Demetrio and the team at Portes et Fenêtre Charland are all amazing and were a pleasure to do business with throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to help us bring our project to life.

Manque flagrant de professionnalisme et de transparence envers les clients (malgré une référence de leur voisin Groupe Cartier qui est très sympathique).

Même si vous trouvez un terrain d'entente pour le remplacement de vos fenêtres, ils vous sortent des frais surprises et vous le disent lors du remplacement des fenêtres.

Je ne recommande pas ce fournisseur pour le remplacement des fenêtres.

Bad experience. The sales rep failed to note on our contract the window profile that was specified on our submission. The person who inspects the client's windows, when they arrive at Charland's office fom the factory, never confirmed with us if it they details were right. The order arrived three weeks later than expected, and we had to call them all the time to know what was the status. When the installators arrived, they opened up a hole in the wall before showing us the windows. Guess what? It was the wrong window profile! Clearly this was not an uncommon mistake because everyone we spoke to in the following hour kept chanting 'Is it on the contract? ' It was hard to get any sort of compensation, and the best we got was a rebate on a product from them in the future. Unless you have time and money to go fight it out at the small claims court, make sure every last detail is written and signed on the sheet that says 'CONTRACT', not just the submission. The installation team worked well and was pleasant, but the cleanup outside was sloppy: lots of bits of wood, metal, plastic and insulation left everywhere, including a good layer of debris left in the windown well. Only go with these guys if you really know construction and will watch over them like a hawk at every step, you may get a better price than other companies.

After some extensive reserach as to whom to trust with the project of replacing our front and garage door, we had an initial meeting with Dimitrio from Portes et Fenetres Charland, and we knew immediately that our search is over. I compared prices with another company and got a better product with Charland Portes et Fenetres at almost the same price. The estimate was given to me on the day the rep came to measure. The installation was outstanding. The workers were polite, tidy and fast. They made and installed new wood frames to hold the windows. When they left you would not even know any work had been done. Clean up in the house and outside was complete. I have no hesitation recommending this company

N'achetez surtout pas une fenêtre en bois à guillotine, car l'intérieur est en plastique beige. Mais cela on ne le dit pas à la clientèle. On va par contre vous répondre qu'ils en vendent pas beaucoup et que vous auriez dû consulter le produit sur Internet. À double guillotine, la fenêtre du haut est sans poignée, donc très difficile ou impossible à ouvrir. Soyez prudents, prenez des fenêtres conventionnelles et en démonstration avec cette compagnie, car vous serez très déçus de votre achat et de la réponse de la compagnie, De plus, j'ai réalisé qu'une de mes fenêtres en aluminium ne ferme pas donc impossible à barrer. Pas trop sécuritaire. Il faut aussi être prudent concernant l'installation. J'ai pris des fenêtres à double guillotine en aluminium (sauf une en bois) intérieur/extérieur sous recommandation de la compagnie, mais la finition de mes fenêtres à l'intérieur est vraiment laide. On a conservé les vieux quart de rond tout écaillés, mais on me dit que c'est ainsi dans mon contrat. Si seulement on me l'avait expliqué, j'aurais choisi une autre finition. Enfin, je suis sans nouvelles d'un technicien pour réparer ce qui doit être réparé et ce, malgré des messages répétés. Je tombe carrément des nues que l'on puisse se comporter ainsi avec un client. Voilà mon expérience avec les fenêtres Charland à ce jour. Si la compagnie rectifie le tir, je vous tiendrai au courant. La compagnie a une responsabilité envers ses clients qu'ils s'expriment ou non sur Internet. Faire valoir ses droits en tant que consommateur n'est pas un privilège, mais bien un droit et un devoir.

Mon expérience est d’une grande inégalité dans la continuité de service. En ce que attrait au service de vente ça allait. L'installation a été comme se faire rudoyer chez soi. Le suivit après les travaux est inexistant et bien qu'il y ait eu une erreur dans l'exécution, l'assurance de la qualité du travail n'est pas vu. Ensuite il y a le service des perceptions qui néglige l'expérience client et brusque les rapports pour un retardement de paiement quand la cliente attend que le vendeur vienne vérifier que le tout soit parfait. Je ne sais pas comment mes fenêtres vont réagir cet hiver ou si a travers les années il y aura des soucis! Je ne me sens pas rassuré.

Nous avons eu un service conseil et une installation impeccable.
Plusieurs fenêtres remplacées de notre maison en 2016 et en 2018 et 100% satisfait.
Les fenêtres sont arrivées dans les délais prévus, très bons conseils de M. Vasquez.

I would like to thank Portes et fenêtres Charland for their great service. Since I signed the contract, they provided great customer service and are great to resolve any issues that arise. I ordered 8 doors and they have provided high quality product and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work and recommend their service to all my contacts.

These guys are crooks, I had to learn it the hard way from personal experience. Everything is great and nice before you sign a contract with them, HOWEVER do not believe in their promises because their word doesn't mean much. After we signed the contract, they purposely installed different parts for the door.inferior quality parts mind you.
We refused to pay the balance and the court straightened things out for us, it was seriously ridiculous. Morale of the story, DO NOT give in and pay up because they sugarcoated everything. Do not pay a dime unless they did everything according to the agreement, OR ELSE you might just get robbed: (
