Really rude front desk worker, older male who is unhelpful, extremely rude and gave an unbelievable amount of attitude toward people who are visiting the country for the first time. I can't even comment on the rooms as we weren't allowed in even after booking online.

This is a gem of a hotel in the heart of Gatineau. Very nice coffee shop in the lobby and close to restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and clean - and cleaned every day.

Excellent hotel, best one I've gone to! Great rooms, nice location (parking is a bit confusing) the food is amazing (especially breakfast)! Would come back anytime.

The people working here are great at their jobs. We didn’t get the chance to stay here this time around but would definitely choose this hotel next time if possible.

I booked a reservation at this hotel on Expedia. We are coming from Quebec, as a family, to witness the demolition of our house and say our farewells. Unfortunately, the construction workers had to change the date of said demolition from Monday to Wednesday. I asked the hotel to change the date, they said they were full, but there were two available rooms on both Expedia and their website. I asked for a refund and they refused, hung up on me twice (to be honest it was 3 times, but I shouldn't have called again), the employee was calling me « my friend » and being very condescending. I asked to talk to the manager, they said he was in Miami. Will never, ever book there again, and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for a dance competition 2moms 2teens! Room was perfect close to the venue! Beds comfy and all commodities! Cant go wrong! The men at front desk was super nice and helpful

Franchement très belle chambre mais j'ai eu une expérience des plus déplorable je dort avec ma femme en plein après midi 16h une personne rentre et surgis puis repart je demande des explications gentillement puis après une dame responsable vien très désobligeantes me dit que c'est ma faut sans même s'excuser ou autre Franchement à ne plus refaire

The little housekeeping supervisor was very rude. She abruptly strode into my room as I had asked for new bedding. She asked why I wanted new beddings as if she was telling me off. I told her I had been staying in that room already for 4 days and I had not been given any housekeeping service till then. But she kept saying only one word "no" without explaining why she could not change bedding. Because she did not even try to give any explanation about why but persisted in saying literally one word "no. " I had to ask her "May I ask why? " She finally said that she just did not want to change my bedding because I would be checking out the next day. So I told her, if I had stayed only one night, she would have had to change the bedding anyway. She eventually conceded grudgingly. She pulled off bed sheets except the fitted sheet that she did not want to change. However, luckily (?) I found a long blond hair on it. I picked it up and showed it to her telling it was not my hair. She snorted pretending nonchalant and pulled off the fitted sheet, but did not say anything or apologize for that. The housekeeper who actually cleaned my room was kind, but the little supervisor or manager of housekeeping team from whom the housekeeper said she had to get a permission to change bedding was really rude.

Other than this experience, it was alright. Good location close to the bridge connecting Gatineau and Ottawa, History Museum, National Art Gallery and local cafes and bars.

It seems that the breakfast and bar that are posted as available on various websites haven't been served for a few years.

The fan in bathroom is very loud. There's only one switch that turns on and off the lights and fan altogether in bathroom.

Curtain in the room was thick but not a blackout curtain.

Reading lights beside bed didn't work.

Really nice hotel. Our room was really big. Lots of space and huge washroom. A bit cold but that’s fine.
We only stayed here 1 night. Front desk lady was really nice. Aaron really liked the room. Kitchen had all the supplies with stove, microwave, cutleries and pans for cooking and a big fridge.

I recommend staying here and this place isn’t too far from the parliament hill, only about 5 min drive away while it’s a lot quieter here and rooms are much bigger.

Excellent, friendly Service.
Our stay was met with a smile and ended with a smile.

Clean and modern suits. Great location.

Will be returning here on our next stay in Gatineau.

Pros: Came to see a show nearby and luckily found a hotel within 3 min distance. Beautiful room and great location. The bed was soo comfy we didn't want to get up. Our room had a kitchen with clean dishes and a dishwasher! Lots of clubs and bars to go to around open late.
Cons: The guy at the front who does the evening shift is rude. Terrible english. I asked if their lounge/bar was open and got laughed at. Apparently it hasn't been open for a year. Also, there were two very rude sketchy looking men talking with the guy at the front and my spouse interrupted their little conversation by asking for places around to eat and one of the men rudely responded with "What, you don't have maps? " If your paying guest has a question you should be polite and answer it, not be rude about it. Beautiful rooms but will not be back.

Great space for our family. Walking distance to Children's Museum; easy jaunt over to Ottawa. Very friendly staff. Will come back here again!

J’ai passé 5 jours sur place pour le travail et mes nuits ont été calmes et reposantes. La chambre était très propre et très confortable.
Les personnes qui travaillent dans l’hôtel ont été extrêmement aimables et serviables.

It's a full loft and well furnished. Clean chic decor and quite spacious. Good price and well located so it's quiet but so close to the city.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Convenient to many places and easily accessible. The suites are well equipp3d, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Terrible place. Not only are some rooms on the FIRST FLOOR not accessible, there were literally stairs I had to go up with a walker, you also hear every movement and sound from every room. On top of that, missing items just get tossed away! Something incredibly important to me was just thrown away instead of kept in a lost and found for a bit. How horrible of them to just toss whatever in the garbage instead of at least keeping if for a couple days. Just don’t go here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend, and despite being on the first floor, needed to climb some stairs anyways to reach our room. This was an issue because she uses a walker to help with her leg condition and injured it further every time we entered or left the hotel. The room was a little dirty too, with stains or some mess not cleaned up from the previous stay. Lastly, she forgot her stuffed owl plush that is extremely dear to her, and instead of calling us to inform it was forgotten, room service through it out. By the time we got home (about a 6 hour trip), we released it was forgotten and contacted them about it. The staff said it was gone and they couldn’t find it. Very upset with the overall experience.
