Très bonne glaces
Portions généreuses et prix raisonnable

Was looking for a cupcake place and came across this store via Google.
For 6 cupcakes, the cost was around $27.
The lady in the store was polite but the cupcakes looked like they had been sitting out for a while and the decorations looked a little sloppy.
Still decided to give it a try. What a disappointment. We found hair on two of the 6 cupcakes and had to toss those out. The other cupcakes were so dry they had to be at least 2 days old. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience here. Will not be going back.

Cette semaine, j'ai commandé un gateau 6-8 personnes, Saveur: red velvet et glacage au fromage. La commande était prête en 24 heures, et tous les invités ont adoré! Je m'attendais pas a ceci, mais wow definitevement je vais commander à nouveau. Super emplacement et easy pickup! Merci à l'équipe du Glaceurs, st-sulpice

Ma conjointe a acheté 6 cupcakes mercredi le 8 février 2023 en après midi et a notre grande déception, nous avions trouvé un cheveux blond dans notre premier cupcake. On s'est dit que c'était des choses qui arrive et nous l'avons tout simplement jeté. Cependant, deuxième mauvaise surprise le lendemain lorsque nous avons trouvé un 2e cheveux sur un autre. L'hygiène devra être améliorée a cet emplacement et pour notre part, nous n'y retournerons plus.

Les cupcakes sont très bons mais au niveau du service certaines serveuses ne sont pas très agréables, c’est dommage

I order cupcakes from here a couple of times a year. I ordered 36 mini cupcakes for my birthday that I picked up Saturday at 5pm. A couple of hours later, when we tried eating them, they did not taste fresh at all but going stale. I could not even serve or eat them at midnight when it was my birthday. I even let the store employee know on Monday before I checked out of my hotel in old Montreal but she could not do anything. The picture attached shows what we threw away
Update 27oct2022 they sent me a 10$ voucher for any future purchases. The cost of my 36 mini cupcakes was 65$ and I threw out 2 dozen. No reimbursement or compensation offered.
