I have been to Lexa for hair colour and balayage with Shadi. I explained that I would like warm shade and I dont like white and silver shade. Imagine what? She changed me to a grandma, I had silver, brown, blue and purple on my hair. It was a disaster.she overcharged me. I could go to one of the best salon in downtown and pay less and get a better result.
It was waste of time and money.

I went there for balayage with Shadi, I have had the worst color possible.she doesnt listen what you want and she does what she likes.the color was so bad, also the ombre. So the day after I went to another salon to do correction. Pictures attached.
I called her to have some refund, because I paid $100 to the other salon, she was so rude and she hang up on me.worst customer service ever.

Best place in the south shore! I always go for Shadi, she's always willing to accommodate you and listens to your needs, if you need to cut, style, dye or fix a bad color job she's the one! You'll go out of the salon happy as a hair queen.

I was looking for a good Barber around Montreal and I found a guy at this place, his name is Jasson Massa, great service, and the guy did a great job with my hair.

Had a haircut with Alexandra and I’m beyond thrilled with the results! Not only she’s an absolute sweetheart but also very talented and skilled hairdresser from haircut to blow dry. She took the time to cut my hair wet AND dry which most hairstylist don’t do. Thank you!
