Un concessionnaire automobile a un service très mauvais et irrespectueux. Je faisais la paperasse pour demander le prix de la voiture mais ils ne l'ont même pas regardé et quand je suis parti en voiture G63, ils se sont précipités dehors et se sont excusés mais c'était trop tard. Ils ont été très grossiers, méprisants, ils ne veulent divertir que les riches comme moi, je vous conseille de rester à l'écart de ce magasin

Mike, Pierre, Farouk, Nadim sont extraordinaire côté service à la clientèle et centrer les besoins du client. Sincèrement j’ai été dans d’autres succursales mais honnêtement le service est impeccable. Ce qui a beaucoup attiré mon attention c’est l’esprit d’équipe d’entre eux. Meme si tu fais affaire avec un d’entre eux, malgré tout ils sont toujours la pour vous aider.

J'ai été très satisfaite satisfaite de leurs services pendant 2 ans.
Par contre, en changeant de voiture de location, j'ai été victime d'une arnaque ou vente forcée. En avril 2022, j'ai commandé une nouvelle voiture modèle 2022 UX pour remplacer la NX et ainsi diminuer mes paiements mensuels. Le conseiller à la vente m'a garanti le très bon taux même si les délais de livraison était long. Attendre ne me dérangerait pas.
MAIS la nouvelle voiture m'a été livrée fin décembre et comme - finalement- c'était le modèle 2023 le taux de crédit n'était plus garanti. Ce que le conseiller ne m'a pas dit avant que je vienne la réceptionner! C'est vraiment malhonnête d'abuser ainsi leur client.

I just signed a lease for a new Lexus NX350 today at Gabriel Lexus on Côte-de-Liesse. This is the 5th Lexus I have purchased or leased with Gabriel Lexus and I have always dealt with Mario Sepe.

Mario is the nicest and most efficient car salesperson you can imagine. He is ultra-reliable, honest and enthusiastic. He knows his customers and makes the whole experience as pleasant as possible.

The whole Gabriel Lexus experience is always a delight. Their service department is terrific - with very capable and efficient individuals. Najat Aboujaoude is a wonderful associate - once at reception and more recently in service. Najat always made dealing with Gabriel Lexus a pleasure.

Compared with two other Lexus dealerships in Montreal, David gave me the best deal, straight forward. Edrin presented the extended warrenty for new vehicle which personnally think it's a must. Anita called me the day before delivery to make sure everything is prepared. During the day of delivery, Anita explained all features. Very impressed by the whole procedure!
