to pay. Even better, they have candles for 35 cents. I got a chocolate cake with rainbow sprinkles, and a candle to blow out all for 35 cents. It's silly, but that was the highlight of a very, very hard day. It didn't negate that, but I have so much love for this random shop that let me smile and celebrate so easily amidst an incredibly stressful, exhausting, and unhappy day. Thank you.

WOW! D'abord, je dois avouer que je suis très difficile avec les cupcakes et gâteaux. C'est à la suite de ma première bouchée que j'ai compris que j'avais trouvé LA place où satisfaire mon envie de dessert!:)

Very attractive set-up, that prompted me to go inside as I was walking by.

These cupcakes do not taste as good as they look. They're pretty dry and uneventful. My standard for what a good cupcake tastes like is "Georgetown Cupcakes" in Washington DC

All to say, pretty disappointing cupcakes and I tried both the vanilla and pumpkin.

They didn't respect the instructions I gave for my order I'm so disappointed and it's so expensive for nothing.

I passed by Nov 3rd around 5: 15pm. I had looked up closing hours right before and it showed as 6pm. A simple explanation from the employee would have sufficed. Instead, we were met with hostility and rudeness. I am writing this review to alert the owner that the employees on shift that day were rude and potentially cause them to lose business. I also ask the owner to update their opening hours on all platforms to avoid other customers make the unnecessary trip.

It is funny how some business can’t even stay afloat and others that literally DONT care loosing customers in a pandemic crisis! LES GLACEURS is one of them! THEY don’t care!
I had the worst possible customer experience! Their store closes an hour earlier than it is stated online. I showed up before the closing time, they were already closed and refused to serve me even if they were still there. Next day I make the trip all the way to their location on Robert Bourassa again and mention the issue to the manager - not only they did not offer an apology or a little gesture to turn around the client experience. The manager literally said - I DONT CARE!
That just goes to tell you the quality of this place and the very unprofessional people looking after it! Safe to say I will never buy their cupcakes again when they used to be my go to!

Very disappointing and confusing experience. I sent them an email on August 26 and they replied on Sep 14. It took them almost 3 weeks to get back to me. Also for a bakery that advertised to have wedding cake, they said they don't do any flower decoration or edible flower on the cake. I was very confused when I read their email, because on their website, their sample photos clearly show cakes with flowers. I don't think I'll waste any more of my time on them.

Best red velvet cupcakes I’ve ever had. All of their cupcakes are amazing.

Great for any occasion or even just to pick up one as a treat.

Very unhappy with the customer service at this place. I inquired through email about a birthday cake and after going through a few options with the manager (which were way too expensive considering the size of the cake). I decided to do something simple and just personalize the icing colour to gold & blue. As indicated on their website, changing the colour doesn't change the price, thus in my mind this small cake (2-4 portions) was going to remain around 15$ as indicated online. To my surprise, I arrive in store and the employee at the counter tells me my order is over 40$. I am obviously in shock because I would never pay 40$ for such a small cake, especially when the manager told me through email that the price would remain the same. At that point, I was visibly upset, but I could not arrive without a birthday cake, so I paid for it. However, the employee at the counter told me to email the boss about the misunderstanding and that he GUARANTEED that she would reimburse me because he had printed out the emails and he agreed that the price was unclear. To my surprise, I sent an email to the manager, whom I had placed my order through, and she NEVER answered me back, despite the fact that when I was placing my order in less than 24 hours I had a reply. Never ordering from this place again it's clearly a lack of professionalism to steal from customers and never get back to them when they have a complaint about the service.

Your muffins can't seriously be legal. If you opened a store near my home I would gain 30 lbs in a week. That's a compliment. Good graces.amazing.worth the wait and the preorder.

Les Glaceurs was a complete disappointment from start to finish ; it was our first experience with the company and it will definitely be our last.

For starters, their website is not user-friendly. When I called their Plateau branch phone line to inquire about the prices of celebration cakes (no prices for these cakes are listed online), I was told to write an e-mail with my price question.seriously?

Finally we ordered a small, red, $15 velvet cake with pink icing - except when I went to pick it up the icing was white. The girl behind the counter told me I had to specify icing colour when ordering, even though nothing to this effect was ever listed online. I guess I should have e-mailed them.

For an establishment that specializes in cakes, the one I picked up from them was stunningly mediocre. I've tasted much better Betty Crocker home-made mixes. The icing was similarly weak.

I'd phoned in the morning to confirm that the cake was ready, however when I arrived on De La Roche St. I was condescendingly informed that I'd made a mistake, there was no cake waiting for me. Eventually they found it, but after everything else I'd lost customer confidence.

These cupcakes amazing. You have the option of regular size and mini cupcakes which is fantastic. The variety of flavors and designs is also a big plus. Highly recommended.

We ordered cupcakes on Foorda but for some reason the system did not allow us to order one (out of 12) vegan cupcake so we phoned the store. When we phoned the store to have the order adjusted they said they could not and would not make any adjustments. They refused to take our credit card number to add the change for ordering vegan and said they could not cancel the order either. The person was in fact rude and unhelpful. We're not in contact with Foorda to see if we can find a solution. We just one our of 12 cupcakes to be vegan.unsure why it's so hard.

I’ve never written a review but after taking two bites out of my cupcake I just had to! It is DELICIOUS! So moist and full of flavour. Wow! Regretting that I only bought two

I ordered online and picked up grom store.cupcakes are very tasty.very successful. It was really funny as they only give one piece of a smallest candle.but they packed a cute box of 12. Will I come again? Yeah.exactly!

Very bad service, the lady is answering me with rude attitude when I was asking some questions about cupcakes details information. How much is cost? If they make vegan cupcakes, etc. I won’t buy anymore chez les glaceurs. I was planning to order a good quantities for a birthday party. Too bad they lost my one more customer.

I bought these for someone's party thinking they were going to be beyond amazing. I was so not impressed. The service was so long and they were so sweet they just ended up drying up on the table. I would not get these again for easy too price for what they are.

J’adore cette endroit, surtout leurs Cupcakes. Autant les moins que les régulier. Qualité exceptionnelle, j’adore en offrir à chaque occasions, Noël, st-Valentin, Pâques et mm Halloween. Jamais goûté aux macarons mais les gâteaux sont super. Livraison possible avec Foodora!

I buy a lot of cakes from different places. I got a cake and some mini cupcakes.
If you’re looking for a nice presentation on cakes and cupcakes they look great but taste wise it’s got to be the worse I’ve ever tasted.
Too sweet, too much colorant and it’s a lot of icing which isn’t worth the price. Sadly I won’t be buying cakes nor cupcakes from here.
