Super installation faite par Maxime Didier et Romain pour notre thermopompe à 4 têtes Daikin. Vraiment efficaces, professionnels et leur travail est super clean! Merci également à Alexa pour toute la communication!

J'ai été très impressionné par le travail de Medjid. Nous avons eu un problème persistant avec notre thermopompe et il a répondu très rapidement aux demandes d'appel de service, à trois reprises au cours des trois dernières semaines. Bien que le problème n’ait pas été résolu au départ, il était déterminé à trouver une solution, en collaborant avec son collègue lors de deux de ces appels de service. Il connaît très bien les thermopompes Daikin mais était confronté à un problème qui nécessitait un suivi supplémentaire. Il est très courtois, prompte et très minutieux, et sa patience envers nous a été très appréciée. Je n'hésiterais pas à le recommander à toute personne ayant besoin d'un service similaire.

Super happy with our install. David and his team were very nice and professional. Protective tarps on the floor, vacuumed everything before they left, other than having a new AC it's like they were never here. Both the install team and the people in the office were very nice and very competent. They also had the most options in their quote so we had more choice than other quotes we received. I can't help but recommend this service!

A couple of years ago I had two AC units installed and more recently had a multi unit heat pump system installed by Polarbear, and I am thoroughly impressed. Alexa, Sam, and their technicians were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable throughout the process.

From the initial consultation to the final installation with Romain and David, Polarbear's team displayed professionalism and expertise. Alexa and Sam went above and beyond to address my concerns and requirements, and always patiently answered my questions, which made the experience stress-free. Even if there were a couple of technical issues after the installation, Polarbear was responsive and ensured that the issues were resolved under the warranties promised. Josh was a particularly effective post-installation support technician.

I highly recommend Polarbear for their outstanding service and the exceptional assistance. If you are in need of HVAC services, look no further; you won't be disappointed!

J'ai acheté 3 thermopompes avec Les Services Polarbear. Je dois souligner que la coordonnatrice Alexa a été d'une très grande aide pour planifier mon projet qui était un peu complexe. Ensuite, l'équipe d'installateurs dirigée par Romain ont été d'un très grand professionnalisme pour exécuter les travaux. C'est un travail très propre et efficace. En plus, Romain a fourni des conseils précieux que ce soit au niveau de l'emplacement des équipements et les travaux à effectuer. On ne peut pas demander mieux comme service. J'aurais mis 6/5 étoiles si c'était possible!

I had a problem with an old heat pump during a heat wave. Chris came super quickly, found the issue and fixed it with a simple solution. Now my house is cool again. Highly recommended!

We had a minor problem after the installation. Upon reaching to polarbear they send someone the same day to fix it. Very good customer service.

Fantastic experience with Polarbear from start to finish. We just installed two Daikin split heat pump systems and they work perfectly and look beautiful in our house. Got multiple quotes from different companies for the same units and Polarbear had the best price. Alexa, the sales/customer relations rep, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, very responsive, and guided us in choosing the models that were right for our needs. The installation team of Didier and Ben was excellent as well. They have an amazing attention to detail and put a lot of care into delivering a clean installation that’s aesthetically pleasing while making sure to protect your house during the work. Highly recommend!
