This place is DIRTY! I got a pedicure and I could see that they were not disaffecting the tools. Not even 3 days later I now have athletes foot… horrible.

Made my nails soooo thin as they kept shaving down my nail. Bad experience. Would not recommend. Prices are also very gougey.

This is one of that not so great salon that I’ve ever been…it’s so disappointing with the service they provide! I’ve been here for manicure and waxing (arms). Firstly, the place is not at all welcoming and they don’t understand English which shouldn’t be an issue if they know what concerns more! The person doing my manicure went so harsh and cut into my skin which won’t stop bleeding. The person doing the waxing was on a call all the while and didn’t even try asking if I’m comfortable with the heat and it was paining so hard that I couldn’t even let her know cause she’s on call all while…my hand turned all red and itchy. I would never expect people in saloon to be that self occupied and are least bothered about their clients.

This location never disappoint me! As soon you come in, we can feel the team work, they work fast and are attentive.

Not sure of her name but my nail tech took her time getting the shape of my nail correct and clean. My nails came out just the way I wanted them too!

100/100 recommend going to get your acrylics and nails in general done here! I always leave with a smile on my face at the work they do!

Efficient, thorough, and accommodating! Received a pedicure from Andrew, he was kinda and very detail oriented. Had such a great time! Great quality for such an affordable rate.

They had a great variety of colors to pick from as well as services. I ended up just doing gel nails today but I’ll definitely be back to try some other services in the future.

Arrivé avec une pédicure des ongles arrondis et j’ai quitté avec des ongles carrés et très inégaux, sans qu’on m’ait demandé mes préférences. Je n’ai pas cru nécessaire de spécifié la coupe car ceux-ci était très court et arrondi à mon arrivée. Aussi, j’avais demandé que le travail soit concentré sur les callosités et les peaux mortes, sans vernis. Je repars avec moins de callosités et de corne, mais celle-ci est toujours présente, et avec du vernis. Sommes toute, la technicienne était aimable mais je suis déçue du résultat. J’allais à ce salon avant qu’ils rénovent et le travail était vraiment de meilleur qualité. Je repartais avec les pieds doux comme ceux d’un bébé. Dommage: (

I walked-in to do a shellac on natural nail. Showed the technician a photo of the colour and she told me that they don't have this colour.and didn't even show me other possibilities of choices until i asked to see the colours.

Poor language barrier: speak only few words in french and barely any english.it's very difficult to communicate with them as to what i needed to do.

The technician is very rough on nailbed.i had a previous shellac on my nails, and technician took nearly 45 to 1hr mins just to remove it. Instead of scrapping the shellac off after dipping in acetone, she started digging on my nail with the scrapper facing 90 degrees on my nail. My nailbed was very sensitive at the end of the removal. I told her several times that my nailbed was hurting, and she blank stares at me.it showed that she didn't understand because she did it over and over again.

That's definitely my last time going to that place!

Very nice people. The lady that did my nails was sweet. Very clean environment. The atmosphere of the salon was pretty. The price was decent. And I got what I asked for which was a shellac manicure.

I confirmed in advance that there was availability. Once I arrived they made me wait 40 minutes while 2 of them where working on the same person. They took on a new customer while I was waiting inside. Terrible service and no communication.

Très bon service, les ongles restent nickel jusqu'à 3 semaines la plupart du temps. Large choix de couleur (surtout pour le shelac pailleté). Par contre: prévoyez toujours du temps en marge car elles ne respectent pas vraiment les heures prises par rendez vous au téléphone. Cela fonctionne plus au ' first come first served':)

Nous avons pris un rendez vous pour 18: 30. Lorsqu’on arrive on mentionne le tout à la dame à la réception qui semble n’avoir aucune considération pour nous et qui ne dit même pas bonjour. 19: 15 nous ne sommes toujours pas servi. Nous en faisons mention à une employée qui se retourne sans rien nous dire et va discuter avec une autre employée. Nous sommes partie sans avoir obtenu le service et nous ne recommandons cette endroit à personne. Service à la clientèle nulle et aucun savoir vivre.

Absolutely recommend this place! I have been going here to get my nails done for over 2 years now, and never disappointed. Please ask for the guy, I always forget his name, he’s the best at what he does.

I've had my nails done in many places, and this is by far the best. If you are getting a shellac manicure it will last you a solid 3 weeks. For the price, consistency of the manicures and how long it lasts, this is definitely the best place. They have a product they add on to your nails before the clear base coat and it solidifies your nail, and really makes your shellac last longer than anywhere else you'd get a shellac mani. I highly recommend and I've been going here for 4 years.

I will give zero stars.
They cut my skin during manicure, they made wrong design with wrong color and when I asked for touchup they started talking about me in Chinese.
When I asked about all this then the guy working there misbehaved with me.

*They use a BLADE for pedicure tools which they barely change.

There is a guy who works there, he must learn some Customer Service and how to talk to them.

So far, I'm never going to come back.

Very poor service and high prize.charge me $95 for manicure and pedicure and paied $10 tips.very dirty place poor quality and the worse port.they talk non stop to each othere with there lunguage wich was anoyaning.

Je m'y suis rendue sans rendez-vous. Le personnel ne parle qu'anglais. Ma pédicure est correcte mais faite sans douceur; j'ai fait remarqué à la technicienne que ça saignait un peu. Elle a nié. La manucure n'a pas tenu trois jours. Le vernis partait par grosses écailles.

One of the higher quality Vietnamese-run nail salons - shellac lasts longer than the ones I’ve visited. I have been lucky with my nail technicians. My shellac nails last almost up to 3-4 weeks, compared to the 2.5 weeks I usually experience. However, note that you are paying more than the average nail salon. I think it’s worth it for how much longer my shellac nails last.

Please NEVER GO THERE! Very BAD service they botched my nails and the lady was extremely brutal. They also charge you more if they feel like it. 63$ in the garbage. Never again

Gave me an appointment at 11am. I show up, lady ain't there. 20mn later they tell me sometimes she gives appointments but doesn't show up. WTF? ! Why recommend such a business?

Please avoid this nail salon. Nail tech are rude and do not clean their tools. This spot is unsanitary. My nails were not file evenly and they almost burned me with their hot water & acetone.

I always go there with crazy ideas.they are honest and will tell you if they can't do the job or propose you an alternative. I have been going there for a while now and I am always a satisfied customer. I tried to go elsewhere but end up coming back to them an O trust them completely with my nails.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, especially not negative. But this was a health hazard and important enough that people need to know. I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years, this happened between my 1st and 2nd time going to this place. I cant say whether or not the bacterial infection was from the salon, but that is not why I am writing this.

First, when they started taking off the shellac to do a refill, she told me there was a bit of mould on two nails as a result of water getting trapped in between the real and fake nail. She was going to continue with a refill but I asked her to take them off. Once they did that, they kept reassuring me saying it was mould, but that it was safe and that they've seen it before. Half way through they noticed a small crack in another nail, which she asked her boss about since I had been soaking my nails, including the infected ones. I asked what was wrong before putting 2 + 2 together myself, she said nothing and not to worry about the mould. Once they removed everything and the green was very much not on my nail, but under my nail on my skin, they were asking what colour I wanted for shellac. I told them I didn’t want anything. They kept insisting that they’ve had this happen to other clients and just put shellac on them. I said I wanted to leave them as is and go to a doctor. I called a friend in dermatology right away, who confirmed it wasn’t fungal, but a bacterial infection.

It is not very serious and easily treatable, but why I say to not go here is because they wanted to just cover it. Things happen. I’m not going to blame someone if I catch something and they tell me to go get it checked out because they’re not sure. But if I had listened to them and hid the problem while the bacteria continued to spread, the consequences could have been much worse.

I love going here. I travel a lot and I wait to do it here whenever I'm home because they do the best job.

Je me déplace de très loin pour aller au ongles Diva Nails. Les filles nous reconnaissent et font un travaille impeccable. Elles s'arrange à toujours avoir une disponibilité pour toi. Je recommande fortement vous allez l'adopter.

PIRE ENDROIT. J’y suis allée car le fait que ce soit dans le centre eaton m’a mise en confiance et une de mes amie voulait essayer la place.on aurait du y penser deux fois. La place est TRÈS sale, il y a de la poussière d’ongle partout, les outils ne sont PAS stérilisés et le service est inexistant. Aussi c’est extrêmement lent comme service. Plus d’1h15 seulement pour faire retirer mes faux ongles (habituellement 30 minutes). J’avais pris rendez vous à 11h pour faire retirer mes ongles acryliques et m’en faire poser d’autres. Quand je suis arrivée on m’a demandé de couper moi même mes faux ongles car personne n’avait le temps de s’occuper de moi malgré le fait que j’avais pris rendez-vous. La façon dont ils retirent ensuite l’acrylique est inappropriée, malpropre et douloureuse. On a fait mariner mes doigts dans l’acetone pendant près de 40 minutes avant qu’ils retirent le reste avec rien de moins que une prothèses d’ongles en plastique.l’homme essayer de faire un levier pour décoller mes ongles et c’était sincèrement vraiment douloureux. À 12: 25 je suis repartie du salon SANS mes nouveaux ongles car j’ai refusé de continuer. Mes ongles sont un désastre et l’acrylique n’est pas bien enlevée

This place is just amazing! Linda, who is the owner, I just want to say Keep up the good work. I have been going there for the last few years and I have to give those girls all 6 stars! They work hard and they work well. I especially enjoy the pedicures I get done by Hannah - I have very bad feet, hard cores and 2 ingrown toe nails. Believe me, if I can have pretty toes and heels - anyone can. The owner, Linda, is the best and I love Hannah who takes care of my little feet.
Do not rely on any negative reviews you may read.
These girls work hard, have to deal with us girls who run in and out and want everything done during a lunch hour - they do their best to make it work. Bravo Linda to you and to your entire team!

J ai fait une pose d’ongles Dans ce salon ce soir. L’experience est très terrible. D’abord j ai beaucoup attendu avant que la technicienne commence.la Personne qui a appliqué acrylique à mes ongles est vraiment null sans compétence. Je vais vous mettre une photo pour voir son travail. Quand j ai exprimé mon non satisfaction face au job, un homme là-bas que j’imagine le boss m’a parlé d’une façon très aggressive, au lieu de corriger les problèmes, il m’a dit que le problème est mes ongles et finalement m a demandé de ne jamais revenir à son salon lol si comme j’avais l’attention de revenir.
Pour 40$ je trouve la qualité est tres basse, l’équipe n’est pas poli et ils sont pas professionnels. Si vous aimez la photo que je vais mettre je vous garantie que vous aurez même résulta à 20 $ ailleurs. Bref je conseils personne d’aller là-bas, je suis étonné qu’il y a des bons reviews, je suis sure qu’ils sont facks. Une TREEEEEEES MAUVAISE EXPERIENCE

Very rough application and keep everyone waiting. Very poor selection of colours - not a lot of standard nudes etc. Sort out your queuing system and your technicians. They are not skilled enough to do job. Lot of unhappy customers while I was there for 90mins+

I've been going for over 15yrs! My go too place, I highly recommend it. Great people, great service.

They are pretty nice people but it is a rushed and busy place with very little room. It is obvious that they put more effort in for the customers that they know, and not one of them gives the same quality of work. My biggest complaint however was that they told me.it would be 43$ but it is actually 49$. My plan was to give 60$ anyway, so they ended up losing an extra 6$ tip.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and I’ve never left less than satisfied. I will go an hour out of my way to come here to get my nails done! Henry pays great attention to detail and 10 times out of 10 I will refer my friends to him!

I usually go there and I am pleased. I went for tip removal and shellac and this new guy took an hour and a half to do the removal, which wasn’t done properly because I still have some tips on my nails. He did a “manicure” that I never asked for that left my hands bleeding and at the end charged me for it. They neither apologized nor reimbursed me the money. Instead they forced me to pay an extra 15$. I’m never going back there again and I’d suggest you don’t either.

No good! The lady is nice but that wouldn't make me go back there like literally I feel like I got my nails done by a 5 years old kid.

ils passent leur temps à se moquer des clients, zéro courtoisie, ils abîment les ongles etc.
En plus de cela c est comme s’ils te forçaient le pourboire alors que t’es loin d’être satisfaite
